RUN DONT WALK. crooked! He is not the OG Sam the REAL SAM is on Rosecrans just off of Hawthorne BLVD go to him that is who my Mechanic TOLD me to go to and I looked it up and went to the wrong SAM tires.... SMHI took my car to him long and short, car wasn't riding right light on.. they broke speed sensor and he denied it but soon fixed it. Car still not right but didn't like the work so I took it other places EVERYONE that looked at the car wont work over his work. Everyone said WHO did this...All said Crapy job. Car starts riding very rough still taking it around thinking its something else and the next guy said get allignment.. me: I did and 4 new tires... Him: AHH this are not NEW TIRES... this so and so sold me 4 USED tires. Beware you have been warned. Go to Sam on Rosecrans of of Hawthone BLVD that is the Sam that used to be at this address but moved to Hawthorne.

The owner, Sam, is a very friendly and down-to-earth guy. He made me feel that I could trust him and his repair crew to repair my Lexus GS 300 expertly and at a reasonable price. And, you know, this was absolutely the case. Highly recommended!

Waited 5 hours for them to turn 1 drum & adjust my front brakes. Unacceptable if you think that was worth $75 you must be crazier than me. And here's the kicker know it didn't fix my problem.

Been coming to sam for 2 years. Great service until one of his mechanics put my fuel pump on incorrectly. Gas gage broken, gas coming out when I pump my gas. Asked for a refund, I received it with no problem until I asked for the Warrenty and recipient for the fuel pump now he can't help me retrieve it. Not good business you wont make it far with drunk employees working on cars and no paperwork for the parts he ordered himself! I have the receipt for the fuel pump labor and the alignment I got that day. I need a refund for this pump so I can go elsewhere...PLASE DON'T GO HERE I JUST CALLED ORILEYS AND THEY TOLD ME HE RETURNED MY NEW FUEL PUMP BACK TO THEM WHEN I HAD HIM CHECK MY CAR DUE TO THE GAGE NOT WORKING. HE FINNESSED ME AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

My friend use to work there and he already left because there take people money and don't respect the workers...He only thinks about money first and the customer first....Takes use parts and calls them as new...or fix a different thing that are fine....he scaming people please don't go there....this place should shut down .....Sam needs to appreciate his works....

This place is a joke, they get you to there place by being friendly, they say "don't worry about pricing will take care of you" then over charge you when you get work done by them. Get a price first! Tried to over charge me for alignment! I've been here twice, first time over charged me, 2nd time I wasn't having it! Beware!!!

Dangerous ownerThis owner has no idea how to run a businesses,it seems to be at the supermarket,they make a mess without paying attention to what they do areI called taking an appointment with the owner, the car immediately hit the sidewalk,he changed the naturally low quality tire hebroiled me,and then he sent the guy to try the car without me having authorized it,I have without anyone asking me anything,the guy when he came back tried to put the car on the bridge but since they do not have the mirror to frame the direction if I would not have found the I telling him that he was Going downstairs in the pit would break my car,the owner told me that he would not continue to center the tires,and to pay only for the tire.I wasted time.

I had my Honda CRV serviced with full brake service and it makes more noise now than it did before I had my brakes replaced. They squeak every time I use my brakes. Less than a month later I took my car back and was told they are using a new company for their pads and they have been having trouble with them. They will correct the problem. The technician didn't like the marks the brakes were leaving.Three days later (Sat.) I was back. They were to crowded so she asked me to come back the following Tuesday. I arrived at 9:56am, the lady said I should've come at 8am because they are crowded again. It would be better to come back the next day, so I did. They told me the noise was coming from the rear and they appear warped. They told me the same story they've been telling my but this time they said they were going to put on Honda parts because the other ones are working.I took my car back two additional times and my brakes are STILL making the same LOUD noise when I brake. I took my car to another shop and was told they used some cheap parts. They didn't use the Honda brake parts like they said.I don't believe all of these post with great ratings. I believe they are writing their own reviews.I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

They don't use fancy high-tech methods to align your car; rather, they used highly skilled and experienced 'artisan mechanics' who dial-in your car to perfection. This specialized skill set means that they can also do classic cars - most big-box mechanics won't touch anything that needs shims. I've seen everything from ambulances to concourse cars in their parking lot.The only issue is that they turn away customers when they're packed. I can't fault a business for being ALWAYS BUSY - it must mean that they're doing something right. They did my car and I'm glad I worked around their busy schedule - it handles great.

What an amazing place! They have literally saved me thousands. I own a 2010 Prius and recently put on a new set of tires. My local Toyota dealer had a complimentary alignement check deal so I took it there. They told me my rear wheels were so far off that I needed to replace the rear torsion beam for over $2000. Took the car to Lee's and they said everything is up to Toyota specs, didn't even recommend doing an alignment job at all. What a great and honest family run shop, from now on I will take all my cars there for any brake or alignment jobs!

I love these folks I have trusted them for over 15 years and I have always felt like family when I take my car to them or friends cars to them. They have my trust, faith and all my business and everyone I know who needs their vehicle worked on for brakes and alignment and all suspension work as well.

Took my Toyota 4WD $-Runner in for brake inspection and the gentleman who helped me was absolutely great. He walked through all the processes including the master cylinder for the brakes and supplied me with options and even let me know if I could go a little extra longer without replacing brakes just yet...since I was already there, I had the front brakes done and will be going back to have the back brakes replaced as well in the next few weeks. Also had wheel alignment done on all four tires and can feel a huge difference in the handling of a 4WD SUV Toyota 4-Runner...

I dont know if its because I'm a girl or what but they gave me a price of over 220 for my chevy sonic and my bf a much lower price earlier. Anyways be careful with places like this. Thats $100 more than places in the same area

My lifted sprinter won t fit on hardly any alignment racks in South Bay. But it fits here.

These people here were honest and very helpful trying to solve a suspension noise. No charge after they couldn't locate the issue. I paid them anyways for their time.

I was told to come back in the morning at 7:00 I was there at 6: 00 me and two other .I waited until 10:00 and left . I found out that there's only one of guy who's trying to do it all.very poor ! I found out also that the original owner was a white man named mr. Lee

The service manager very helpful did my alignment in record time at a great cost and recommend future items that will require attention with an explanation with cost.
