I currently work for the Fire service and a as a worker for the state I would never recommend this dealership to any of my colleagues or anybody that I know and I hope whoever sees this review takes it into consideration. I bought a car from this dealership the salesman was (IMAD). I went to this place specifically because they had the car that I was looking for. I spent the whole day there and they didn t even have the car there they brought it all the way from Lancaster adding many more miles to it then they had put that it had on the contract. I waited all day for them to bring it then when finally did the car had a service light and a couple of dents which the salesman (IMAD) promised and insisted they would fix. I trusted his word on it took the car home paid for an oil change the next day and took it back he told me to come the next week to fix the dents. Two days later the car started having transmission problems and the issues just spiraled from there they had me going back and fourth every other day to take it back and that they would take care of it making a lot of excuses such as the guy that does that is not here today and that I need to call them ahead of time when I had gone the days they told me to. They finally took the car in for the transmission problems gave it back to me three days later and it still continued to have problems I took it back and they kept it for almost one month I literally just drove back home put the car in park and it said that it was still in reverse I put the e-brake and its just stuck like that in my drive way I keep calling them to see if they can pay for the tow truck and they keep transferring my call and sending me to a voicemail, the manager (MOHAMED) also kept telling me they would take care of it and now he does not even want to speak to me when I called they asked for my name and they quickly said that he was not there. I have also attached pictures of proof. These people are a scam and very unprofessional I hope whoever reads this finds this helpful and never purchases from this dealership, such people should not even be in business.

I came to Gardena Nissan after seeing a vehicle that they advertised. I spoke with a sales person and was told that the vehicle was still available and made an appointment to come see it. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the sales manager. I was told that the sales person I came to see was unavailable, and was introduced to another. He tried to switch me to a different vehicle which was more expensive. I told him that I wanted to see the one I came for. He said the vehicle was not on the lot. He introduced me to another manager who wanted to work the numbers in order to get the vehicle. I told him I was paying cash and that was unnecessary. He told me that I would need to pay in advance for them to bring the vehicle. I told him that I would not pay prior to seeing it in person. He said they would not bring the vehicle to the lot until I paid in advance. I told him that I would not do that and we walked out.The worst customer service I have ever had at a dealer. They used a bait and switch technique along with trying to get us to pay sight unseen.Shame on them.

I came down in the morning on a working day cause they told me they will work with me if I really wanted a vehicle of my choice with my credit score and income and able to work with me on the down payment. But once again it was all lies just to get me to come in and run my credit and waste my time and pressure me on running my credit when I told they I don't want to bring it down cause it recently went up. WHAT A LET DOWN ONCE AGAIN. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Service parts: department staff are very unfriendly. 4 advisors saw me getting out of my car & I waited more than 5 minutes to be helped, until I approached them. Not even a hello will be with you shortly. Client satisfaction comes with a first impression of a greeting. Staff needs classes of being polite & courtesy toclients or better yet. Dealer needs new staff with good manners.

Since moving on the other side of town, I no longer go to my regular dealership and found one closer which is this location I ve been about three times and the service has been mediocre but I m just going in there to get my regular oil change service done on my car recently had a recall, and I needed to know if this is a recall that would be ready same day or would I need an additional vehicle? Not only do they not have loaners, but I would have to pay for a rental car for a vehicle that has a recall little confused on that I called back a lady answered the phone. Her name was Stephanie. I asked her if she can double check something for me. I want to make sure that the service is going to be done same day because I will come in the morning asked me a question didn t really hear what she said and I asked her if she could repeat that I didn t hear her. She instantly got an attitude and said ma am I m asking for your Vin number extremely rude. I asked her was she OK? She gave me attitude back and said yes I m fine. I asked her to give me somebody else to speak with because you re not gonna be rude to me on the phone 10 minutes I ended up calling another dealership to get assistance with them I don t know who she is. I ve only seen men work in the service department, but she has the worst attitude, customer service ever.

I went to for an oil change & was happy that i was able to get a coupon/discount on my brake fluid change. Ive been needing this since my last visit. Hope to get more coupons, so i can get another needed service. Happy camper

Amazing atmosphere inside the dealership very friendly and transparent staff , they helped me get the best finance options on my new Pathfinder, they even through in so many free products with my purchase gave me excellent service, I can see the reviews before me are all fake due to one person being upset and asked his or her friends family to write those awful reviews about the dealership... They are very helpful and straightforward when making a deal , the staff is amazing, keep up the good work not many dealerships are as good as Gardena Nissan

Had stopped coming for service here and gave it another try since close to my house. I was about to leave as the Spanish speaking gentleman and a very rude lady did not acknowledge me or even great me. I went to one of the booth to enquire about the service and gentleman not even look at me when I asked him if I had to wait for someone to come to me as I was there already for at least 5 minutes and could see them walking by or on their booth. He jus said YEAH. Was walking to my car to leave and Eric Moore walked by and say we will take care of you sir in a few minutes. Glad I stay as Eric was great. I had to come back for a repair and there was two cars ahead and my self waiting for Eric. A service person came and asked all of us if we needed help, and all of us waiting for Eric. This dealer needs to work on their service people as they have no manners and do not know how to treat a customer. Big difference from Carson Nissan.I have bought 5 cars there and I have recommended three of my friends who also bought a car there, but sadly because of the bad service starting form the top to the bottom line, have terrible attitude. Was surprise to find someone like Eric there who does know how to treat a client.Thank you

I went to get my oil changed. I was excited because I received a coupon to have the service done for free. I was told to make an appointment. I did. 2 hours and 55 minutes later, they were done. I guess I can't complain. It was free. I am comfortable taking it back to the dealership I purchased my car. They have all of my information. Kudos to Gardena Nissan. 4-Stars was only because of the wait time. The service was good. I'd go back. Oh, and I won a 3-day 2 night hotel stay.

Armando He is the parts manager of this dealer, yesterday I called, I gave him the vin number and which part of the car I needed, he told me yes, don't worry, it's there, ok. Today I drove from Beverly Hills Up to this point and when I arrived he told me that he didn't have it and that if I wanted I had to buy the whole piece which costs twice as much, and I don't need it. Don't come to this dealership, and only one cheating and it's not correct behavior I drove an hour to come here and I have to drive an hour to go back.without having anything because this manager doesn't take the job seriously.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. FULL OF SCAMMER AND DECEIVE. THEY WILL POST A CAR SO CHEAP IN THEIR WEBSITE TO GET YOU COME IN PERSON JUST TO FIND OUT IT NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ALSO, DONT EVER TRY TO TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS IF YOU OKAY WITH AN "INSULT" OFFER.I'm was looking at their black friday deal on their website and a car caught my eyes (Hyundai). I was 100% going to buy it so i called the dealership and imad answered the phone. It was 11 a.m. he confirmed he still have the car and we made an appointment to meet at 5 pm because my wife just got off work at 4pm. Before we ended the call, I made it very clear im interested in the car and asked if Imad can hold the car for me and he said yes. Fast forward, we are at the dealership on time and met with Imad. I asked about the specific car I wanted and he once again, confirmed he still have it in the warehouse. He was very adamant of showing me other vehicle so I played along, but after 15 minutes i dont see a car that I like and told him lets just go ahead make a transaction for the Hyundai. Imad escorted me inside and have me seated on a table while he talks to his manager. Then he came out to told us the car is no longer available (even after 2 times he confirmed that he still have the car). This dealership just WANTS YOU TO COME IN PERSON USING TRICKS AND DECEIVES AND THEN PLAY GAMES ON YOU. I express my dissatisfaction and disappointment because it took an effort for me to get there. $50 (45mins) uber ride with my 11 months to get to my wife workplace and another 45 mins driving to get there. All for nothing, but lies and games.I also have a letter from this dealership saying that they want to buy my Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Nissan Kicks SV with 47k miles. I was excited about it because the paper was from George Khabbaz, their General Manager. In the paper it says that "He was authorized to makes an aggressive offer on my car and he would like to buy it $1000 over KBB price." So i had them take my car key to make an appraisal on it. Imad came back with an Insult offer of $8500. I was infuriate hearing this after everything that had happened. I told imad that they are a joke and walked away.So please everyone, think TWICE before visiting this dealership

Honestly, I've never had a great experience with many dealerships and this is one by far the best. Moussa was a realist and understood what it is to be in the shoes of a customer. He treated me with respect and I did the same for me. Straightforward and honesty is all I ask for as a customer + a great deal. Of course doing my own research guided me with the knowledge of what's possible and Moussa made it happen. Thank you Moussa from Gardena Nissan.

I had a very easy experience getting a car at Gardena nissian. Denis help put me in a Range Rover which was more than I expected to get when I arrived. Denis and Mohammed were absolutely amazing and made sure I left with the vehicle of my dreams! Best dealership experience I ve had! They even put a bow on it for me when they found out it was my birthday.

My family and I had an awful experience with Gardena Nissan. They claim to provide superior customer service and treat you like family, which is dishonest. If they did, they would have protected my 72 year old father s best interests. They sold him a vehicle and failed to verify his income. I messaged Tom Awad and Gardena Nissan lured us to the dealership on false pretense claiming to want to resolve the issue. Both visits were a waste of time as there was no resolution. They allege they are unable to void a contract, yet they were willing to do so to sell us a cheaper vehicle. Beware of this dealership, as they have shown they only care about making the sale. Mohammed, George, Joaquin and Fatima are staff we dealt with who did not help. I will be reporting this dealership to the DMV for malicious business practices, as well as marching down Redondo Beach Blvd to exercise first amendment rights and tell everyone who will listen exactly how they treated us. Wave hello if you see us! We are not only blasting the injustice we experienced, but also fighting for all senior citizens at risk of their predatory behavior.

I am so happy for the choice I made to switch to Nissan specially the location at Gardena! Mr Shawn was so experienced and knowledgable, he patiently explained all that I needed to know. So I was even more assure to my decision. Everyone was very polite friendly and helpful. Specially Shawn, knowing so much about Nissan autos and having many years of work experience at Nissan,made the whole procedure easier for me. Thank you Mr.Shawn Yazdanniyaz! I come here every single 3/4 months for services. I love how they make sure my car is working completely the way it should. Customer service is excellent with Chris Hinojosa he was such a welcoming person when I first arrived and updated with if it recalls and other services I could take advantage of.

My Maintenance experience with Gardena Nissan in Gardena, California has been a blessing. Ever since 11/08/2017 (the purchase date of 2013 Nissan Altima from Cerritos Nissan) was always squeaking on the front driver's side, I had spent $4, 971.81 (from 04/04/2018 thru 07/08/2021) and the squeaking still did not get fixed. Changing my maintenance location closer to home was calming and the atmosphere very calming too. And my Service Advisor pulls no punches when I ask questions on parts that my Auto Policy Insurance can be paid for, I understand that labor must be paid (blessing to the talented Auto Mechanic's that take their time and know that Our Lives are in their Hands.) I have/hear no more squeaking and all other repairs were covered by my Auto Policy Insurance. Thank You Gardena Nissan.

I went here cause me and my husband are in need of a second car and we seen a used one we really liked and that we knew we could afford so we got there and started looking around. Someone came out to greet us and we told him what we were looking for but right away he wanted to get us in a new car that we already knew we wouldn t qualify for .he told us why get a used one when their more then new ones so he insisted even after we told him after how much we had and our credit score he didn t even wanna show us the used one we went for . He got our hopes up just to sit us down and to ask if we had more money to put down !!!! I thought this place could help but I was wrong

Eric was great as always, problem is when i purchased my certified pre owned nissan armada i also purchased the extended warranty through nissan and i "wrapped it" i was told this was bumper to bumper coverage and i have a failed sensor with my washer fluid reservoir and its not covered.

Each time I have come here with my sister for her vehicle to be serviced. The service department is awesome! Eric assisted my sister the last two visits. He went over the service recommendations with her. He didn t try to up sale her. It s really tight on parking for customers. They are fast at completing their work. Not a rush job.

Beware of this dealership. The are flat out liars. They wasted our time after agreeing to a price, and then raising it after we came in. They even reafirmed the price after we walked on the lot. Don't waste you time with paperwork they want you to do. it's there way of trying to get you deeper into the deal.worse experience at a dealership, or buying a car in my entire life.Mohammad the general manager, and Angle the salesman are no angles. don't trust them. They will mislead you.If i could give them negitive starts i would. The simple principle of there actions would keep me form ever having any contact with them in the future. The extra money they were trying to tap us for was by design thinking we were time invested. They don't care about or respect there customers.Stay away from these guys. You will not have a good experience. Lock your wallet in the car before you go in!
