Nothing but good things to say. My visit was the day after Christmas. I needed an unusual size tires & battery. Cesar made everything happen for me without ripping me off. He kept in communication with me throughout the day. My daughter was very impressed with their service and her car is running great. Cesar has even called me afterward to be sure we are completely satisfied. How lucky you are to have such a dedicated and concerned employee.

My experience was excellent and the prices were great! Brought my car in and they got right to work on it and even finished early. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be back.

These guys are big Time Thieves!!! this place stole things our of my car. and then Deny it. They left my car completely unlocked with all windows down when i came to pick up. Things were stolen from my car and all they cared about was "we didn't steal anything"

I don't know where to start. I took the car there to replace a tire and check for the oil leak from the engine. They dismounted my tire and told me they couldn't patch it as the tire is too old. "Per regulation, they are not allowed to do so!" That's not the problem. The problem is they damaged the tire bead! I did not even know it until I brought the old tire to another mechanic on the next day. Now, I have to buy a used tire instead of patching it.... Very bad experience in Gardena, especially since I just moved here two weeks ago.

Service was great! Ordered a tire and the warehouse failed to send it so i had to come back the next day. I will still get my tires from them because I really like how fast they took care of me once the tire arrived.

New location! Can be a bit crowded at times. They had the best price in town, by far! The employees are helpful and friendly. Looks like I found a new tire store!

I am very happy with the service I received. Very friendly and willing to help. After my tire blew out and another company totally being unprofessional, it was comforting to have someone pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Discount Tires & Services in Gardena.

Great service - there was follow up after I placed my order on the availability of the tires. When I checked in for my appointment the service was courteous. I am sorry that I don't remember the names of who I spoke with but if you are reading this I really appreciate the service!

Went to Discount Tire & Service Centers in Gardena to have a nail removed from my tire and get it patched up. They actually noticed two nails in there (same tire) and were able to repair both punctures. The good: the issue that I originally came in for was taken care of. The bad: my wheel was damaged during the repair process. Arrived at 8:30A (when they open) and there was one customer ahead of me. They were waiting for parts to be delivered for their vehicle, so my car was actually the first one that was worked on. For the record, I called the previous day to ask if they had the equipment to mount and dismount a tire without scratching the wheel. I mentioned that my only concern was possibly damaging the wheel, and they said that they "do these cars (make and model) all day" - their exact words (and also the reason I decided to come here). To be clear, whether they had touchless mounting equipment or not wasn't necessarily a dealbreaker for me, since without proper user input it would still be possible to damage the wheel. They could use a hammer and chisel to remove the tire for all I care - if they can do it without scratching the wheel then shut up and take my money. Ask any car enthusiast, any real car enthusiast - we take our rims seriously. Ever seen a jank-looking car with fresh wheels that look like they're worth more than the car itself? Yep. You won't really see it the other way around. Anyways, the service estimator noted that this wheel size (20") would carry a higher-than-average repair charge - not a problem at all since I'm thinking that it might be more labor intensive or an overall longer process (you know, as to prevent damaging the wheel or anything like that). I noticed three different employees interacting with the vehicle and none of them would mention to me any possibility of damaging the wheel before they started. After completing the repair, there is literally no way that the employee who worked on the wheel would not have noticed the - wait for it - damage they just caused. The fact that nobody said anything about it makes it seem as though they just hope you don't end up noticing. In layman's terms - if they damage anything on your car and are aware that they did so, they're just gonna play it off. Was out the door at 10:00A.TL;DR: Went in to patch a tire. Tire was successfully repaired. Wheel was damaged in the process. Photos attached. Date of visit: 01/18/23, in at 8:30A and out at 10:00A. I wish I had never come here.

The Gardena location on Artesia is the best! I was in a tight spot and they worked with me to get my car done in a day. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their services.

I had a blowout on my smart car at 75MPH on the 110 Express lane! Smart cars do not have a spare (no room), and they're very hard to find.Discount Tire took care of me on VERY short notice and late in the day -- and they actually went to fetch my tires from their vendor. They didn t have smart car tires in stock but they went above & beyond to get them for me and make sure I got home safely.I would recommend them for my employer's trucks as well for all personal vehicles. A++ service.

It was really a great experience. I spoke with Ceaser who quoted me for 2 tires and then an alignment. He explained the alignment too my understanding. He's very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great service!!!

My experience on March 30 was very good. I wanted to get my vehicle serviced where they do everything. Needed to have my tires checked out, since I am not good at driving with potholes in the road. Got the oil change done earlier than needed because of all the extras they do. They only had one person working on the cars. (that was explained in the beginning) Got there at 8:30. Was the third person in line. Got full synthetic oil change and 12 month wheel alignment for under $200. I think that was great. Plus the only guy working on the cars also washed my car. I'm picky. Will definitely have this place do all the work on this car. Oh, forgot to mention, I was out by 11:00 am.

I called to check on tire prices. I spoke Victor. He gave me a quote within my budget. They were able to give me an appointment immediately. When I arrived I received prompt efficient service. They went over phone quote and started work. I was pleasantly surprised, no extra mandatory repairs that needed to be done. A few years ago, I went to another shop for another routine service and was told I needed a service that would cost over $3000. I suspected it was an untruth and got a second opinion. My car didn't need the repair. I really appreciate them not trying to take advantage of me. As a woman I can tell you, I am always nervous when I take my car in for routine service. I will definitely take my car back to Discount Tires of Gardena CA. Thank you guys

Cesar was great!He gave me a free wheel alignment assessment, including the report.I went to a different shop to make sure the alignment was needed and once that was proven, I came back to get my alignment done with Cesar.I will use this against an unscrupulous, well known mechanic in San Pedro.He charged me for a wheel alignment that was never done. In addition to something else I don't believe he did, though I was charged for it.Cesar was very accommodating and I'm very pleased with the customer service I received.

Had bought 2 tires 6 months ago. Ready to come back and get a full set after the tech told me about my remaining tires. Now im coming back with no 2nd thought because how they helped me last year. Called twice for a quote and they were very helpful. The customer service was very nice and respectful which is rare since the pandemic started. Can't wait to stop by today!! They do have the best prices and you can trust their inventory qualitycame back for my breaks! Great service! Love how they tell me other stuff that s going on and glad they trust me as a women that i understand my car. Takes a awhile but it s not a ton of workers. But they re respectful and do good work. Great price ! Can t wait to come back to fix the other stuffIf i could give them 10 stars i would! Always a pleasure coming here

I had a nail stuck in my tire, so I went to Discount Tires because I previously bought 2 new tires from them with a tire service pkg. The guy working told me to come back at 4pm because it was almost lunchtime & they had a lot of people waiting. When I show up at 3:50pm, there is a different guy working. He said the other guy went home and that they could not fix my tire because there was 4 people there already. I explained to the guy that I could of left my car earlier but was told not to. I wasted the whole day when I could of took my tire someplace else to be fixed. If I would have known that this place treated their customers like this, I would have never bought the tire service pkg. I hate liars.

I drove by and there is a sign saying free alignment check. When I went to the business they said, "that's only with a new tire set purchase." There is no asterisk or anything stating this on the sign. This is false advertisement, leads me to believe other shady business practices are used here. I would avoid... I liked Lee's alignment, but they have recently changed owners, so I can't speak for their work anymore!

I had my car serviced today at the Gardena shop. I had an appointment, so my car was taken in rapidly and was serviced to my satisfaction. Victor was very helpful and listened to my concerns regarding the service being performed on my vehicle. I'm very picky about who services my car, and I was not disappointed of the level of service both myself and my car received. Will return next time to this shop I need automotive repairs or service.

Had my drop off set up as an appointment. The manager helped me and everything was smooth. They were very careful with my car. Also offered me warranty. I also appreciated how they put my spare tire back on the trunk and secured it. This place earned my business for the lifetime of my tires.

Had a screw in my tire, causing a slow leak. It was a very busy day for them but Mike was able to take care of it while I waited. Very happy with the service and workmanship.
