This Caliber is absolutely AMAZING! Our estimator was Jeffrey and from the day I dropped of my vehicle, to the day of pick-up, Jeffrey A. and the team at Caliber did an amazing job with keeping me informed, updated, and aware of the entire process/what was happening. Jeffrey guided me through everything that was going on and did an amazing job with communication to keep me up-to-date with my repairs. The ladies at front desk were extremely sweet and even the gentlemen who picked up my phone calls to answer questions were kind as well. The team in the back did a phenomenal job on my vehicle from locating the parts, doing the installation/repairs, and even the paintwork. Overall, I had no idea what to expect with Caliber, but I left a happy and satisfied customer! They re very professional, great at what they do, and have amazing customer service!

I want to start off by saying, this business was very professional. Able to communicate each step of the repair. I directly communicated with Jeff. Jeff is very open and personable. Most businesses are self seeking and not concerned with caring for their customers. Meaning they do not care about the quality of their work. This experience was different because, they worked with me in terms of a rental. There was an issue with my repair and they helped cover my rental. They went the extra mile. All staff were wonderful and professional. My car was returned to me in high standard. I didn t have any anxiety or stress with waiting for my car to get finished..

Long story short, the there seems to be no quality control, and my rep Jeff was a classic sales guy . Jim, the manager is reasonable. Whoever is cleaning the cars there did a great job though.

We have brought a couple of vehicle's here to get work done in the past and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. The work done is great and not to mention the customer service. The staff is always very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. This is an exceptional and reliable repair shop. Very happy with their work

Caliber Collision in Gardena is the absolute best! The past month was an unfortunate one and had 2 cars that needed to go to the shop. However, the Caliber Collision team made it the easiest and most pleasant experience. Liz was amazing at communicating information to us and made sure all our questions/concerns were taken care of. Edgar and his team, took care of our cars and went above and beyond. Could not be more content with the overall work and service. Quick repairs and high quality service. Highly recommend.

Anyone looking for a good Collision Repair Shop for your vehicle I would recommend Caliber Collision Repair Shop they have an awesome team that will take care of you and your vehicle and ask for Jeff when you go in for you car repairs. First impressions are everything. Caliber Collisions Rosecrans/ Western is top notch customer service. Very positive environment. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Gardena! The staff is REALLY nice, knowledgeable, professional, caring and concerned! They explain EVERYTHING. They take time and care in answering your questions. Jeff is so comforting and gives EXEMPLARY SERVICE to ensure customer satisfaction! Jeff truly goes above and beyond to oversee the repair process. He cares about his customers! I received daily updates and I was totally satisfied with my overall experience from start to completion. The team does EXTRAORDINARY workmanship. I recommend you ask for Henry Montoya!!! My car was in a minor collision against a wall and the wall won. The bumper became detached and wouldn't latch back on and it also was torn in multiple places. Looked like Wolverine clawed it.I asked a family member for any body shop recommendations and they recommended I visit Henry Montoya at Caliber Collision in Gardena. I took the car to him, and Henry was super friendly, told me exactly how he would repair the bumper, and he even said he could fix a tennis ball sized dent I had on my passenger door. Henry kept me informed during the repair process, which was really a nice touch and much appreciated! He let me know when the bumper was being installed, when it was getting painted, and when it would be ready for pickup. Henry even delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule, in just a couple of days!Upon delivery, I noticed they washed my car and left it looking very shiny, the inside had that "new car smell," and the car looks brand new now! The repairs are excellent and the paint matched up perfectly to the rest of my beautiful yellow shine colored car! I am so impressed with both the repairs and the service and will definitely recommend Henry Montoya at the Gardena location to all my family and friends! He will treat you like family and have your car looking brand new again!! He'll take super good care of you just like he took care of me!

Nightmare experience!Their customer service is friendly but the vehicle repair service is terrible. Don t be fooled!I had a minor accident where my car was side swiped in early July, it is now September and they still haven t finished my car. I ve been patient and they are taking full advantage of that to take their sweet time because there s not much I can do.They give EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. It s disrespect with a smile.3 months to repair simple side-swipe related damages. I don t recommend this shop at all.

I took my car to Caliber for auto body repairs and painting. They were very professional and kept me well informed. They were honest and they have integrity in their workmanship. I would consider them in the future. All the staff were super polite and I particularly liked my service advisor David Flores because he did not want to give me back my car unless it was in tip top condition. Not only did they repair my car they cleaned it inside and out. I really appreciate Caliber for a job well done! There is only one critique, Caliber left a part that was replaced on my car and put it in my trunk which I feel should have been thrown away. Other then that I had a good experience with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sending my car here is one of the best decisions I ever made after my accident. The entire staff was extremely supportive and had great communication throughout the entire process. I felt heard and supported with the troubles from my car accident. I am extremely grateful for the service and humanizing care I experienced here! My car was done EXTREMELY FAST AND EFFICIENTLY. Will 100% return with any of my cars needs.

Excellent service, I was well informed with status of my vehicle. This was the best experience at an auto body shop that I have ever had. .Very professional!!! My car looked brand new. They provide constant updates on the progress. I would recommend them to family and friends.
