After having the worst experience with the insurance company of the at fault party in my Collision, I can say that Dorian at Gardena Auto Collision group definitely made my experience more positive. He did not minimize my situation and was always helpful to take the time to help me understand and or explain how things were going so that I could better prioritize the repair and return of my vehicle. Repairs that I am pleased with.

My car was repaired. I had problem withBlind Spot assist was inoperative. I took it back Jose Ramos was very helpful in resolving this issue. Looks like everything is functioning well at this time.

Horrible experience .Would give negative stars if possible.1). Assembled Tesla suspension incorrectly (backwards) resulting in a near accident for my wife and family.2). Charged me for an alignment that was never completed3). Literally, nickel and dimed me for everything wouldn t even remove water spots on passenger side that was cause by them leaving next to sprinklersThese are just a few issues granted the worse and most aggravating. Would never recommend nor go back - currently pursing legal avenues to recover out of pocket costs for suspension rework I had to pay for but was charged for.

I took my 2018 model S here after a car accident. Because it was the other persons fault and everything was recorded through dash cam I didn t pay a penny. They originally gave me an estimate of a month for it to be fixed but my car was ready in a little over 2 weeks. Miguel took care of me from start from finish. If you own a Tesla and you want your car to look brand new after a terrible accident take it here and ask for Miguel he ll take care of you.

They tried to send me home with a vehicle that wasn t fully repaired.The brakes and steering control were not working. It was repaired correctly the following day.

My wife s brand new Model Y Tesla was unfortunately vandalized. Had multiple key marks and deep scratches all over. I took it to ACG and was immediately greeted by Adolfo. He was very kind and reassured me they would make it new again. I didn t hesitate leaving my car with them because they are Tesla Certified and I could see they ran a professional operation. They were servicing many high end vehicles and I could tell just by the look of the lobby that this was a legitimate and trustworthy business. The staff is super friendly and did not experience any run-around. I expressed to Adolfo that my wife would be in labor by the following week, so it was imperative that we have it done asap. He did not disappoint and had the car looking implacable within a few days. I ve seen my share of body shops, but these guys get an A+ for service and professionalism. My experience here was impeccable from beginning to end. If you re a Tesla owner and don t feel like waiting months for them to fix your car, this is your go to certified place for repairs. Do NoT Hesitate! Office is clean, Receptionist is very professional and helpful. I dealt with Adolfo for all of my vehicle needs and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They are honest and realistic with the timeframe needed for them to complete your work. And they keep you informed of things along the way. I highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Tesla Certified Repair Facility and it shows why. They had numerous Tesla s in their lot and for my repair, Gabriel insured only OEM parts were used. I would highly recommend ACG.

Can't say enough about this shop. The service is top-notch, the body technicians are well-versed in auto repairs and they go above and beyond for their clients. My car was well taken care of and I can tell. A huge shout-out to my body technician, Fernando. He did an excellent job! Upon receiving my vehicle, it looked brand new, as they repaired all of my damages and they did a full exterior & interior detail (they even cleaned under my hood!). Word of advice: please be mindful of your insurance company, as sometimes they are the ones who cause the unnecessary delays with your vehicle - not the shop. Please avoid Alliance United Insurance. They are unreliable and unresponsive and luckily, the manager Dorian assisted me with my insurance in ensuring I get the parts & approvals I needed for my vehicle. Definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I am beyond glad and grateful someone recommended us to this body shop. I knew right away my vehicle was going to be in good hands. Everyone I spoke to, especially Jorge who helped my boyfriend & I tremendously, we re so nice and helpful. We couldn t have been more happier with the work that was done. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and will definitely be returning to repaint our other vehicle very soon and I can not wait to see the outcome!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Miguel did an exponential job and treated us like family. I cannot express my gratitude to him and his team enough. He even went out of his way to fix a paint error from factory upon delivery of my Tesla MYP, and now it looks even better than new!! He got me in and in less than 2-3 weeks my car was done compared to having to wait for my car to even be seen at other shops! 15 out of 10 experience and will only be coming here for all my Tesla service needs! My car was determined by my insCo to be a total loss,consequently, no repair work was performed. ACG was very professional and did what they said they would do in the course of handling my car and even gathered my personal belongings from my car and delivered them to me. I would not hesitate to do business with ACG anytime in the future.

ACG repaired my Model X after I was rear ended. Overall I had a good experience. Gabriel, Carlos and Maria were very helpful and focused on customer satisfaction. The repair work they performed appears to be skilled and of quality caliber.The only drawback I experienced was that since they were not a Direct Repair Program shop with my insurance company, things took slightly longer than I expected, but fortunately, the team at ACG assisted me to make things right and to make sure my experience was as trouble free as possible.The main reason I went to ACG over a DRP shop is because they came recommended by Tesla for body repairs. And for Tesla owners, this should be an important factor when looking for a body repair shop.

I would highly recommend ACG. They were all so nice, helpful and professional. Carlos explained what exactly needed to be done to fix my Model X. They also QC'd it to make sure there were no squeaks / noises due to having to remove and replace panels. Hopefully I won't have to, but I would definitely return to ACG if I ever have to have my car repaired!

Tge customer service is OUTSTANDING. They gave regular updates on the progress of your car. They always answered any questions I had on time. My car was promised to me in 2 wks and I got it 2 days earlier. They even stayed open for me to pick up my car after hours. My car looked AMAZING they even buffed out the scratchs that had nothing to do with my accident. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO WHO EVER IS WILLING TO LISTEN TO ME.

I had the misfortune of being involved in two accidents this year. Both times ACG Provided me with excellent customer service and quality repairs. My service representative Felix kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. Felix explained in detail all the areas that needed repairing during my initial inspection. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the entire ACG team.When I picked up my car. I couldn t believe my eyes. The car looked brand spanking new. Im still in awe. The ACG team really takes pride in doing an exceptional job. Carlos the manager at the Gardena location, explained that my car exterior and interior had been detailed. Thank you Carlos Overall, this has been a blessed experience doing business with ACG. I will highly recommend that you give ACG a chance. They are top notch!!!!

Excellent work done on my car. Had problems with the insurance company that was taking care of the work being done, and ACG handled it like professionals. Don't want to get into the drama, but Thomas Is my guy whenever I need anything done. I appreciate your help beyond words

My truck was vandalized and to pay out of pocket was way to much. I looked online and found ACG. I gave them a call and they told me to bring it right in, All I had to do was make my Insurance claim and they dealt with the rest. After my truck was completely finished it was amazing! It looked like nothing had ever happened to it. It looked like if it was a brand new truck. I really recommend them for any type of body work for your vehicle.

I want to thank the entire staff at ACG for they are true professionals, I want to thank Carlos the Shop Manager for keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. If you want your damaged vehicle coming out looking brand new I would advise you to take it to ACG, I am completely satisfied, Marilyn

My car was hit from the front and jacked up had a lot of damage. Auto Collision Group made it look brand new by the time it was fixed. I'm so excited to get back behind the wheel feels like a new look. Shout out to Carlos and the whole ACG fam. It was well worth the wait after my adjusters took forever to come out and look at the car. Can't say thank you enough!!!
