I stopped in for a parking brake clip repair on my F30. I wanted to replace the plastic OEM clip with a metal aftermarket one, and Emiliano took care of it within couple hours, although I was a walk-in customer. There was a small hiccup with the direction of the bottom piece of the clip being mounted, as the method of install is different from OEM (as well as the design), but Emiliano quickly took care of it and corrected it at no extra charge. The lady at the front desk is super nice and communicates very clearly where she quickly stabilizes all miscommunications. They also took a picture of the installation as I wanted to post in the BMW forums. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely fantastic shop! The owner is a Master Mechanic that ASE, BWW, and Mini Cooper Certifications. I take my wife s BMW for all services as well as my Ford Ranger. I ve done both expensive, complex engine and transmission repairs all the way to simple oil changes. These guys are the real deal. The office staff are very nice and informative; giving me details about repairs and costs. And I love supporting local shops- especially when they perform honest, quality work at a far better price than the dealership. I would recommend Able Auto Repair to anyone!

Been coming here for years. They do good work and are trustworthy. I usually drop my car off the night before and pick it up the next day when the work is done. The previous owners run the smog place nextdoor.

This place is great. Efficient, fast and good prices!! Jessica is the best!! She has a great personality, always polite and gives great customer service. I highly recommend them for BMW service!!!!

I needed major unexpected work done on my vehicle. The quotes given were fair, printed out for me to compare and keep in my recirds. I got my car back the same day service was provided!!!

I suggest employees need to wear masks and cover nose and mouth, not just the mouth only. Hand sanitizer for customers would be nice. I thought the service was great. Friendly employees.

This place is right on the corner of Gramercy & Artesia blvd & it's a nice lil place that seems to offer most services including Smogs... The receptionists are very friendly & helpful with getting you in without having to wait too long & if you have to wait then there are plenty of shops & stores within walking distance so you can handle other things on you "To Do list".

They stole my engine cover.... I paid $1200.00 for a repair and it still isn't repaired... Great staff friendly and very upfront with prices.

1st of all way to over priced..second i took my car to them on monday to have motor mounts installed took them 1 n half days to do the job ..n than to top it off the broke a bolt for the mount and never even told me about it till i noticed it was missing..called them back this morning and they told me tht it was already broken n its gunna b 170 dollars to fix sumthang they broke..worst repair shop i ever to..long story short at the end of the day they got 430 dollars from me for a incomplete job ..n they want another 170..to fix wat they broke...never again will go to this place again..

I left my car there for a week and they didn't do any work at all on my car. They acted like it was unacceptable that I was upset that they didn't do the requested work. I had an appointment as well.Worst service everrrrr....
