My BMW's bumper was damaged and needed to be repaired and painted. I shopped around, both on Yelp and Google, then went to several body shops for estimates. About a week - and numerous estimates later, A- One Body Shop beat the other shops warranty by 2 years and they gave me the second best price (the "best" price was 50 bucks less but their paint warranty was only for 1 year and the place looked janky). Trust me when I tell you, look all you want, this is the best place you're going to find. Ruben, the owner (and Hector, the repair guy) are super cool. The shop is modern. This place is legit.

I had the best experience with A One Auto Center! They were professional, trustworthy and fixed my car so quickly. I really appreciate how well they explained the issue with my vehicle and communicated the job status with me while my car was in the shop. They made a stressful situation better and I couldn t recommend Joel and the team more!

Ash and Ruben from A-One Auto were so helpful throughout the whole process of having some scratches on both sides of my car reparied. When I got it back, it felt like I had a whole new car!Ruben made a confusing process easy to understand, giving me a clear picture of what my options were and how to go about filing an insurance claim.Ash went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance and advocating for me to them. Anytime I called, if he wasn't able to answer, he always called me back within 1-2 minutes. He even gave me a ride home all the way to Manhattan Beach from the shop after dropping my car off so that I wouldn't have to pay for an uber.I am originally from the East Coast so I don t have a family out here in LA to help me with these kinds of things but A-One was so helpful and accommodating that it made a daunting task feel very manageable. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I know!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The mechanics performed maintenance and repair work on my 2006 BMW Z4 during February 2024 at a reasonable cost and they were very professional with good customer service and honest workers. They are experts in their work and very thorough and organized. Service was very reliable with the work they did and I trust them with my car. I m glad I took my car to them.

Stumbled upon this jewel while looking for a body shop to fix my bumper and other repairs. Very happy I pulled into this shop. Ask for Ruben. He took great car of my car and the process went extremely smoothly. If I ever need repairs, I'll be coming back here.

This was my second experience at A-One and I was again thrilled by their level of service. Joel and Andy and fantastic and quite knowledgable. They explained the service in detail and made sure to keep me updated. I'll definitely be back for all of my automotie needs. A+++

Love A one Auto. They take care of me every time. I'm notified when I need my oil changed and any other services to keep my car on the road. They're friendly and informative. You can't loose and I never felt ripped off.

A one Auto is one of the best body shops that I have ever used. From the minuet I arrived with the car and they were super helpful and detailed. Went over the repairs in details and had already reserved a car for me with the nearest car rental dealer. The entire process from dropping off the car to picking up the rental took less than an hour which is my past several experiences took at least 3-4 hours. One of the amazing benefits there to that they are not just a body shop but they also have a very good mechanics team who helped me check and repair couple items of my car . I would recommend them to everyone . A one are truly A one in the business.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

Kind and courteous. I felt comfortable as a woman with their diagnostic assessment of my vehicle as Andy was very kind and patient as he clearly helped me to understand the problem (what,where, and why) as well as pricing, warranties, etc. Amazing Service!

I was quoted for a $400 repair and wasn't explained to that the van wasn't running and needed an extra $2,000 to get it back on the road. After walking over there to pick it up he explained $400 was only for diagnostic and he wasn't sure if he could even find the part. After a week trying to get the money he had my van towed from there. They wanted $400 plus $2,000 and weren't sure if they could even find the part. Scam shop

I recently purchased a 2023 Tesla Model Y. Almost immediately, I scuffed the paint on the bumper. Heartbroken I took it around to some body shops that were giving me estimates of upwards of $3K+. I took my car into A-One and their team gave me an estimate 1/6th of other shops and got it done within 24hrs without having to remove the bumper. A true miracle this place. They color matched the paint on site and I was absolutely blown away.Service: Painting

If I could give 100 Stars I would , I took My car in to get repaired from an accident i Had and they took care of me right away . They were all Fast and Friendly took care of me from the moment i walked in the door until My car was ready the process was seamless and I would recommend this shop to anyone !! the car was done beautiful and even got a Nice wax job Thank you ASH for Everything .

This review is well over due. This shop is the best. I Have taken 2 of my trucks here a black suburban and my black armada. Transmission work was great with warranty. The communications and professionalism gives it more then 5 stars. Special thanks to Joel who help my mom today with her jeep compass. He is very patient and kind. This shop is worth every penny. Quality work.

These guys are incredible! They are so communicative and really break corn what is going on with my truck. They lay out options for repair. They are honest and won t try to sell you on repairs you don t need. So happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic.

Took my Prius into the shop for diagnostic and Joel was helpful and informative. He explained the problem with my car in detail and the shop was able to repair it at a decent price. Will definitely come back again.

Recently my truck rear main seal went out. Not an easy job and don't have the time nor space to do it myself. Went down here and took care of wife's truck. I was in and out same day. Can't get service like that anywhere. I definitely recommend highly to take your car here.Thanks a million guys.
