This was my first time using a dumpling station for a small toilet. I do not have a RV it's a 5gallon tank I keep in my 71 VW Transporter #Vanlife. Anyway it was super easy, the staff was excellent. They were kind, curtious, and patient answering all my questions. The facility is clean and easy to use. The dumping station it's self had a hose, large sink, gloves and soap. The office/store has various items you may need they also have several size propane tanks and Ice as well as dry ice (awesome). Considering what I was doing it was super easy and Stinker (my dog) didn't mind waiting. Thank you Western Propane, GassyDan you Rock!

Staff is friendly, my stuff is safe. I've been here several years and I have never had a problem with anything. They are really helpful.

03/13/23. Outstanding location! Easy to maneuver around, customer service is great! They will stop doing what they are doing just to ensure you don t require any assistance. Everything about this location is convenient from supplies to even filling up on propane. It s farther away from me but it s worth the drive in my books! They provide everything you need to drop your sh!t, even gloves and hand soap! My new go to place!

Great place, they take your propane tanks off and fill them for you. Also provide air for tires at no charge, easy to pull in and out when dumping grey and black water tanks. They provide excellent service and nice guys. Love this place.

i'm really happy i found this place. i have an older RV, and i came to Western originally for my first propane fill. next trip, i got propane and firewood. a few months later, i could smell propane at the tank - the team onsite is always friendly and helpful, and the tech diagnosed a leaky valve. they had a replacement on the wall of retail parts, and they swapped it out in just a few minutes. i asked about the regulator, but the tech thought it was working fine and told me to come back if there was an issue, i appreciated that he wasn't trying to up-sell me on parts i didn't seem to need. later that year, i got a whiff of propane again, so next time i was in for a fill-up, i got the new regulator - again, they had the right part on hand. super happy with the service, can-do attitude and the easy-in, easy-out location.

The service was tremendously helpful, I didn t need to go anywhere to fill or swap tanks, Andrea let me know when she was close to ensure the tanks were available, and best of all I didn t need to leave my house!It was a tremendous value since it was cheaper than the store or gas station exchange and the tanks were filled more than they would have at an exchange.I definitely would recommend and use again since this is my 4th delivery (of many in the future) I am a prime example of a happy client and endorse Western Propane!

I needed a facility that was close to my home and where I could empty my holding tanks. Western Propane was a perfect fit. Friendly and very accommodating not to mention they have the lowest price for refilling my RV propane tanks. It's refreshing to find a business that still provides friendly services at very reasonable prices.

Recurrent home delivery customer, whom was turned onto to Western Propane services during a Google search years ago for swapping out my tanks. I never liked getting them from Home Depot or whatnot, because the tanks always looked not-so-well maintained at all and it just seemed sketchy to me to see them sitting in cages outside, exposed to the elements.At first I didn t know what to expect, but even upon my first doorstep delivery a couple of years ago, I was really impressed. The prices were competitive to grabbing a filled tank at HD, but one thing the average consumer doesn t realize is the high value proposition that Western Propane services provides - tanks in really great condition, and they are actually filled up. Plus you add on home delivery (already factored into the cost of the tank exchange or new tank) within 24 hours of order (check their zip code lookup on the site to determine whether they can deliver to your area), and I don t know a better deal around.One thing I didn t initially realize as an average consumer is that tanks only have a finite operating life cycle, and that they are only mostly filled at stores, relative to the capacity of the vessel (20lb. LP tank). I found this education on their site at first glance.Overall, completely satisfied and loyal customer, and will continue getting my propane delivered from Western Propane for years to come. I have two tanks at home at all times for when I m cooking at home or on-the-go. Great, friendly and professional service, serving a great need for us outdoor cooks!

We are so thankful we found this place!!! Our tanks were full after staying at Bolsa Chica, but we weren't able to use the Bolsa Chica dump station because it was closed for repairs. We drove to Huntington Beach, but the dump station there was closed because of a Red Bull event. We ended up at Western Propane. They were very friendly and helpful! It was easy to pull in and out. And they have all the supplies to make it simple.

I've been coming here for three years, love the staff and prices. My only complaints are you guys need to have separate parking for people who need to pick up parts and the new girl with the aqua colored hair who works there is rude. She stood there talking with a customer without a mask on and put it on after we showed up. Why was it off in the first place? Other than that we love you guys.

Great refills for my bbq grill. They top off your tank unlike the exchanges at retailers or gas stations where it s only filled up 3/4 way. Stop overpaying for exchanges and get your filled up here. I paid under $15 for 5 gallons and the service was excellent!

I m been doing service here from the last two years until last couple weeks purchased a new tank, brought home doesn t burn normal as old tank, like propane doesn t go out, like stuck, bring back to ask for exchange, they not accept for exchange, they said it s new tank and it must be working fine, they bring to test on the heater it s work, of course it s work, like I said, it s doesn t burn normal as my old tank , of course it s work on the heater for testing, my old tank also bought from them.

The staff is always very helpful, professional services. Clean, dump station for R.V.'S Propane, safely dispensed, was not aware of punch card for propane I will check that today. but am aware of punch card for dump station. Price for dump has gone up . Many products you may need on your way out of town. Handy, reasonably priced.

Always great service. Dan and the guys are very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They have a nice selection of common R.V. supplies as well as some specialty items. They have a good size lot with designated in and out driveways so their facility access is super easy in & out, even with a rig in tow. Highly recommend for your propane refills. Fill"er Up @ Western Propane!

Every time we come they go above and beyond. Helpful knowledge, clean facility, extra air, dump station, store, cold drinks. Every person we have had help us is great. Today just happened to be Daniel and the one I quizzed (HA!) JC - who I decided must be Jesu Cristo. Thanks friends! See you next time.

Large lot to easily pull your RV in and out of. clean dump station. $10 for self service $20 for full. They have a wash station at the dump station so you can clean up after and they even provide gloves! You can even leave your recycles. They also have a small RV supply store. Got my punch card. Will stop here every time we are in town.

Great service and super clean place. They have everything available to use for dumping RV waste including new gloves, soap and water faucet, paper towels, water hose, and sewer drainage hose. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

This will be a double sided five star review. It IS the best place on OC for dump, air, water and propane and always great service!!! However, after being gone for a while I came back to a price increase for dump and water. Was 10 bucks, now 15 for dump and an additional five fir water? Paid it, thought about it, and it just sits so badly on my brain! The ONLY facility that I have ever seen separate water and charge so much! Weather topping off the tank or filling up. I think I would rather swollow a 100% increase to 20 bucks than have the thought process behind this rattle around in my brain.

Absolutely the biggest propane scam on the market. They quote you one price and bill you for a much higher price plus they charge you a massive delivery fee on top of that. Avoid like the plague.

I have just recently found western for all my motorhome needs propane, dump, etc. They are helpful and nice people. Very reasonable prices. I am now a permanent customer.

Extremely lazy employees. I asked two different employees a question, and they walked away, because they did not want to help me out with answering my question. I also asked if they can fill up my propane, and they did not fill it up all the way to the safe and required standard. This occurred on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 2:38pm. The two employees who avoided doing their job were the Caucasian who charged me for the propane, and an African American who works in the shop. They have no leadership. Leaders are always willing to help others out.
