I took my car to Viet for a rather unconventional repair. A plastic elbow carrying fuel cracked and needed replaced. The manufacturer only sells the entire fuel pump assembly with the piece. The piece has broken so many times for so many people someone made an aftermarket one from aluminum. In order to change the piece you have to drop the fuel tank and disassemble the fuel pump. Viet was able to do the repair fast and for a very good price. My car is not leaking fuel and I expect this part to hold up for the life of the car. I cannot thank Viet enough. He is a great mechanic with good prices.

Definitely recommend this place. Viet and his employees are top notch and professional. My car was having issues accelerating and this shop quickly told me I was overdue for a major service. Whereas I would be paying easily 3k for this service, I only paid for a fraction. I will be coming here more often.

I had an unforeseen issue with my car and I was in a bind. So I brought in my car and talked about the issue with Viet. He was very welcoming and also reassured me that everything was going to be alright. There was great communication throughout the process of getting the car fixed. The customer service was on point and they also got the issue fixed in no time! Great group of professionals and overall an amazing auto shop.

I brought my car for repair over heat thru referral and met Viet (owner) who explained detail to me what he has done and I just wait and see how qualify machanic before rating his business and now more than a month with qualified of his job I am strongly recommending to who is looking for qualify, trust, responsible, knowledgeable and professional auto repair shop to service your car. I have never felt so welcomed at an auto shop before. My bf and I came in first thing in the morning and Toni greeted us. He told us he could help us out, but the way he was so understanding and welcoming is was what really stood out to us. Not only did he give us such an affordable price if anything I felt like I was stealing from him since it was so cheap. He made sure we were good. I will come back again and recommended him. Toni thank you for being a good person! We don t forget people like that!

Can't say enough good things about Tony and his services. I drove over 50 miles to come see him and get my battery issues fixed. He went ahead and fixed and cleaned parts of my engine that helped improve my gas mileage without me paying a dime. I trust this man with my car %. Matter of fact, I need knew brakes! This man's dedication to the automotive industry and customer service has always been his top priority . Viet first helped me out with my civic coupe 25 years ago. In the short time I worked along side him I learned many things that mechanics will never show you. He inspired me to go on and open my own shop in Texas. Using what I learned from him I was able to open my own shop and was very successful at it. When I retired from the business in 21, I sold the shop and everything in it. The only thing I kept was a Mike Hansen manifold that viet gave me all those years ago. Viet, it's good to see that you are still doing what God put you here for, helping others! We brought our car to Change brake pads. Viet was very honest and checked the pad before if they were indeed needed to be changed. Turned out we didn't need to change them yet despite what the previous mechanic told us. He also showed us the brake pads and why they are not needed to be changed yet. We are thankful that we were not cheated to do something we didn't have to. This just shows that Viet has great work ethic and is a trusted mechanic. This is our first time visiting his shop and we will come back again and again.

If i can put no star i will do it. I went to this racist mechanic i had a problem with my car and when I arrived i show him respect and called him sir good morning i want to replace my battery and he was so upset i overpassed it and when he finished i told him i have another problem and he start yelling at me and told me you have to tell me all the problems at once you are wasting my time (i stayed there for 30 mins ) and he continued I can t deal with you people i told him who people he told me Midwestern people and he refuse to take money from me and didn t check for my problem i have never treated like that before i feel so bad

I am a first time customer and by the service I received will be a long time customer. I wish I knew Viet along time ago I would have saved a lot of MONEY and TIME. Viet came in on a Sunday by special appointment and installed my water pump in two hours for less then half of what two other mechanics wanted to charge. If you want a great auto mechanic who conducts himself with integrity and professionalism then I would highly recommend Viet for all of your auto repairs.

TLDR: Best Auto Shop. Come here for best auto care. No other place will treat you and your vehicle's this well.Excellent customer service! I've been going to Viet Auto Service for 4 years now for all my major repairs and general maintenance on both my vehicles. Of all the mechanics that I have tried that are close to my home in the inland empire this shop always has me coming back even though it's far. Viet auto has the best prices, honest service, friendly staff and top notch customer care. I STRONGLY believe this is the best auto shop and that the other auto shops that I have gone to have always been a terrible experience.

All other places were booked and couldn't take walk ins. Viet auto was the only one that took me in when I badly needed Freon for my ac and an oil change. They told me that they wouldn't be able to attend me until an hour later. But an hour later my oil change was done and my freon was installed! So I was very happy. I just wish they would have charged me a little less for the mobile oil-oil change. But I'm happy they made my day considering how hot it was that day!!

Best service by far! My 2005 Sienna is getting up in years and mileage and I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Pricing, service and quality are excellent! Tony is upfront about options and parts, as well as urgency of repairs and explaining what is wrong.

One of the best place to fixed your car. Everytime I go there they never failed to amazed me. The owner he is really straight forward and will tell you what need to fixed and how much its gonna cost. No extra charge and always will give you straight shot. I referred this place as 5 star place. Best if luck to the owner.

**MUST READ**.. my car had a leak and needed to be repaired in 3 different areas. Tony showed us and we felt that we trusted him. He said the job would be about $500, but it really urgently needed to be done so we went through with it. It was going to stay overnight and be done the following day. Ok, so at this point we are picking it up the next day and the work is complete. We thought nothing of it - paid Tony $500 plus tax. Now, a week later I get an email for a survey from Simpson Chevrolet in Garden Grove regarding my recent visit. So I contacted Simpon Chevrolet and sure enough, my car had been worked on THERE. And IT WAS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. I didn't even know the work that needed to be done would have been covered. But of course at 32,000 miles it still had warranty.. So now today I called Tony, very upset because I'm out $541 when HE took it to CHEVY for free work. All Tony did was pay $157 for THEM to fix a part. I went and picked up the invoice right away from Chevy. Tony admitted his mistake (with a few obvious "I didn't know at first" lies) sorry, but at the point where I paid $541 he never once said anything about taking it to Simpson, it being covered under warranty or anything like that. I am really surprised by all the positive reviews. This guy was so UNTRUSTWORTHY. No excuses for not letting his client know about the warranty or taking it somewhere else to be worked on. I paid $541 for most of what my warranty covered. He stole and cheated me out of my money. Thankfully I managed to get it back and he admitted his mistake. But he would have never told me he did this if he didn't get caught. That's horrible. He even told my dad and I "I'm not all about making money" Yeah right... Next time I'll be much more cautious of this happening, but I'll never be back here. Be very careful going here.

I brought my car for struts replacement but i don't know what happened with those parts and now making noise or loosing stability but i spoke to one of the guys and he told me to bring it in to be check it out maybe they can fix it cause it was a few months ago but the struts shouldn't be damaged because it's not even a year that they installed..Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Came here for an oil change. They seemed honest. They were accurate to price and availability as discussed on phone. No surprises. They also automatically checked tire pressure for us. I d recommend them.
