I have been shopping at this Transpack for a little more than five years. The service manager Kenny is very rude to customers. When I first started coming here, he was very nice and helpful. As time went on, and there were more customers in the store, he has begun to be very rude to his loyal customers. He isn't happy with customers calling with questions more than once, doesn't like to listen to any customer concerns, doesn't have any patience and he has terrible customer service and attitude. I do not recommend coming here and the thought of coming back here gives me anxiety.

Literally the worst service. They will lie to you over the phone regarding price and availability then when you get to the store they dont have what you need and will give you a higher price.Best to do business else where. What you think youre saving on parts you will lose in time.

I was referred by another customer . He told me that the prices were the best in town. He wasn't lying. I got both of my inside door handles for $30.

I like to buy auto parts here because if you know what you need just ask for it and boom they give it to you real fast and the most interesting part is that they're prices are so cheap

If you can't find the parts for an older car you're looking for, this is the place to go. However be ready to pay more for the product you're looking for. They know you can't find it anywhere so they mark-up the prices.

I spend a lot of time looking for a lincoln ls secondary timing chain tensioner, no body has it, finally founded on Amazon but this place have the full kit for a few dollars more.
