IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME,. YOU GOTTA READ. I've been going here for the 3 years for regular maintenance, and it donned on me. Why do I pay so much to wait in my car to be seen, Then wait in the lobby for 2 hours for a simple maintenance, and that's with an appointment. I canceled my survice appointment and went to Valvoline. (No appointment) 5 minutes WAIT MAX! As they're getting my info, they're doing the regular maintenance and rotation. I saved money on an Uber drive home and back, time, and the annoying dude at the shop that never is pleasant to see. Overall, if you don't care to miss your breakfast with your family and love, they're A+ "I'm just doing my job" service, this is the place for you! Otherwise, Valvoline is down the street on Trask and Magnolia. At the time that finished this review, Bichoy and Bree at Valvoline just billed me, and im going home for breakfast with the kids. Thanks, Valvoline! - Think smart again American.

This is my 2nd time doing service at this dealer. I have a problem every single time. 1st time, they washed my car and left a mess. Even i said no to car wash. I gave them 2nd chance. This time my appointment was at 7:00am. I got there at 6:55 and they have no line for people who already have appointment. I ask the guy work there and he accepted the problem and dont know why the dealer doing that. I waited almost an hour for someone to check my car in.

Service advisor was friendly knowledgeable, and on point. Took care of all my needs. Her name is Alena a.k.a The Pink Lady wonderful addition to the company .

Service seemed fine, what I disliked was the fact that they turned off my dash cam. I didn't realize until 2 weeks after when I was searching for an incident. I'm ok with them turning it off during the service but turn it back on or give me a heads up. What if I needed that footage and it wasn't there?! Because of this they lost a customer.

Experience was excellent. Car is running butter smooth, night and day difference. Came here twice, once to get a new catalytic converter, another for a battery change. They communicate mainly through text messages, interestingly.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! I did not have a good experience buying my new car here and unfortunately my car was towed here because it was the closest dealer after a rodent ate my engine coolant hoses. $135 for parts and ... (wait for it) $1,480 for labor!!! And They tell me I can't take it to another service station because it will void the warranty. So I'm SOL.My Insurance approved the payment (though I'm still out $1k bc of the deductible) and I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive 4 days later - ever heard of overnight or expedited delivery?? And when I call several times a day for updates, either no one answers, it gets disconnected or the person isn't there. Hours later I'll get a text back "part is not here :( ". Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. No rental car was offered even though I've had my car there now for 8 days.My family has exclusively bought Toyotas since the 1970's and my father was a Regional service manager for Toyota for 35 years and he has NEVER heard of this level of terrible customer service. Stay far away from this place.

My parents usually bring their camry here for maintenance. Not anymore. Long wait time. Bad service. Over charging for service. They broke a piece of in the engine and did not inform my parents until they brought the car to a repair shop outside. They spent more than $500 doing the repair all over again. If you read this comment, NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My car check up 105000 miles , drive smoothly no problem, problem is too expensive 1200.00 dollars discounts, same May , second 1200.00 plus discounts, please respond, I'm returning next day, they're forgot replace front light ..

Service is always wonderful.Just wish a seating area outside was provided.Few customers inclusing my. We are standing in the side walk for 1:30 minutes plus.

They told me ,that after the service they will wash may car ,and they didn't, when I asked someone about it the worker took my car when I got my car back it was very bad washed ,

Way too long of a wait. I had an early appointment at 7:00 a.m. so I can make a meeting at my job, my vehicle sat for a half hour and was done with paper work on service person's desk

Been very happy with the level and quality of service here. Been bringing my 2017 truck here since I bought it. Also bought a 1999 truck here brand new which speaks to the quality of Toyota products.
