I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent service I had at tashmo auto repair shop. I brought my car to you with the explicit condition of getting it running and driving again, as it was experiencing issues with sensors and required a proper diagnosis.Unfortunately, the outcome of the service has fallen short of my expectations. Despite the time and money invested, my car is still not functioning properly. The sensors installed seem to have made little difference, and the diagnosis provided did not address the root cause of the issue.Furthermore, I must mention that I had conveyed my urgent need for a working vehicle, which was not fulfilled. I trusted your expertise to rectify these problems promptly, but the experience has left me dissatisfied.I understand that troubleshooting certain issues can be challenging, but as a professional in this field, I expected a higher level of service. It is disheartening to have invested time and money without achieving the desired outcome.I kindly request that you review the work performed on my car and take immediate action to rectify the unresolved issues. I believe in your ability to address these concerns and restore my vehicle to full functionality. I look forward to a swift resolution.

Dan has been my mechanic for several years now and is fantastic. Great work with good prices. He's also one of the few mechanics in OC that will rebuild engines.

Tashmo is amazing. I called them about repairing the non-operating top of my 2002 Lexus SC 430. The dealer said it would cost $8000 to fix. I took the car to Tashmo, Garden Grove. They said they would diagnose the problem and give me an estimate to repair it. After a few days Daniel called me back and found the problem: one of the convertible top motors gears was missing a tooth. They were able to get the part on the Internet and repaired the car for $1500. They totally fixed the problem. Saved me $5,500 and restored my convertible. I am so pleased with their service and I plan to take the car back to them for any other repairs. Thanks Daniel.Michael Fitzgibbons MD

Came to Tashmo auto after seeing their page on Instagram. I asked for a quote on an engine rebuild for my 96 tacoma and they told me straight up how much itd be and the other possible factors that could change the price. They were upfront about their pricing which is something rare nowadays. After bringing my vehicle in I was met with a good attitude and a welcome. My car was taken and I began talking with Daniel and he was very specific on what'd be done and how fast they'd do it. He had my car ready even before the time he had told me and I was excited to finally get it back. I got my car back now and everything is great, his team did an amazing job. Their prices are very competitive. I had gone to other shops to see what a rebuild would run me and it was about 200 dollars more or less of what Daniel quoted me but they didn't have the reputation Tashmo Auto does which is why I went with them and also because I can trust an honest up front man like Daniel. Don't hesitate to give Tashmo Auto a try they will satisfy your automotive needs and Daniel was always in contact with updates and very quick to pick up the phone when I had questions. Thanks guys for giving my truck a second life.

Terribly cheap work. Saw them on Instagram and had faith in their skills before I came in August 2022. I work on my own vehicle, but due to my work scheduling at the time I needed someone else to do the work I don't have the time or equipment owned to do. They claimed the way they were doing the service would be easier for them to perform the work. While doing other work on my own time, I am still finding broken clips, anchors, harness connectors, burnt harness shields, leaking hoses, A/C doesn't function. I told him its no rush as the vehicle has strong sentimental value. Beyond disappointed with the subpar work.Service: Engine repair

I'm an AX and track guy so I've been to tons of shops and do alot of AX/race upgrades and am always looking for places that have:- knowledgeable technicians that know how to service the performance tuning community- honest management and technicians that won't try to rip you off with unnecessary repairs- genuinely care and take pride in the work they do- great valueTashmo II in Garden Grove is all of that and I highly recommend them. I'd been over to Tashmo I in Santa Ana and they were great. Based on that reputation I went to Tashmo II for some recent upgrades and maintenance and I am stoked. Excellent service, fast, everyone there is accommodating, the price was awesome and they did excellent work. They made some recommendations for future upgrades and asked me to come back to help me out, which I am going to take them up on.Just go there, you won't be sorry. I've found the shop(s) that I trust with Tashmo and I'm gonna recommend them to everyone I know. Had my Evo towed here for a JDM engine swap, gave me quote on phone. Took care of parts for me for a fair price and finished everything in a week.
