Beyond disappointed to say the least. Was sold 156c surge wheels from a dealer and figured out they were the wrong offset after mounting them. Waited about a month for the correct wheels, mounted the correct ones up. 6 months later, chrome flaking off. was told to get the wheels ready to send back for a refund and once I bought another set of wheels and tires and put them on I asked for the return labels. Adding insult to injury, I was then informed no refund or exchange would happen. Dan was helpful but seems the GM and president have zero interest in replacing wheels with defects. Very happy to say, I will never buy another set of wheels from Raceline company nor will I recommend them. Poor business practices. If you say you are going to warranty something then do it, not wait till the customer has spent more money to replace a defective product then just leave them hanging!!UPDATE AFTER 5 MORE MONTHS OF HAVING THESE WHEELS:pitting is out of control! Of course trying to get them to warranty them is a mistake and now on their "warranty policy" they have included pitting or rust is no able to be considered a defect. So buy from a reputable company who stands behind their product.

Drivers! Pay Attention! This is the easy way to back into their dock. It's a 3 point turn. As you enter gate, Stay wide left to prepare for right turn behind building. Complete your turn and you will see docks directly in front of you. Straighten out and back up to green fence behind you. You should now have enough room to turn right as though you were going to leave the same way you came in. Make that lazy right turn keeping in mind that you should end up with your trailer end pointed at corner of building. You will then back around the corner towards the dock. You're welcome. I had to learn the hard way.

Been running these wheels for years and happy to see they hold up great to the punishment of racing as well. Street, hotrod, show car or offroad they have a lineup that is sure to meet your need or style.

I personally rarely right reviews, but after the experice I had from frank at raceline I felt like I had to. Frank went way out of his way to help me get our bronco ready for a show to witch we where in a tight spot. After getting the wrong wheels he helps us find exactly what we needed and in time forbthe show. Thank you for the great experience

I want to thank Ruben Rincon for taking care of the issue i had with my wheel. My wheel had a catastrophic failure and they gave me a replacement. All the people that i encountered at Raceline/Allied wheel were very nice and helpful.

I was helped by Jose with a transaction I had for a warranty request. Jose was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for my transaction. I am very satisfied with this company for the employees (Jose) that put a name to it. I will o my think Raceline when I need new wheels from now on.

Horrible service. I had two of my wheels crack within 1 week of each other. Never taken the truck off road. Just highway use. I figured it might be a defect with the batch I got. So I requested to just have all 4 replaced being that I use my truck everyday and couldn t have it down any longer if it happens to one of the other two wheels. But they won t do anything about it. I ve been waiting for a month now to get these two wheels to be replaced. Horrible service.

Order# 39030602 and Order #39026906Ordered and selected a 5x114.3 fitment. They send 5x115. I call and speak to Priscilla requesting exchange (incorrect items sent)Incredulously she says it'll fit and to keep it. I contact CarID to initiate an RMA, and when CarID contacts them twice they say it's same fitment each time and won't exchange.This ignores so many things including the basic fact that I made a selection, that selection is in stock, you sent a different one and refuse to exchange for what ordered and paid for. Choosing the fitment is my decision not yours to make. Also, the verified fitment for a 2001 Honda Prelude is 5x114.3. Pushing 5x115 is unprofessional and I'm sure a safety hazard.I would like what I ordered and not an alternative. Its seems so simple it's baffling that a company can change an order like that and be so incredulousl about it. I don't care it it fits. It's not what I selected and its actually not even a verified fitment and it's even in stock! It seems so lazy and unprofessional

It is a horrible place to work at it is disgusting manager Jose sleeps on the job supervisor to in the monting department shows up drunk hung over and sleeps on the job majority of the people their are drunk or drinking when I worked their I will see them sitting and talking while everyone else is doing their job and get in trouble if needing to leave early for family emergency and for the workers who are good employees their they get treated very unfairly and are not appreciated when I worked their Alex was a huge help and always looked out for the new people and made my experience working their a good experience and was always working hard no matter what condition he was in and also mario are both great workers and must be recognized for their work long story short very bad wear house department and terrible management
