I received a quote on my brakes from a big name auto shop that included changing my brake master cylinder and disc/drums and related pads/shoes for a wobble at certain speeds. The rep was certain is was being caused by the rear brakes but everything was going bad and that I should try not drive the car until it is fixed.It is a bit of a drive for me but took my car to Quoc to check it out the very next day. He quickly confirmed that there were no issues with my brake master cylinder. As he started to remove the drum from my rears, he pointed out to me that my drums have not been taken off for some time. He continued to check my drums, with me next to him and either that big box mechanic has x-ray vision (though metal) or he truly never opened up my rear drums because all the dust was still there. no fingerprints or evidence of someone looking around in there. Just watching Quoc work, he had to dust things off just to take a look. After his full inspection, the only required fix was the front brakes and related pads.He was extremely affordable. I had him include an oil change and the price was 1/8th of what the big box shop wanted to charge, half, had I only had them do the fronts (with no oil change).Amazing service and price. I was at the shop for less than 2 hours and I was a walk in and he had to order the parts. Not to mention other cars were being worked on.I used to do my own car repairs as I had some old school mechanics teach me and Quoc does has those same qualities. thorough and honest.Services: Brakes, Oil change

He s open on Sunday! I needed a quick fix and no other mechanic was open. I went in and was out within 20 minutes.

Been a customer for nearly 20 years so this review is way over due. Very hardworking and trustworthy which is rare in this field. I take all my cars to him. Japanese, German, American, etc. he can fix them all. Today is January 1, 2022, and Mr. Quoc serviced me an oil change. He is friendly and the best part about this auto shop, is that everything is done fast.Mr. Quoc doesn't waste your time. Very good and hard-working guy! I highly recommend and will be coming here for my next oil change.

Great place to bring your car for repairs. Peter is very reliable and honest with the work that needs to be done on your car, charges reasonably. He explained to me every process of the repair, showed the part that was broken and also showed the replacement parts, after which he test drove my car upon repair. Highly recommended!

Update: Took my car to Quoc with check engine light, which has been on since a year. I took my car to four different mechanics over the past year and no one could diagnose the issue. Took to quoc after my last visit and he fixed the problem is just two hours. May car is running fine and so far no problems.Man I m glad I found these guys. They gave me good price and liked their service. Highly recommended.

This places is hiding on Brookhurst before trash going south. Prices is very reasonable. The auto shop only have one car lift. But, the owner Mr. Quoc is very nice guy. He does everything for your car need. Please, stop by and support him.ThanksHe open on Sunday too.

Best kept secret. Honest and affordable. The owner is very humble. I've been looking for a trustworthy mechanic since Firestone wasn't honest with me on my last repairs. Quoc Auto is my new spot.

Took my car to get I repaired, noticed that the serpentine belt was off the compressor and everything else, took it to him he also noticed that the compressor was damaged which he did show me and it was. He gave me a price to replace it which was fair, but unfortunately was not honest with me and letting me know that he doesn t do AC repairs, As you all know when you change the compressor you need to recharge your AC unit at the same time he was not honest in that sense. If he were to tell me that he would replaced the compressor and recharge my ac for what he charge me my ac would not be failing know, I took it back to him to see why my ac was not blowing could air after I told him that he installed the compressor, he tells me that I might have a leak and that he is going to recommend someone else to do my ac leak. If he installed the compressor wouldn t u think that he would do a AC recharge as well? Y would u send me to another place, y not do that in the fist place. I should off taken it somewhere else. Please make sure u ask if he can do a compressor with a recharge on ur ac before getting this done with him. I feel scammed of the job he did. Dose good on other thing but I would ask a lot of ? When getting work done on your car. Know I have to find a shop that will check for leaks and if any damages as well. To recharge my AC In my car. I m disappointed on the work he did.

Just got blessed with the best, and cheapest car service I've ever had. Oil change for 20 bucks and a replaced turbo starter that was causing my car to overheat for 50. They also went ahead and found out why my car was leaking transmission fluid for free, the issue was that the Jiffy Lube on South and Bellflower INTENTIONALLY left bolts loose on my gasket so that I would come back. Tightened bolts = no more leaking. Don't ever go to jiffy lube. And if you're in the Garden Grove or OC area definitely go to Quoc Auto Repair! They are quick, efficient, very reasonably priced, and have excellent customer service.

Brought in my 2007 nissan altima twice already. Once for an axel replacement and more recently to change my thermostat and radiator. They did an amazing job. I highly recomend this place they work fast and efficient. Great customer service. Try them out you wont regret it.

Just got my oil change fast service also got my light adjusted he did it for free mr. quoc place is the best. I for sure coming back again for my transmission oil change and my spark club thank you for your excellent service

His English may be a little hard to understand but the dude puts fancy dealer mechanics to shame. Service is prompt and affordable. Con-It is a very tiny shop so a vehicle is hard to park and move around.

Just went to get an oil change. When I asked him he said no cash only he assumed I didn t have cash?? I had cash. Then he said no boss isn t here then I asked so you don t do oil changes ? He says no cash only don t know how this place got so many stars. Waste of my time.

I love this place. I have great great respect for mr quoc. I've made costly mistake of taking my car elsewhere. I defenetly will never never change mr quoc again. The best and honorable Master mechanic all the way.

Told me my head gasket was bad due to some leakage went to another far trusted mechanic was just one bottom hose English is sort of ok so makes him difficult to tell you what is wrong and lies if you dont know basics about cars
