I work down the street and have taken my car in a few times over the past year. Every time I visit I m very pleased with the friendly service and affordable prices. They never up-charge or find extra things wrong with the vehicle unlike other shops I ve been to. It s hard to find a mechanic you can trust in the area, and I m very happy to have found Morrison Tire!Taylor, Dyllan, Jim, and the rest of the crew always make me feel like part of their family when I visit. I ll be a loyal customer for years to come!

Everyone I worked with was very helpful. Even with a full schedule they were able to squeeze my car in and were able to fix my tiers. Service was way quicker than I expected. Definitely will be coming back to this family owned business.

We have used Morrison Tires for years! From emergency situations (nail in a tire), regular maintenance and major repair work (window motor went out). Pricing is fair, they dont ever try to upsell you. Customer service is top notch....communication is key with me and they do it with style. Thanks for being a part of our community!

I took my 2019 F-250 in for new suspension, a leveling kit, wheels and tires to get a better ride and a better tow and the results are amazing. The whole team at Morrison tire is amazing from the time I dropped the truck off to the time I picked it up. They kept me informed of the progress and gave me some great recommendations on how to keep the new ride operating as it is designed to. Although I knew what result I wanted, I didn't know what products and set up I needed to buy. They worked on giving me several options and let me choose what would be best for me. The quoted price is exactly what I was charged and my overall experience was excellent - I will continue to bring all of my cars here. We ve been using Morrison Tires for the last few years for normal maintenance and recently had the tires replaced on both of our cars. We shopped around for my husbands car, couldn t find any prices that could beat Morrison. Along with fair prices, Morrison has the most incredible service. My van was having some issues, Morrison took the time to diagnose it and instead of trying to fix it for cash in their pocket they told me to talk to the dealer first as some parts may have been covered under warranty. Turns out, I needed a full engine replacement which was covered by warranty, but only after 3 weeks of the dealer trying to fix the problem. I feel like Morrison saved me from an extraneous bill, and saved me a lot of headache.

Great shop. Great work and great people!Update: 5/10/23I took my stock 2022 GMC Canyon to Joe over at Morrison to get a lift and bigger tires. Joe did research on my truck to find the best option. Then proceeded to recommend not the most expensive but the best option for me. The jobwas done through and quick. Truck looks great and feels good also.

Great auto service for the usual maintenance. Very comparable to dealership at a more reasonable price. Friendly, helpful, and honest staff. Also, tire services is just as comparable to Costco. I was familiar with Morrison Tire Inc. for several years after moving to the general area but hadn t had a need for their services until now. I had a slow leak in a tire on the way to work one morning so I stopped by on the way home to have them look at it. Taylor was friendly and professional from start to finish. She kept me informed on the progress of the repair and had me out the door so quickly. I will definitely be using them again for my tires and auto repair needs. The entire team (especially Taylor!) are the best in the business. I trust Morrison to give me an honest assessment of my needs and not try to price gauge me like other repair centers. Joe and the team did a FANTASTIC job of diagnostics on my daughters Tiguan. They really went the extra mile in doing work and having us drive the car for 100+ miles before calling the job done.Unfortunately all that work and we still couldn t get it fixed. That s not on the team at Morrison, they did as much as a non dealer could they got us to the point that they were pretty confident it was narrowed down to the computer. Those diagnostics would have to have been done at the dealer, and it likely would have cost us 3x what it did at Morrison. 4/5 stars for all the diagnostics.I will absolutely return to Morrison for work on our cars. Very honest team.Highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The customer service here is unmatched! I ran over a screw and had a slow leak within an hour of their closing time and they took care of it within their workload. Whenever I need to replace my tires in the future, I'll definitely return. They even took time to go over to the gas station next door when an older woman came in and said her car wouldn't start. Great place!

Thank you to Dyllan for the great service. This is my second time here. The first time was an oil change and this time he got me a new tire I could afford. Also both times they gave me a lift back home , I live in the area and it's nice to know there there are still great businesses here that are affordable and give excellent customer service. I've used a few mechanics in the North OC area over the past 20 years. Morrison Tire is, hands down, the best place I've found. For the past ten years I've always done my own oil changes on my 2500. I recently discovered that it would only cost me about another $20 to have my oil changed at Morrison. Everyone who works here is very professional, personal, and honest as they come. I recently brought my wife's minivan in for an oil change and told one of the employees that I thought it needed new breaks. Several hours later, I got a phone call staying they changed the oil but everything else checked out fine. They could've easily tacked on another few hundred dollars for something I thought I needed but didn't. But instead, they chose the honest route and only charged me for the services I needed.
