Only one person behind the counter, myself and another person were just waiting for our paperwork and to pay for services . He was just walking around like a chicken with his head cut off. Could use some management training and customer service courses . He asked the other customer what you want what you hear for? Lol.

I brought my own tires to have it installed here and an alignment. The gentleman's at the counter was very professional. He tried to get me the best deal thier company can offer. The technicians in the bay were honest, hardworking, and professional at what they do. They were on top of things. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to my friends.

Made an order a day before for 4 tires and replacement. Called before and came early for my appointment. Apparently my order didn't go through, which was fine. They ordered my tires and another gentleman, who came an hour after me to replace his tires as well. 30 minutes before closing, the tires came, they started replacing the other gentleman's vehicles tires as well as another vehicle who came 2 hours later to leave their car overnight. They then told me they couldn't service me as they were closing. Bare in mind, I came at 4 p.m., my appointment was at 5 p.m., and they close at 7 p.m.They could have been considerate in not wasting my time (3 hours) and told me after the first hour that it would be the next day. They could of worked on the vehicle on a first come, first service basis. But they didn't, their customer service is below par. If you want help, consider any other tire shop nearby.There was fooling around, wondering around, and a lot small talk from the employees as well.

Just giving you a quick review from my experience with this shop today. I got a flat tire (with attached picture) and they said it can't be patched, the tire needed to be replaced. I said no then I took my car to another shop and they fixed it for free. I don't recommend this shop. My car is tesla model y. I gave them 2 stars because they allowed I parked my car in their location while I waited for tow truck.

The young gentlemen were very helpful and friendly. They were thorough in their work. They made sure I received the best deals. I got brand name tires for a good price as well as a warranty. I feel much safer with my new tires. Thanks!

They wanted way too much for tire size 235/60R17 when compared to America's Tires for the same brand of tires. And they didn't have in stock.

The work on my car was great. One of the employees however, was less than desirable. Young man with the glasses and Sox hat had an attitude that soured me on the whole experience at this location. But again, the guys that worked on the car, great job. Guy at the desk, not so great job. Also wanna say, the gentlemen with the red hat at the desk, he was super helpful, tried to help us even when other guy had an attitude.

Arrived 30 mins before they closed and they didn t want to help me with a nail on my tire because they said it was too late! Unprofessional and no customer service. Never come here again. Guys in the front aren t profesional.

I would like to share my experience with just Tires Garden Grove location from yesterday visit on 02/08/2023 for engine oil change for my Toyota Camry. I left my car with Just tires for 3 hours for oil change he told me oil change estimate for $60. When I went to pickup my car they changed me $90 instead of $60. When I asked him why you guys charged me $90 they said they replaced new viper blade without letting me know. He already charged me $90 on my credit card, when i went to my car i saw my viper blade are old ones they didn't replaced it, when i told them they haven't replaced new viper blades, they said its there fault and its their mistake. When i asked them to refund my money for viper blades they said they cant refund now i have to go tomorrow for refund as their manager is not available. After long discussion with them for 25-30 minutes, they finally agree to refund my money.I understand its a mistake from them but the only thing I didnt like is They Argue alot for refund.Its weird experience for me.

I missed the former front desk staff with whom I had a pleasant experience. Today I stopped by for a basic check up, however, the current manager was rude, loud mouth and bad listener. Before even knew which car I m driving or made any diagnosis, he already jumped the gun and offered bogus suggestions, guess trying to make a quick sale. Once I tried to counter his antics, he became over sensitive, acting like snow flakes. His assistant was no better, half awake, not even mid morning, kept repeating himself and uttering gibberish like a long day already or had a long night. The neighborhood is an ethnic community, this staff might think they could brush people off or patronize them easily. With this kind of non service and sluggishness, the job was understandably not done. I took the cue, didn t bother to stay longer, any sensible customers would do so too!

I brought my car in to have it checked before our trip to NM. Cynthia helped me at the counter and was very cordial . She did not try to upsell me things I did not need like pep boys does ! I had the mechanic check my tires and they were still ok . They only had 25 psi they should be at 33 . Everything was smooth and fairly quick . I told the mechanic to leave the tires with the best tread in front . At pep boys they do the opposite even if you ask them not too . Today 10/20 I had them balance and rotate my tires . Great customer service and low price, what else could you ask for !

Absolute laziness. Brought the car in for a leaky tire. The worker was really trying to find the leak. It s a slow leak and wasn t noticeable but has been leaking for months. I asked to dismount the tire to inspect the small nail the worker found but his manager wouldn t let him because it was 5:30 and he wanted to leave before 6:00. It would take about 5 minutes to dismount and remount a tire but the lazy manager wouldn t allow his worker to even try. I won t be using Just Worthless Tires anymore.

In my 31 years of driving I ve never been more happy with the auto Care Services I was given at this just tires . I went in because I thought I needed an alignment to find out that I had a throw and tie rod. Not only did Kat , at the desk get me a super great rate on the part ,but they gave me a great rate on the overall repairs and had it done in two hours. My vehicle handles like a dream now ,like driving a brand new car. If this isn t your first choice for your repairs you re really missing out.

I came in to get some new tires. Steve the store manager and his team were really helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions with confidence. Great prices and alignment was done professionally; my car drives real smooth now! Efficient, fast, and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

I come here all the time. I got tires and my alignment done by Gus and my car feels smoother than ever. Katherine was also very helpful in making the transaction process very painless and showing all my options for brand new tires. I definitely recommend coming here!

Great Experience here! Robert is a great manager and is very easy to like and work with. The work done on our cars was First Class! Got a great price and they will even price match certain tires from GoodYear etc. This is now the only place we will go for our Car maintenance. Thanks Guys!!!

The guys at the Garden Grove branch were amazing. I wouldn't have expected a large retail chain to accommodate my lowered/modified vehicle, let alone cater to my custom spec'd alignment. The tech was super careful and meticulous. He noticed a slight pull, checked for radial imbalances etc. Essentially, mulled over the slightest discrepancies and eventually had it dialed. I've never had an alignment experience like this, not even from a dealership. Big bonus for having an alignment rack set into the ground, so even the lowest of cars can get aligned!

I made a reservation and visited, but after waiting for an hour and a half after visiting for an oil change, I came out feeling bad without changing the oil .Do not visit here.worst service. worst employee. You close your business and find another job. I want your business to fail and close.

This review is for Kat and Luna at the GG location. I came in for a oil change and Kat immediately greeted me and asked how she can help me. After telling her what I needed, she got me set up right away and told me it would just be a few moments. Kat and Luna was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a good experience.

Robert (Manager) is a thing of the past. His customer service is like in the olden days where you pull up and they wash your windshield and top your fluids off if you know what I mean. I bought three trailer tires for my utility trailer. He add grease to my zirk fittings and tighten the one that was loose. He wipe the cover clean. He took care of me like I was a platinum customer. I was an American Tire customer for a long time but was unhappy with their service so i decided to shop around. Their techs at AT were not the usual five star. They didn't care about scratching your rims. I am glad I met Robert and highly recommend this place. Robert made changes to improve the shop. I don't know about other Just Tire shop but this is my new place to go.

Cynthia was very nice on the phone to my wife; both Cynthia and Shanay were great assisting us in the processing of the paperwork. Thomas is very professional and effective. Nice store and great folks. Mahalo to the team!

In at 1150am to fix flat. 4 customers ahead of me. Watched a customer that came after me get his car (red Rouge) up 10 minutes AFTER mine goes up.. looks like alignment check. That car finishes before mine, and guy working on that car also helped on two other cars and still finished alignment check before me. 215pm and I am still here.. WTF?Didn't even get offered anything for inconvenience (tire rotation would've been nice)I also feel like if I didn't speak up, it would've taken longer.. after I mentioned how long its been, manager tells one of the guys to start checking my other tires air pressure and shine it up.. to make it appear that they're finally giving me attention?Edit*If owner wants to verify, my invoice #: 189464If response is same as others in other comments, then comment response is probably from a bot.Respond differently if not.

Katherine, is such a nice lady. Very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to get you the best deals. She suggested an alignment, which I got and am pleased with the work. Coming back because of her dope service, and referring my homeboys too

I came in the store at 5:30pm, I want to change my one tire a cashier name tuan very helpful but the Asian manager refuse to do because he have no staff, he doesn t want to do it, I can t believe a manager don t want to make his quota, he turn down a lot customers and also has an attitude towards tuan too

After a bad experience the day before at jiffy Lube I brought in my Dodge Challenger to Just Tires Garden Grove. It was easy to make an appointment online. Got there and the prices online marched the store. I was even a coupon by the manager. Clean lobby too.

Just Worthless TiresHit me with the bait and switchCalled the day before asking for a mount and balance on new tires they told me 15.95I said okay and said I d be coming in the next morningOnce in person they switched it to 30 and it was 15.95 just for a balanceWent to a different tire shop that did it for $15 for both mount and balanceWouldn t trust my car to dishonest people that only try to bring you in with a good price

Came here when I noticed my tire was completely flat after stopping for gas. Was on my way to a wedding and was already late. Oscar quickly assessed the problem and said a patch would work. Also gave me the option to purchase a new tire but was honest and said a patch would be fine for the time being. His integrity is what made me decide to purchase the tire. I came all the way from West Covina the next day to buy the tire here only because of Oscar. His staff was top notch and I highly recommend coming to this Just Tire location. Thanks again Oscar!

Have appointment at 9:30am for tire rotation..Got there 9:20am, waited for an hour and half but my car still sitting in parking lot.Why make appointment???Time waiting for service was too long. I decided not to wait any longer and went to other place for service.
