James has been servicing my 2012 Audi A6 since 2018. James is honest and trustworthy, this is a rarity in this automotive services industry. I will continue to trust my car and recommend anyone to come to James for your car needs.

Good first-time experience, I was replying to alignment shops all over the orange County and lamirada area. No place has reasonable prices like this place! They got me in and out in 32 mins! I even advised them to take their time!Andrew checked me out, and Hoc did my alignment. Good customer service and expedient. My car is now straight, thanks to them. They not only do alignments but also are mechanics that can do most to all sorts of repairs and smog checks! All in one encounter is really convenient here at James Auto Center!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Andrew is not taking responsibility of what his guys are doing wrong! he's blaming the customers instead. They are not professionals. Go and find a better place and don't waste your money with James Auto Center.

Andrew and Tony are great guys doing great business. Been going there for several years and I'm just glad that JAC exists because I wouldn't know where else I'd take my prius. Trust is everything to me and these guys have definitely earned my trust.

This store came recommended by my father-in-law. Andrew and his brother Tony along with their staff were very thorough, communicated very well every step of the way, their price was very reasonable, they got the job done in a timely manner and you can tell they really care about what they're doing and how they help people.My car had a vibration that other mechanics had checked out and tried to troubleshoot. They did a very great job at getting down to the root of what was going on and gave me an assessment as to what was most important to be fixed and what still needed to be done should I choose to wait. I would absolutely recommend them!

I was referred to James Auto by a neighbor so i came in one day after work. I met Tony and told him I needed my driver side headlight replaced. He showed me the old bulb that i put in myself and turns out i didnt do it correctly, it was partially melted. He finished very quickly i was probably only there for about 10 minutes or less!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Painted the CT200h quarter panel and rear bumper over a year ago, paint is still flawless. Great workmanship! I would recommend their service to friend's and family.

This place is outstanding. Friendly service, excellent work, and a price that is unbeatable. I had some suspension, coolant system, and brake work done here. Andrew texted me with updates along the way, and a day later I was on the road. My car handles better today than it did 30k miles ago when I bought it! Andrew and Tony are very professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. They take the time to listen to what you have to say and make sure to address each concern individually.Then they go in and locate the issue and bring back their findings and any related issues and explain everything thoroughly without making me feel pressured into having to fix each little thing right now.They are not salesmen. Just very good mechanics.I feel like I was treated with respect. I recommend them to my friends and family now

Second oil change I've had done there, also had them do my transmission fluid change, and I'm loving them. They don't pressure me, don't try to up sell or make me pay for things that don't actually need done. I really appreciate that in a mechanic. Pair that with my car running well after each visit and I'll be a customer for as long as I live close enough for it to be reasonable.

Im really happy I found a auto shop that has really great customer service, that s honest, and reliable which is super important because you want to leave knowing your car is in good hands. Recently my car was giving me major engine problems i called told them about it. They had me bring it in and had it fixed within a week. My car is like brand new! I was afraid it was going to be an outrageous price but it wasn t it was definitely reasonable for all the problems it had. I am just so thankful for them. I needed a modulator installed so my uncle recommended coming here. Reached out and got a quick response.Tony was attentive to my specific need and explained the timeframe of what needed to be done. My dealership was overcharging on the estimates that they gave me and I recommend anyone getting an overpriced quote to come to James Auto Center first before getting any work done.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Excellent service and cheaper than the dealership. This place was recommended to me by many people and James Auto did an excellent job with my car. I'll never get my car service at the dealership again. James is a lot easier and has better pricing. James replaced my tires with the exact model as Toyota dealership but for $300 cheaper.

As a female it s not always easy to find a place you can trust to not talk down to you or to oversell because they think you don t know the value. That s why I appreciate Tony and his team so much.From my first interaction on the phone with Andrew to when I arrived in person. Everyone was kind and incredibly helpful. I was given honest feedback. My car was fix efficiently without trying to sell me on bells and whistles.This is my go to mechanic shop. I recommend this place to all my friends and family so it s only eight that I recommend here.

The everyday mechanics you can trust. These good people at James Auto Center will take care of your car and not charge you an exaggerated price for labor. Efficient and cost effective air center should be the name of the shop! I never make an appointment and the wait is never long. The prices on repairs are significantly less then your dealer and I think this speaks volumes of this shop. For several years I had been one of their regular and loyal customers until my last visit a few days ago. Their previous customer service person/office manager, Nick, retired at the beginning of the year. He was honest. He would tell you if you honestly needed something or not. That went a long way. Since he retired, I have noticed that the new guy was raising the prices and was not honest, making excuses for the additional charges. Not to mention his bad jokes. I would rather pay a little more and have an honest mechanic. I get the feeling that they have lost a lot of business since Nick retired, and the new guy is trying to make up the money loss from the remaining customers. I had recommended many customers to this shop. Not anymore. It s time to find a new honest mechanic. So long James Auto Service. Nick, enjoy your retirement, you deserve it. Sorry to see you go. You were a gem.

This place speaks Vietnamese-English. The price is very reasonable. Professional car repair shop with reasonable price. I was introduced by a friend named Trung. My car got scratched again, I will come back here again. Please give me a discount like last time. haha

My experience at the James Auto center was very positive. They have master skills working on my personal Toyota Mr2 s, they are professionals at what they do from the exterior of the car to the interior. This is your experienced and Honest one stop shop that will make your car feel and drive new again.

Not your cheapest mechanic around but it's close to my home and the employees are nice. They did "recommend additional services" when they saw my engine belt was a little worn out. I decided against fixing the belts because i know i don't absolutely need it at this point. Like with all mechanics, you should know something about your car. And they didn't pressure me.

I came to do a 100k miles service maintenance on a saturday (sparkplugs change, all fluids change: break, transmission, oil, steering fluids). Took my car right away without making an appointment and got the Job done (hopefully). They seem a bit shady. I came here due to a recommendation from a friend.

Was referred by another garage in GG for the lamp/brake inspection for DMV. Andrew advised me as to all I needed to do and provided the paperwork I needed.The only bad experience was waiting with the mosquitoes coming from next door at 7-11. Glad I used Deet on the second visit!
