Everyone was super friendly but was disappointed on service. Got a simple oil change and they forgot to place my oil tray back on correctly. Got home and my oil tray was dragging and barely in by one loose screw. Had to take my car back and tray fell off en route. Luckily was still in my neighborhood so stopped and grabbed it and brought it in for them to place it back on. Felt I shouldnt have to go back twice when service should have been right the first time. I was gonna get my brakes done next week but not anymore if they can t complete a simple oil change completely. Bummer was hoping to like this place since I hear a lot of good things and it s local but lost a customer here.Service: Oil change

Went in for a simple break flush. Was greeted with great customer service pulled the car in and was done in 30 minutes. The prices are very reasonable and military & Veterans they Really go that extra mile and take care of us. Don't hesitate to get your car serviced here not many places take care of Veterans!

Manager was very friendly and informative. He explained what was asked to be done and the cost of each. Gave written estimate and rough time to complete the job. Went over the service record when I picked up the car, to make he didn t miss anything.

Quick and efficient oil change. Staff is knowledgeable and well trained. Lobby is very spacious and clean. There s free drinks and snacks while you wait. The owners Gary and Kevin are awesome and make sure your oil change experience is top notch!

They quoted me somewhere north of $60 for labor if I were to bring my own oil and they change my oil. It s the highest rate I ve ever heard and that was in 2023

It all started with me needing oil change so I searched online; oil change near me, I then scrolled down and then came across the name Greese Monkey I said, Oh I like that name! I looked further into it by browsing their website. When I viewed their picture of the group of employees, I said: Oh! they seem cool!So I drove over there, as soon as I pulled up I was welcomed by one of their representatives who was very chill and made me feel relaxed and not nervous. You know that feeling that one gets, when you know you are going to get hit hard and your wallet is going to hurt? Well that s why I was nervous.Anyway, everyone was so pleasant and professional. I liked how everyone there was communicating with one another, teamwork. They made me wish I could afford to hold a gratitude picnic for all of them. As you read this if you think about it. How many times mechanics saves us when we are in a bad jam . I can honestly say Mechanics are my Angels.Thank you Greese Monkey for all of you being my Angels

I am disappointed! I always visit this shop for an oil change. They used to do an excellent job, but yesterday was was quiete disappointing. I took my car there for an oil change and when I got home, I checked the engine splash cover underneath and some screw are missing. This happened too last time that I had to take my car to Honda to replace that missing splash screw. And again yesterday! Today, I checked the oil and it looks dirty! What happened Grease Monkey? Before after an oil change, I always check the oil and they look new.

Went here to get a cabin filter replacement and they damaged my AC. AC was working fine before the cabin filter replacement. Went to a different shop to get the AC's freon levels and compressor checked out, and they're both fine as well. With the cabin filter being underneath the fuse box, they must have damaged something electrical. Car is currently at another shop trying to get a diagnosis. The last 3 days have been a load of grief. Perhaps don't go here if your car requires more labor and care.Service is lovely though. They're very friendly and nice. They talk to you the entire time you're waiting, so you're not completely clueless as to what is going on with your car.

This place is AWESOME the customer service was Excellent thank you Brandy, Daniel and Joseph. I never have met a business like this the prices are not expensive they even check everything on your car and clean your windows, and windshield and vacuum inside the car and check the air in your tires all for free and free coffee and water and soft drinks. Mostly I really appreciate their Customer Service EXCELLENT Service: Oil change

Was greeted by a very friendly person. My car was taken in quickly and oil change done within 20 minutes. My second time here and both experiences have been great!! Was also happy to find out it was Ladies Day so I saved an extra $15! Will definitely by back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been to Grease Monkey twice (on Chapman) and have been greeted by the lovely Brandy and treated very respectfully by Joseph who explained patiently what needed to be done to my car. He pointed out things that were unnecessary for me to do too, which impressed me because he was looking out for my dollar.The customer service sitting room is the nicest I ve seen with a stocked refrigerator of cold drinks, available coffee and plentiful snacks. Dana, the owner, came out to see if everything was to my liking and I felt like a truly valued customer. I definitely recommend this place to others!Services: Tires, Oil change

This is my second time to get my Mercedes serviced and let me tell you.... they are a top notched establishment. Daniel & Marvin goes out of their way to explain what is going on with my car. They did not recommend any unnecessary service & tried to save me money by letting me know that there are no additional services needed. The owner Dana is professional & runs a well-oiled establishment. The place is clean with snacks while you are waiting. There are two bathrooms that are clean. This is a honest business and I am so glad to bring my car here. I will only go here. Thank you for an excellent customer service Grease Monkey

Came here for an oil change and to check tire pressure. Was surprised when they checked all the fluids and even valve cover gasket, brakes and shocks. They also cleaned the windows and vacuumed which I didn't even expect. Customer service was top notch along with discounts and a thorough inspection report with recommendations. Definitely will be back for maintenance for both my wife's car and mine. Fast, friendly, efficient, informative and reasonably priced. Had brake pads and rotors replaced in about 2 hours! Great staff very knowledgeable, definitely won a customer for life!
