They deceive the people, DON'T GO.I planned to buy Hyundai, I saw several used cars on their website around $17k, when I got there they said those cars are not available !!!. I checked new cars, tag on the car was about $24k, it was 4th July, so they said they will have discounts when I got inside and sit for negotiation. When I got inside, they offered $32k !!! they said there is marketing adjustment, security staff, etc, etc. I had to get a car that day, so finally they discounted some amount around $28k. When we started to discuss payment, they forced me to use loan, I could pay with check but they didn't accept!! They said interest rate would be 8%; but I realized after several months it was actually 12% !!! And I understand several months after that they hard queried 11 times to my credit history, which affected to my credit score and will stay there 2 years. Shortly, Be careful when you go to dealers, even official ones, especially this one.

Just bought a brand new IONIQ 6 about 3 weeks ago here at Hyundai of Garden Grove and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I ve had in buying a car. The sales associate David was fantastic! He was honest and very upfront. Never once did I feel pressured in buying a car and I felt like I could have walked out at anytime. I did not feel like I was trapped there. He took his time in making sure we got then right car and made sure the price was within our range.If you want a nice, honest, and no pressure to buy experience, go talk to David and you will be left very pleased.

I had an exceptional experience at Garden Grove Hyundai while test driving the new Ioniq. Ali, my salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process enjoyable. Ammar, the manager, went above and beyond to secure a fantastic deal for me. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and couldn't be happier with the service. Garden grove Hyundai gave me a great experience when it came down to narrowing down my options. Ali was very nice and not the typical pushy salesman. I was looking at many options like Mazda, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagen, but the Tucson Plug In Hybrid stood out the most to me and I got it at an amazing price with 5 star service. I would definitely recommend skipping the other places and coming down here. Thank you again

Just had my new Kona EV lease dropped off by Joel, who made the process super easy for me. He also took my old lease so I didn't have to make a trip to the dealership. Unfortunately, I left the parking permit for my building hanging from the rear view mirror but Joel noticed and came back to drop it off for me. Amazing service!

Frankie was the sales person helping and he was friendly, understanding, and helpful. From the start I have been very clear that I was looking for the ionic 6 se lease offer from hyundai website ($230 a month, 0 down, 24 months 12k miles per yesr).Frankie goes to talk to his manager and he comes out. Very rude won't let me finish my sentences and walks away. Frankie comes back with the pricing and they want 550 a month with 0 down. Avoid this dealership if you don't want to get scammed. Only giving 2 stars because Frankie was helpful otherwise 1 star! Avoid this STEALERship!

These guys are running a con, highly unethical and questionably legal. I called to verify availability, price, and mileage on a car. Seemed appropriate for the market for comparable cars, slightly lower but still in the normal range, and I liked the color, so I drove down to have a look at it. Everything checked out on it, it was a nice car and everything seemed in order.Got to the point of talking final numbers and the financing guy came in and slapped the paperwork in front of me. There was an $8000 charge for dealer add on's that had never been mentioned or advertised up to that point! On a $19000 car! Then they acted like they were doing me a favor when they crossed it out and wrote $5000 in instead, saying they were giving me a discount.I got up and walked out immediately, there's no negotiating from that point. You should never have to pay for the prep work they did to get the car ready for sale, and while I've had dealers try that in the past, never has it been so egregious.I expect they prey on the elderly and gullible, luring them in with reasonable prices and count on their ability to convince them that it's normal and the hope that they've already fallen in love with the car too much to let it go. Absolutely shameless. Pictured is the car I ended up getting, the same as the one I looked at at this location, albeit a different color, and for almost $10k less than they ended up asking for the one they had.

Manager declines emergency EV charging. Sales rep was trying to be very helpful. Their chargers were working and fully available. Even offered to pay extra cash. Had 3 Miles left and other chargers werent working for us. No Hyundai vehicle for me ever

Car shopping/buying is always so stressful and nerve wrecking. However, Gustavo and his manager was so accommodating, patient, and understanding. Gustavo was very friendly and straight to the point. My husband and I did a lot of research beforehand, talked to many different dealerships in our area. However, Gustavo was the one who was genuine and took the time to understand our preference and situation, and was fast! I recommend Gustavo and Garden Grove Hyundai if you are looking for your next Hyundai Car! Thank you so much!

What a terrible sales experience. I reached out to this dealership about a preowned vehicle I saw on autotrader. The sales rep stated the car was available. I asked for more recent photos, and he said he would send me in 3-4 days after it passed inspection. No problem. I didn t hear from him by the fourth day so I reached out to see if car was still available. He said no, that it was sold! Ok whatever.The next day he text me saying the sale fell thru, and finally sent me the photos I asked for. He asked if i was still interested and how I planned to finance. I said yes - all cash. He said ok, let me talk to finance guy and I ll get back to you. Guess what - no reply! I get it they don t like all cash offers, but at least get back to me saying so.I was able to purchase another car thru a different dealership just days later. I m glad I held out because it was a way better deal and much smoother process. Also, I avoided the $4000 markup that garden grove wanted for some nonsense! Like a special car wash (shouldn t that be included), interior coating (no thanks) and roadside assistance (I have AAA).But guess what else? After all that, I m still getting calls and texts from Garden Grove Hyundai to see if I m still interested! No way am i dealing with them in the future. Stay away - they will waste your time.

One of my best and quickest dealer experiences ever! My dealer's name was Jose, and he was literally the best. He earned my business by finding the EXACT vehicle I wanted and saving it for me until I was able to make it down to the dealership. We worked on a killer price, and then shook hands. He was very nice and not pushy like I've experienced before with other dealerships. After the purchase, he was even able to drive the car to my house to surprise my wife!! He then stayed and showed us every bell and whistle on our car. I could tell he was VERY knowledgeable with the hardware and software of the car...he wasn't just figuring it out as we asked. That was pleasant.So go to Garden Grove Hyundai and ask for my buddy Jose. I don't think you'll regret it!Also I would be remiss if I didn't do a quick shoutout to the finance manager that I signed all the paperwork with, Hanni. He knew I was in a hurry to get home and show my wife the car, and he was SO quick getting all the documents in order. AAAND we digitally signed 99% of the paperwork, so I thought that was very cool!!

Awful experience. We came to this dealer for an appraisal on our used car. They gave us a quote to honor, on paper. When we came back a few hours later with that sheet of paper, they decreased the value of our car by 33%. The managers in the back provided an awful and inconsistent experience to us. I would never recommend anyone to do business here. There are plenty of Hyundai dealers in the area.

Add me to the list of people that finds this dealership to be pretty shady. The finance manager "accidentally" added a service agreement that I never agreed to on my sales contract & when I called him on the price discrepancy he tried to convince me that it was tax & license. When I pointed out that the total we had previously agreed upon already included the tax & license he left the room "to figure out what's going on" despite my paperwork with the breakdown of our agreed upon price sitting right there on his desk.

I had a very positive buying experience with David, but recently I found out that I was misled about when my car's warranty would end. I was given one date for the Toyota warranty but when I took it to Toyota, they told me I had been given the wrong date and that the warranty already expired. This was something I signed off on when I purchased at GG. When I followed up with David and the finance department at Garden Grove, I've just been met with denial and equivocation. I've called them every single day for the past 7 or so days and without fail they tell me "someone will follow up with me," but no one ever does. I bought a used car, I understood that it might have issues but that's why I made SURE to ask when the Toyota factory warranty would end. Don't buy a car here and if you do, don't trust anything they tell you.

Called ahead and asked if they will be adding some dealer installed stuff that I don't need (ie door handle protection etc.) For a Hyundai venue .Was told it will be offered but it's optional. I asked multiple times to make it clear. They said it's optional. Drove 2 hours with my wife and toddler. Test drove and while test driving I asked again and was told it's optional and I don't have to take it if I don't want to. So I agreed with the price and everything went smooth until I got to the finance manager who tried to intimidate me and insisted that the add ons are required. I explained to him that I was told it's optional. He said there must've been a misunderstanding and that there a long list of people interested in that car and he can't give it to me if I don't pay an extra $3900 for the add ons. I walk out. Fortunately found a better Hyundai dealer (premiere Hyundai in moreno valley)with no add ons and for a better car (Kona) for less price than what they were asking for the venue after the "add ons" They were so upfront and easy to deal with I bought another one the following week.

We called David ahead of time to let us know we were coming but when we arrived David already had a scheduled meeting with another client so he politely introduced Youssef to us. Youssef was extremely knowledgeable regarding the car we wanted to purchase and answered all my questions :) They were both so friendly and I would recommend both of them if you are searching for a car!

The environment and staff thoroughly impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness. I was expecting to be intimated but the whole process was smooth. Danny was a big help in making sure I knew everything about the vehicle, and I felt really comfortable with him. My family will most definitely come back here for another vehicle!

I've probably made a review twice in my life... Don't go here. The service crew has very minimal knowledge and try to charge you for things that should be covered under warranty. This dealership has a terrible reputation according to other Hyundai dealerships. I was told multiple times that this place is run by dishonest people. I got a lemon. And even corporate was so slow about taking care of my problem. The whole thing took months. It was a mess. The service crew gave me back my car after they told me driving it would cause further damage. They told me the services it needed weren't covered, even at 11k miles, I didn't even have it for a year. Problems started at 6k miles on my 2023 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. I was very patient through the whole thing, but it was clear this dealership is extremely dishonest. They apologize and tell me they'll make it right, but we're terrible at communicating and never were honest about what was covered under my warranty. Corporate took care of everything in the end. I got the truth after talking to corporate. They did a buy back on my lemon, plus extra for the trouble.Go to Cerritos Hyundai to buy a Hyundai, and talk to Scott Kim. They're honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and so professional.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Highlander for my mom 3 weeks ago they had the lowest window price for the year and mileage of multiple dealers I went to. Bara was my sales person he was friendly and straight to the point I felt like I was dealing with a good friend not just some sales guy who is more interested in getting selling me a finance fee. Tell him what your monthly payment and what options for the vehicle you want to negotiate or remove and save your self time. If I had to buy another car I hope I can make another deal with him he is the best sales guy I delta with Emon the finance guy is also nice to finish the contract.
