Poor customer service. I chose 4 tires online @ $109each. I get a call 2 days before my appointment and told the tires are sold out and only given one choice at double the price. The person that called me said they would look for a better option and call me back. My appointment came and went and no phone call. I took my business elswhere.... Sadly I have their credit card.

They did a good job replacing my tires but when I needed an oil change, I called to make an appointment. They told me they would call me back. I never received a call. My niece also called them and got the same answer on the same day. It seemed unprofessional. They could've told us they didn't have time and we would've found another place instead of waiting all day for a call back. Wasted our day.

I made an appointment for 8AM for the flat tire repair, and they were able to patch it within 1 hour.

I booked online appointments for alignment and break check and replacement.When I went home I found out that they did battery check , engine air filter and Cain air filter and charged extra $100 for something I didn t red or request. Send email to their customer care and waiting for refund. This is dishonesty and fraud!They don t Gregor acknowledge customers.

We had a blow out on the freeway and Lee and the guys figured everything out and got us back on the road and safe under an hour!! Super awesome place!

They took care of me in and out with 2 new front tires balanced mounted and aligned. Now I can continue my road trip back to California 3000 miles. No more vibration above 65 mph with new Sure Drive tires.

Apart from not helping me look for my car alignment warranty, the last time i went in yall punctured a small hole on one of my parts so you can tell me i had a leak. You can tell it was punctured on purpose. The only reason i came in for the alignment was because i thought this was another location.

I originally gave them a 5 star review after they replaced my car battery and they took apart my car and said I needed additional repairs brakes and sway /bars I approved repairsand waited at shop for quite a while then they put back my car together and said parts not available they will call me a few days but they never did I would call talk to them they kept making excuses said would call me back status and they did not call me back. I checked either part stores they use and parts were available. They I called them again they said the mechanic who worked on Cadillacs is not there any more. I called other firestone they said what I was told doesn't make any sense. I am so disappointed I hope they didn't damage my car and made excuses to have me go elsewhereService: Battery

I stopped by this place to have a front alignment. At the time there was no other customer waiting to be helped. There were two employees which neither one acknowledged me. I was ignored from the moment I walked in. After being ignored for about 10 minutes, I ask one of the people working there if anyone can assist me. They continue to disregard me and finally one of them told me we are busy, we will be with you in a few minutes they continue to ignore me, I finally decided to take my business somewhere else. I will never go there again and will let people know the type of service they provide at this place. Just awful service!!

Honestly, I don't know why this place is still operating. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. Anyone who takes their car here. Check your papers, especially on the warranty lines, if your part has any. Take a picture before questioning their notes as well because if you see something suspicious and ask them about it, they will take the docs back, lock it in their drawer and will ignore you till you leave. Either that or act as if they can no longer speak English. These people take others' trust in the brand and twist it to their needs to make more money. Sadly, the firestone I did go to is now shut down, post covid, probably due to running operations with absolute care for other's cars.

I have called this store to schedule an alignment and they said I'll call you back or Call back later When I do call back later I ll call you back . They don t have great customer service they are very rude when they answer the phone. The reason why I call this store because it s closer to my house. I m able to walk home while they work on my car for an hour or two. But poorly customer service both employees and manager who work the front desk.

Went to RAW Wheels & Tires on Harbor to get new tires, which was fine, except something was screwed using a machine too tightly instead of being hand tightened also.Later, I went to this Firestone to get new hubcaps; what ended up happening was since the screwing from RAW was too tight, something broke. Firestone employees got it fixed though they were busy. Firestone is great!

I called this company prior to arriving to make sure they where open for business, its early Sunday they close at 5pm. The tech on the phone said that there is about a 45 minute wait, I said okay. I drove my car down to get a flat fixed and maybe get another tire or two. I got to the shop and waited in line 10-15 minutes. This is where it went bad, a service tech came in from outside and said "we can not help you." I said I didn't say what I'm here for and your closing your doors to new customers? By then there was 3 more customers behind me for the same thing they got a flat. I said I have money and I want to buy a car tire. He said I can't help you, you can wait till the end of the day to see if we have an opening. This guy chased four customers out of his business.DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS ,DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE

Don t go here if you have a lifted or Offroad truck. They won t do an alignment, they don t know what they re talking about, and they won t listen to you. They also don t have a modern alignment machine. They won t do the lifetime alignment for any modified vehicles either.Appointments aren t honored here either. I made an appointment and their email states, If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that s convenient for you. I showed up at my appointment time and they said they couldn t do it and to come back the next day.

Lee helped me out with my tires when I had an emergency. Also helped with other problems and recommendations in the future when I need it. Definitely the service I needed

They recommended me to go to a place in Firestone to change the oil or service the car as soon as I arrived at this location, the person was in front of me. The first thing he asked me at the place to say hello, was that I did have an appointment. I told him No, I don't have an appointment and he answered Well, we can't help you, there's no place for you right now and, to be honest, I don't recommend that you come to this place, the service they provide is terrible, especially because of the staff there.11/16/2022 15:30 pm

Best customer service, tires and prices! Andy is incredibly helpful and will be upfront and honest with your car needs. We have brought all 3 of our cars here for tires, alignments and other services and we couldn t be happier! I highly recommend this Firestone location to anyone who wants quality services and great prices!

I needed a oil change and the guy did the oil change and came back to me and said I had an oil leak and I told him my Fj Cruiser never leak oil before so how can I have an oil leak. And the guy takes me to look at it and said see. And again I told him how can I have a leak when it never leak before and after my experience I said I m never going back and like i said my car never leak oil and yes to this day there is No Freaken leak. I m Out

From the start Nick/ customer service rep started with trying hard for me not to do business here. No greeting just how can I help you. Then letting him know I had blown a tire and needed a new one. He then stated we are busy with 2 customers one for tires and the other for brakes and it would be minimum of a 1.5 to 2.5hrs. I should've of walked out went somewhere else. 3hrs later still here waiting no communication for Nick. I sat here hearing Nick misleading customer after customer with false statements. Probably won't come back again. Nick can't be trusted.

Had alignment done on my 07 Camry Le yesterday. Noticed steering wheel was off to the left. Took vehicle back and spoke to Andy, the manager. He did not own to their mistakes and blamed it on my cambers being off. My cambers was .2 degrees different from manufacturer's specification. Any tech can tell you that is in the acceptance deviation. He tries to up sell camber kits service to me but I refused and informed him that I used to have my own shop and he is giving false information. He laughed and referred me to another Firestone.I went to Firestone at Brookhurst and Chapman. Tam, the Manager, greeted me and understood my concerns. Had his tech jumped on it and finished in 1 hour. The spec sheet showed front toes were completely off from the alignment the day before.I happily returned to Andy to show him the specs. He said he guess his machine was not calibrated and laughed. Apparently, this guy knows nothing and tries to pass off like he knows everything. Through all this, an apology was never given.For those who may plan to come here in the future.....beware! If he can not resolve wrong doings for a small problem, what do you think going to happen when a big problem arise?Your only choice is call the Bureau of Auto Repair or take Andy and Firestone to Small Claims Court.

So I have been to quite a few mechanic shops (pep boys, dealerships, other firestone complete shops). During my time here with Ming, Andy, Long and Justin these guys took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my car and helped me to save as much money as I could (even after qouting me they took the time to help me and we're close to their predicted quoted as well so there was no hidden fees). They took pictures for me and explained all the details and issues and although my car needed a big fix they were helpful and professional every step of the way. The founder of Firestone Harvey Firestone who is quoted in every store "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." And these guys here model that and I couldn't be more happy with the results and work done on my car.

Extremely lousy customer service as I was amongst four customers waiting for 15-20 minutes to be served, but absolutely no one came to the service front office - while there were a couple of technicians working in the vehicle bays. I ended up leaving without being able to talk to any service personnel. I will definitely not return to this business in the future and will recommend my friends and relatives to take their business elsewhere.

I love coming here for my car needs. Andy and his staff are extremely attentive and accommodating. He's very honest and helps the best he can to give you a good price. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here.

I would give this place a zero star if possible. Just like the other reviewers said, they are dishonest. I also paid for lifetime alignment. Went back because they did not do it right the first time. But told I would have to wait all day. So left with understanding. Went back a third time in the morning when they just opened and immediately the manager told me the same thing. I would have to wait until afternoon before their technicians can get to my car. Seems like it is their usual ploy. I will never go to another Firestone again, not sure if just this one is a bad apple. Not going to bother with them anymore. There are plenty of local honest Vietnamese auto repair shops. This VN location is not one of them.

Over price and bad service.They have me bring my Ford Expediton to change plugs and two hrs later I get a call to come and pick my car, because the bad mechanic had no experience on changing plugs. They were going to charge me 500 plus.I got my car out of there got them change with a real mechanic for 80.00. Now you diced where you want to take your car next time.?
