Feb 2023 Update: my side mirror got broken and Coastline was easy to make an appointment and fix it for me at an affordable price!I have been to the shop for years after a recommendation of my best friend. James always took care of my cars and restored them to great condition before the accidents. He handled all the communication with the insurance with regards to the fixes so I just needed to dropped the car off and picked it up and that's it! James explained to me the fixes that need to be done clearly and patiently. It's hard to find a reliable local body shop so I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to come here.

James is the ABSOLUTE best!!! I recommend anyone and everyone come here. He has been working in the industry for years and it definitely shows.Not only is he amazing at fixing cars (literally looks like accident on my car never even happened), but he is also extremely knowledgable on the insurance side of things and was able to help me figure out the most financially savvy solution for my situation. Such a relief, given that this was my first car accident! James is super honest and friendly and you can tell he's always looking out for his customer's best interest. Overall, he's awesome and I really can't recommend him enough!

I've been going here for all my auto body needs and I'm always happy with the services as well as friendliness of all the technicians. My whole family goes to James for many years. He's honest and every helpful. I really like this new location, every clean and presentable. I gave this place a 5 stars on Yelp but they never post it. When I asked around, lots of people told me the same thing happened to them, huh! I've come to learned that Yelp is such a scam and unreliable. So thank goodness for Google!

Needed quick assistance installing a bumper and coastline auto shop was there to save the day!! Owner hooked me up with a deal and had it done in no time. Quick and easy and lobby is super comfy to wait. Ask for James, he the man!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, James and his shop Coastline Body Works is the real deal. First, after dropping off my car, James made sure I got home by personally dropping me off. When it was time to pick up my car I was amazed at the level of detail and workmanship that was put into my car. Blown away. Dont think twice, head to his shop him and his crew wont let you down. I will definitly come back. Recommended.

James Phan is a criminal. He attempted to fraud an online account of mine and place a huge order. I found him due to the use of his name and address. Do not trust this man or his business!
