Big shoutout to Caliber Collision, especially Jonathan and Sean, for their exceptional service! From prompt updates to a smooth transition and even assistance with returning my rental car, I couldn't be more satisfied. The workmanship was prompt, wonderful, and professionally done. Their courtesy and professionalism truly made the experience seamless. Highly recommended!

Anthony and Jonathan were really great to work with. They were both on top of things and the teamwork between the both of them was short of amazing! Let me explain. I arrived to pick up my car from Anthony, but he was already assisting another customer. Jonathan immediately jumped in to help and didn't keep me waiting at all. I would have waited regardless but I do appreciate that both team members recognized the situation and took action to take care of the customer.

I highly recommend this place! I was connected with this shop through my insurance after a car accident. I was super nervous before going in because I don't know anything about cars. But, everyone was super helpful and informative. They kept me updated about the process of fixing my car. On top of that, they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car after my service. 10/10!

I'm very happy with the service I received here. They updated the repair progress regularly. My car was ready a week sooner than the estimated time and the car looks brand new again. Will definitely refer this place to my friends and family.

PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. There aren t enough words to describe how horrible of an experience I had and I have various photos of everything that was wrong with my car throughout the process AND even after they were done. They are unprofessional, racist, rude, and inconsiderate. I was told EIGHT times that it would be ready by a certain date and every single time, they made me GO over there just to tell me that it actually wasn t ready. When I first took my car there, they said it would take less than a month but it took one month and two weeks. IF I WANTED AN UPDATE ABOUT MY CAR, I HAD TO TEXT AND CALL THEM, not the other way around. As a result of them taking so long to fix my car, i was fired from my job because i had no way to get there and even when I kept explaining to them that i desperately needed my car, they did NOT care. When I reached out to tell them that my screen wasn t working (they broke my touch screen), they IGNORED MY MESSAGES. Overall horrible experience and it was incredibly unprofessional how they will NOT communicate with you regarding YOUR own car.Service: Painting
