Everyone is always so wonderful to work with and I never feel like I'm being put on because I'm female. If you're a woman, who has ever been to a mechanic, you know exactly what I'm talking about! The online system was quick and easy and everything worked so smoothly. The service was quicker than expected and my new tires are beautiful and come with a 65k mile warranty. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and will return.

Luis and Frank were absolutely amazing!!!! They stayed late for me, gave me a GREAT deal AND great service. Honestly angels! My tire had a bubble and I needed a tire before I left on long trip tomorrow and called them 10 before close and ran late yet they treated like family. 10/10 stars

From start to finish every interaction was positive, professional, informative, and everyone went above and beyond to take care of my unique request of diagnosing an abnormal sound. I will now return here in the future and recommend to anyone asking around for a nice shop with a good group of people, who make you feel welcome any you can trust with your vehicle. Let s start with this place is amazing. Me and my wife were on a road trip when all of a sudden our tire went flat. We were a little worried because we weren t from this area and didn t know where to go. We called around a few places and this place made me feel good about going to them. The other shops around were very expensive and sounded like all they wanted was money but not Big Brand Tires. I called and they were really nice and could get me in right away. I even asked if I could come in earlier then my appointment and they were very nice and let us come in. I was in and out of the place in under 30 minutes.They also checked all of our other tires to make sure we were ok.Very friendly staff and clean place. I highly recommend anyone to go there with their tire needs.

I had my car tire with a nail in it, I has come to the store the first time for tire patching up, the staffs were courtesy, promptly responded when will be my car turn, I came back and the tire has been done in impressive 10 minutes, and it's free no charge. I definitely be back when my car needs service again.

Bob has looked over, and worked on all the cars I've owned throughout time. I continue to come here because he's a great mechanic, and provides greatcustomer service. Thanks Bob, I will continue to do my oil changes andother services I need here.

I almost went to the Americas Tire next door, but there were dozens of cars lined up, so I went next door to Big Brand and I m so glad I did! Frank was totally awesome, I got a great deal on my tires and they were so fast! By the time I was done I imagined that I would STILL be waiting next door. Thank you Frank and Big Brand! You were practically perfect in every way!

This is my go-to tire shop now. They don't only do tires but they also install brakes, alignments and fix your flat tire for free. Andy the manager stated that they do everything but smog inspections. Great service and price.

Went to get a hole plugged in a tire on my sons car and even though they couldn t do it they informed me why and showed me that if they tried it could be very dangerous for my son to drive with that tire on his car. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. Plus when I called them they were closing the shop in five minutes but stayed late and waited for me to arrive. Also they plug tires for free.

Frank and Andy are the best. My wife, Kimo our dog and I were getting gas and picked up a nail at Costco. They said 5hrs to fix, we said no thank you and went up the street and found Big Brand Tire&Service and they took care of us straight away. They repaired our flat and even mounted it back on our car(had to call AAA to have tire changed) at no cost to us. Thank you again Frank and Andy!

They ripped off my girlfriend. $104 for an oil change even when she had a $15 off coupon? It s sad that we can t send women alone for auto repairs.

I was VERY pleased w/Andy!! He did an excellent job & let me share what he did. I was told by a mechanic that I've done a lot of business with that I needed at least one set of brakes fixed. Cost $400 approximately. Andy told me that I my brakes didn't need any work done on them. Andy is in the business of selling service/products. VERY honest & trustworthy which is needed in the automobile service industry.Thank you Andy & I will be back to give you some of my hard earned money!!

They had a promotion for free oil changes/ tire rotation and let me tell you they did not disappoint! Their max for the day was 7 people, however due to system issues they had more than 110 people booked with appointments for today, I got there later in the day as my appointment was at 1:45, after the store manager explained the situation to me I was ready to simply reschedule and walk away, but instead he went out of his way to give me the oil change anyways. As I waited several others with appointments came in and instead of turning them away and making them reschedule he and his team took care of them as well. 5/5 stars, it really shows that they have excellent customer service and value their customers. They also have great deals on tires and other services. Although it is 7 miles away from me it is most definitely worth the trip, I will be coming here again. Thank you for your service!

Very clean and nice shop. They don't just work on regular cars but are also modified car friendly. Highly recommend for all your vehicle maintenance needs as well as alignment and wheels and tires. Mark is a pleasure to deal with and very hospitable.

I called in for an oil change I knew I had 1 bad tire on my car. Andy helped me out got my oil change and called me over I had 2 bad tires. I m glad to find out it was 2 instead of 1 you could see the damage from wear and tear for one tire but not the other without lifting the car .

They are really low efficient. No body at the front desk till I wait for several minutes. Their online appointment system is just a toy. I made an 12:30 pm appointment for just changing oil. I arrived and checked in at 12:20 pm, but my car was not even touched till 4 pm. I cannot believe if I let them do something else, how long they could spend. Do not recommend this store.

Took my Dad's Toyota Camry here because there was a nail in the driver's tire. Alex and his team took care of this so efficiently i didnt have to wait long at all.I will be back here if i ever need my own car serviced !

Krystal is great help also.*****Update:Robert and Dave have been great to work with. They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Great customer service and great quality of work from the shop. I will be sending my cars here for more maintenance and repairs in the future.******Very good customer service from the entire team.
