Very unwelcoming. Go to another location. The are not professional and courteous. Employees will literally talk and snicker about you in front of you. They seem to have some sort of attitude. Hope they can get that straightened out. The location is very convenient. The service sucks!

No wait at 10am on a Monday!! All the workers were efficient and knowledgeable. They made recommendations on services rather than taking a sales approach. I got an oil change and radiator flush in under 30 minutes and less expensive than the dealership.

I ve taken all my vehicles to this location. The service is fast and great pricing. My time is important and love the convenience of this service. I would highly recommend this location if you re in need of an oil change or even a tire rotation.

Good service done quickly!I like the drive thru pit crew. The routine works well when on the go!Their attention to detail gives me the confidence to drive thru LA, along fast paced super highways and of course, to endure the stop and go traffic!

Friendly knowledgeable staffs and the service is fast. Extra points for not trying to upsell like my dealership. No wonder two other cars left before getting any service! Absolutely the worst customer service on thIs planet!! No consideration of their customers time or reasonable expectations! I finally asked when I would be next since they took two cards that arrived after me and when I asked, I got a response with attitude. That was enough for me. I left. Going to jiffy lube or the dealership!

Save yourself an expensive headache - had my oil changed here. Few days later had a massive oil slick under my cars parking spot. Took it back in where they insisted that wasn't possibly their fault. Upon inspection every drop had drained out. They refilled it and while doing so blamed me saying the many ways it was my fault.Took it to a pro where they discovered the drain bolt was stripped and around it was cracked due to over tightening.Before this my car ran great and had never leaked a drop of oil. Now I have to scrub my garage floor clean, get even oil and fix their screw up for 700$.

Overall it's not bad. It's quick, short waiting time. Only problem is they need to learn more about hybrid cars. With how the hybrid cars engine work and obviously hybrid cars have a lot more mileage on engine oil life time.

I'm really disappointed with the service I received at this establishment. Although my oil change was done perfectly. I had an extremely negative experience with the staff. As a young female, I felt that they were unprofessional and didn't treat me with the respect that I deserve as a customer.When I was making my account, the staff member took down my phone number and texted me without my consent, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, during the servicing of my car, the staff member made a mistake by placing the hood holder on top of my battery, which caused a chain reaction and smoke to come from my hood. My car even shut off on Imperial Highway, causing a lot of inconvenience and stress.All in all, my experience at this establishment was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to any young girls. I hope that they take steps to improve their professionalism and customer service in the future.Service: Oil change

I regularly get my oil changed at this place and normally they're pretty good and fairly fast, occasionally I've lost or been missing the valve cap on the tire after getting my oil changed, the guy was putting air in my driver's side front tire I said hey buddy could you do me a favor I've had trouble losing these had to replace a few could you make sure that the Caps are tight after you put air in the tires and he said yeah sure no problem, I drove out and got a few blocks away and stopped at the store and decided I would check them, not one or two but all four valve caps were loose, I went back and told them, that was a little disappointing after the guy told me no problem he would make sure they were tight, other than that this place is normally pretty good

The woman providing the service, Brenda, was extremely rude the entire time I was here. She was very snarky and had a lot of attitude. This was my first time here and it makes me not want to come back to this location. I will give the company props as it is an easy service and I do not have to wait forever for the change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

THIS PLACE IS INSANEEEEEE !!!!! Like I can t even tell you how in love I am. I m used to oil changes taking three hours, having to make appointments, ruining my day with dread. this was the easiest most efficient experience EVER ! Stopped here for an oil change before we needed to take a big trip. We got excellent service from Scott, Jerry, and everyone else working hard in the pit to get us back on the road. They do have a coupon that covers the cost of the taxes. Great advice from Scott about what to look at in our engine. Appreciated this shop so much Wish we had these guys & gal out in Texas!

went there just for an oil change and they broke the stick that holds up my hood They offered to replace it and was told by jimmy that they would order the part . This was December of last year . told me they would call when the part came in . Never heard back so in March of this year went to the store and was told the part was on back order and that i would receive a call when the part came in No Call . Went over today april 25th 2023 and checked to see if part came in again no part. In fact I was told that the part was never ordered so they were going to have jimmy call me to find out whats going on. Again no call I will never do business with people that lie to the customer. This store or any other valvoline quick oil change will never touch my vehicle again and will never recommend this business to anyoneService: Oil change

Stay away from this branch. Sent my son for an oil change and they charged him more than $200 for an oil change + other services like wiper replacements that were over priced. Its my fault i should have known better. I should have accompanied my son. They took advantage of him. Never going to bring my cars here again. You can find other local automotive repair places that will treat you better and charge you less with better service. They may have gotten us once but they lost a lifetime customer. So the service was great, you just pull up and wait in your car while they provide the service to request, It is a limited service center dealing mostly with oil changes and things of that nature.

They have really nice service the staff show you the level of oil and check the whole car I was only there for an oil change and got my whole car checked out, Danielo helped me out and his staff was also very welcoming

I loved my experience. They weren't pushy on any of the sales. I now some people say it's a little pricey but I feel for the service you are getting and the time you are saving its worth it. It took maybe 40 mins for what would have taken the dealer 2 to 3 hours. Thanks yall for rocking it.

Had to get me an oil change here in my regular guy has too much work, Midas in Whittier oh, so I broke down and came over here I'll change was about $100. Full synthetic. Service was good they get happy and loud and like to shout like they were on the top of the SS Kitty Hawk, which is good that way they don't make mistakes. I think people should try this with your kids. They can say I brush my teeth nice and loud. I ate my breakfast nice and loud so everyone knows what's going on.

I've been to many Valvoline locations and I have never been disappointed by the staff that greets and serves customers. They are always friendly, willing to answer questions and aren't overly pushy about the additional services they offer. Speedy and friendly service without getting out of your car. It's everything you could ask for. I'm addition to all that, you can always find a coupon to save anywhere between 5-15 bucks. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is head and shoulders above Jiffy lube. Give it a try if you haven't already.

Worst of the Worst! Words can't express how disappointed I am with this company. Today, I decided to give Valoline a shot at the brass ring and allow them to service my vehicle and provide me with exceptional customer service. They failed to meet both! This review is based solely on my experience and not the actual service. I called and spoke to Briana 5 minutes before I went to this location. She offer me a coupon for $10 off if I go there today. I asked how long would it take because I had somewhere to be. She assured me 15 to 20 minutes which I felt was very acceptable. I turned around and arrived 4 minutes later. I was greeted by someone who asked me what I wanted, in which I responded an oil change. He advice me about 25 to 30 minutes because there were two cars in front of me. I asked him would it take any longer and he advised me it would not. Well I sat.... and I sat.... and I sat some more. 35 minutes later the first car has not even moved. Frustrating because unless they can do the next car in 2 minutes and mine in 1 I am way past my allotted time. Anyhow, I just left and immediately called them and asked why there are so many signs stating it's a drive thru 15 minutes oil change. I spoke with Brianna who was not helpful at all. She stated it's a 15 minute oil change BUT they do other services which can take longer. Much longer. Well, that's great, I really like that because this place can handle more than a change. BUT, you could have told me that on the phone and the guy who checked me in could have warned me about that too. I wasted 40 minutes of my life sitting in that line and 40 minutes of gas since I sat with my air conditioning running. Total failure. I understand they do other services but tell me this. I thought it was only oil and only 15 minutes. Thanks a lot for failing to disclose what it really is and for pretty much lying to to me. I appreciate you guys! NOT!

Due to locality & time constraints, I was a frequent customer, until a recent issue. I went to get my battery switched out and they didn't even secure it to my car. The security bar was just flopping around in my engine.I can't believe I was driving around like that. Thank you for jeopardizing my safety & well-being.Somehow, my left tail light is always out when I come here. The day I had my battery replaced, I had a tech tell me that it was out after doing the "inspection". They got really busy, and I heard him ask the manager, "Which tail light, again?". I clearly saw the manager shake his head. When I asked my brother to tell me which light was out, he informed me that both tail lights were perfectly fine.I'm writing this to tell other women to not let these people upsell you and prey on you because they think you don't know any better. Double check everything once you leave their facility, should you get work done here. There's a reason people tell you never to go to these places. It's unfortunate for people who are too busy to go anywhere else.

Fast service yes . So fast that I left with more problems than I came in with. First and last time I bring my car here . The oil change was done but I left with a strange sound coming from my engine . I brought it back and they acted like they had no idea what was done . My car has very low mileage with nothing wrong with it I alway keep my car maintained but I decided to try this place out but I will not be bringing my car to be serviced here again .

The service is top notch very friendly staff and they communicate with each other on the process of your oil change so I feel no errors are made to my vehicle. Have been coming to valvoline for years now and I'm happy.

I've been going to this place the last few years and the service has always been great. They can be a little pricey, so make sure you bring a discount coupon that is mailed & emailed out quite often. Vehicle maintenance has never been so convenient.Thanks Valvoline!

I've been going here for years, and they are all very professional and so pleasant, every trip. He reset my oil change notice that kept popping up too soon. I will never go anywhere else.
