This place is an absolute no-brainer ! Forget other places & take your car straight here for honest and good work.I really enjoyed doing business with Universal car stereo! First and foremost they were very straightforward and easy to work with. Everything that they promised they delivered and they did it in such a kindly manner.Both Mo and Jordan are very friendly and easy people to work with, Everything above board and they deliver on what they promise. I drove way out of my way because I was so impressed with the service that they gave me initially over the phone and I was doubly happy with their performance and installation.If you need any work done for your stereo or for dash cams or things related to that, these are the guys to see you can t go wrong. These guys are great!

Best shop ever , Jordan and his staff are the best of the best. After checking several shops and could not get comfortable with other places , I was blessed to make appointment with Jordan who is absolutely great and tremendously helpful guy . They are busy sometimes but will do everything they can to take care of the car or your shopping needs and will spend time to explain or answer any questions. The most unique advantage about this business is the after sale experience, they would support and take care of all your needs even after the sale and I highly recommend them. Definitely delightful experience.

Jordan and his team are my dudes. They know what they're talking about and do some great work. I don't think Jordan is physically capable of stopping himself from teaching you about audio; this guy is passionate about sound and is a knowledge gold mine of his trade.The install process took 2 days, followed by a break-in period, and then a re-tune. I am floored by the quality of sound coming from my notoriously horrible Subaru head unit.There were some things that went bad during the install like a loose 12v outlet and a broken glove box arm but as soon as I called, they made sure to fix EVERYTHING.I can't think of a reason not to recommend them. No need to look further, they'll take care of you.

Everyone always has a car stereo guy. For the longest and loyalty, I have been going to Riverside which I used to stay at, I am now located in Fullerton and decided to roam around the city and I found and gave it a chance. This place manager Mr. Jordan and his crew, Eddy. I am a satisfied customer and will return and give him more business. L7 is knocking man!!! God bless guys and stay safe.

Came in to get a Bluetooth, Auxiliary, and USB into my 2005 Honda Accord. Went in at first and wasn't happy with the module and Bluetooth they had to offer but they said it was no issue because they will happily install any module I bring in. So after doing 3+ hours of research I found a good one on Amazon and they installed in within an hour on me being their, while waiting I chatted with the owner and they went so out of their way for me to be happy with my service. I'm now happy with my system and the work that went into it. I know NOTHING about cars but they made it easy for me I really recommend this service and can happily say it's worth the Yelp accolades it has.

Awsome jordan is a great guy open hearted guy that works with you on the rite amp for subs also hes not there to take you hes a guy that loves his work, 2 years laters Jordan still does a great job I enjoy going back to his store getting my ride hook up by his terrific crew thanks again Jordan' came back 6mos later for more boom boom trust I'm a happy guy

Went in for a spot appointment to install headlights and waited 4+ hrs only for them to not install and close on me. They are very nice people and know their stuff so I gave them a second chance and rescheduled for 2 days later. O. The second appointment I called ahead and was told that they didn't have an appointment for me and that they were already booked with work for the day.

Eddie was prompt and courteous. He gave me the pricing for my car and was direct about the service he offered. He didn't have the top of the line model I was looking for, but was good enough to offer alternative lower end products at reasonable prices.

I drive a 2015 Chevy Camaro, the stock stereo on it got messed up a few months ago so I was without a stereo for months. I was doing research on aftermarket stereos that would look good on my car. After doing some research I found this place online. I gave them a call and Frank helped me out over the phone. Told me to stop by and take a look at what they had. When I got there the owner was there and some other guy both so friendly. The owner and frank showed me some options and quoted me on a new unit for my car. I am so happy with the way the the stereo came out! These guys did an amazing job! The customer service was over the top! Everything got done the same day! I m so happy with this shop! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Thanks guys!

The price was awesome, the speakers are good quality, the customer service was excellent. However, the reason why I gave them 3stars is because I examined the area where they replaced my speakers and the door panels & brake light fixture were missing the screws that hold them in place. Also, the worker did not put the panels back properly and I had to do it myself.

Solid spot. Had my car in the dealer to get some work. My stereo was buster (2011 ford fusion) and quoted me $630 to replace my stock radio/CD. Called universal up and got a good quote, walked out $420 later. Touch screen,Bluutooth, hands free calling. took about 2 hours to install. Guys did a good job. Def recommend

This is a good shop with good prices. The owner is actually into car audio not just a salesman. Keep in mind this is not an ultra highend shop with ridiculously high installation prices. They do good work but not the place for you to bring a Ferrari hoping to get discounted prices on a super high end install. I have nice cars and they have done good work on all of them. Everybody I refer to them has been really happy.

The owner is very knowledgeable and more than fair with his prices. His technicians do quality work. They are professional, friendly and timely. I will be back for work on my other car and will definitely recommend to others!

Mike helped me out with my Monte Carlo, and they worked on my civic many years ago, too. They did some door and rear speakers on the MC, and a viper alarm with remote start on my civic.. These guys can do what most shops cant/won't do. Straight up solid work. Never had any issues

I came into Universal Car stereo today in order to do some price comparisons to a Big Box store that I had recently inquired in about having a new stereo put into an older vehicle that I had purchased. I was only there for a price comparison. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and after a quick look over of my vehicle I was given options of what stereo would both work well in my vehicle and have the options I was looking for. I was quoted a no nonsense, no surprise installation fees price for the unit and the installation. I was then given the option to have the stereo installed IMMEDIATELY. Even though they discovered a problem with the harness, they still proceeded with the installation, fixing the harness along the way, all for the originally quoted price. After a few minutes of watching tv I was on my way with the new stereo installed and working like a charm. I was even given a quick tutorial on the system, and with my phone synced up I was on my way. This was a fantastic customer service experience. I would highly recommend that if you live in Fullerton or close by and need car audio work done, check out Universal Car stereo. When I blow up my old speakers with my new stereo I will be back! A++++

seems pretty good. found these guys on google and had them check my sub setup out because it kept cutting out. they figured it out within 15 minutes and charged me $30 instead of the normal $60 diagnostic fee. ill definitely be back when i need service again.

Bad service can I come here Got in my Mustang to install a double DIN multi DVD touch screen and the guy charged me 450 and did not install the rear-view camera did not install the speakers like the way he said he was going to do. When connecting my amp did a poor job in connecting the ground wire . so pretty much the total that came out $560 for a piss-poor job I ended up rewiring my speakers and re grounded my amp so in reality I paid $560 for four speakers and the wiring done because everything else I had to rewire and had to install my own backup camera and on top of that he kept some of my wires that came with the package and try to keep my remote. I had to go back the next day and asked for it because they just keep giving me the run-around over the phone

I really dig this place for a few reasons, fast and quality work, good customer service are a few reasons. Was given a solid deal on an upgraded sound system, and I'll be coming back for more down the road. Big thanks to Mike, he went above and beyond for me, really appreciate the extra effort. Oh and sorry for bumping that guys car in the parking lot!

Jordan and Frank are hands down the BEST. Gave us extremely fair pricing, provided extra care by inspecting all vehicle possible problems, after explaining to them i had purchased my mew car from a mom and pop dealership and how they stole the entire sound components after we test drove it and left it for them to fix a few minor issues. They sold us the best sound system for the style of music i prefer, and looked at everything we had concerns from the dealership fpr no extra charge. And the one thing they couldnt fix, told me to go down to the actual hyundai dealership and order the back up camera and they would install it for free. 1 year warranty on the products, with lifetime labor warranty. Then they are doing my husband truck now for a killer price and have treated us with the most respect and honesty unlike any other automotive place ive been to. Extremely impressed and happy with the badass sound they gave me. Thank you guys so much

I was there today getting a 5 channel amp and sub put in. Jordan the owner is a great guy with a lot of knowledge about stereos. They did a great installation and I'm very happy with my stereo. Great prices.

Jordan the owner is super professional and wants all his customers to get the product they desire. Him and I agreed to a great price for a pioneer headunit for my 2006 Subaru Sti. MIKE the installer did a AWESOME job on my car and installed it very fast and correctly, compared to lots of un experienced sound shops in the area.

It's always good to find a place you trust will take care of you. They have done that several times for me. Very accommodating. They are very reasonable and have always had parts on site for the things that I needed. I will go back.

Excellent service . Jordan and the guys there are great to get along with and everyone there knows there ins and outs on all things car audio from lights to to s ok under audio. Great shop. I'll keep coming back for more services in the future

Went to get stereo and 4 speakers installed .This Place had my classic car for 2 days Only installed 2 speakers and they said they couldn't install my other 2 because it was to much work for them and they dont do that kind of work, after they already looked at my car prior to installation and said they can do it no problem . They had my number and didnt call me to let me know what was going they just went ahead and installed the 2 speakers and stereo and charged me 20$ less no consideration on what i might of wanted to do . (How about dont touch it leave it ill take it somewhere else) I would have payed more to get it done right or taken somewhere else that did work on classic cars . To top it off my original chevrolet trunck emblem went missing , of course they dont know anything about it .guess they were about a quick buck then long time customer

Great place Jordan(Owner) is a true professional and is very knowledgeable about all things car audio/security. Best day to go is Wednesday becasue Jordan opens that day. Very friendly.
