Brought in my 2020 740i M-Sport today for regular maintenance as well as some problems I've had with my windows after a bad tint job. At the front desk, Samantha was incredibly professional and quick to answer my questions. The shop foreman, Randy, was also very helpful and did a walk-around inspection of the vehicle upon my request. Overall fantastic service.

Didn't have my car serviced in forever so I had a lot of repairs needed. Ronin group fixed all services requested within the matter of two days and a courtesy check for other concerns. Great mechanical service and great customer service. Samantha, the front office technician, was super communicative and helpful.

I have been bringing my cars to Ronin forOver 12 years. There mechanics are well equipped to work on BMW and Mini Cooper. Their customer service is fantastic.

They were very responsive, honest about the work that needed to be done, and realistic about how much time it would take. They also helped me prioritize which maintenance was best to be done first. I plan to go back here to finish the rest instead of my closest Mercedes-Benz dealer.

Had an issue with my mini and it's brake light being reset after changing rotors and pads. Found this place and they were excellent! Super friendly staff who were very helpful and service was fast. Highly recommend to anyone with a mini or BMW who needs service!!

I have a very good auto repair shop that I trust. Trust is everything when it comes to auto repairs. Especially when you have European vehicles. A recent visit to my regular shop with my low oil pressure light on revealed a situation that they weren t comfortable with. They didn t want to take a chance on misdiagnosis and costing me time and money that was unnecessary. So, they recommended Ronin Autowerks because they have deeper understanding and knowledge for BMW/MINI cars. Plus they have better scanning equipment for these and other Euro cars.I was able to get an early AM appointment within 2 days. After dropping the car off I had a call within 1 1/2 hours with a definitive cause for the warning light and cost for repair. It was about what I expected so I authorized the repair. They weren t certain that it would be completed within that same day but they were going to work on it and try. About 6 hours later I received a call that the repair was done and I could pick the car up that same day or the following, whatever would best for me. Amazing service!!I won t hesitate to use Ronin again when I need more technical repairs on my MINI. I couldn t be any more satisfied with the whole experience.

Great shop, they are extremely quick and gets the job done properly. They work on my mother s Panamera transmission fixing the shift rod. Which is no easy task, and fixed an issue with a fuel vent valve as well.

We have been coming to Ronin for years. I trust them with any car any problem, They diagnose and fix problems right the first time without overcharging or trying to get you to fix something not needed. They have a customer for life!! Will never go elsewhere!

Matt was great to work with and I appreciate the time he spent explaining how he was going to finish up the air conditioning installation (AC lines, charging a new custom installation, etc) in my Bavaria. I also liked his attention to detail in areas where some others may skimp. Also, it s great to have a shop that routinely works on vintage bmws.Service: A/C installation & repair

Went in to get my ABS unit rebuilt on my 540i. Issue was resolved, they did a great job and customer service was great. Shout out to Randy for his assistance. I'll be going back again shortly to get some more issues resolved. I was burned by the past shop that did work on my car, these guys are very honest. I think mechanics do good job. I don t interact with them so I don t know, but they are pretty confident with what they can do and not.The front office staff is super kind and attentive. Just the small interaction with her made my day cause of her kindness. They also make it very personal which makes me want to go back.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

The phone was answered quickly and professionally. An appointment was scheduled the following day and the service was completed in an hour. I love how fast and easy it was completing this oil change, I will definitely recommend Ronin Autoworks. I received the best service I have ever experienced servicing my Mini. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. These folks are experts when it comes to your BMW/Mini needs. While yes prices can be on the higher end you cant put a price the quality work they put in. Have taken my 2010 Mini Cooper clubman S here twice for issues and will be taking it for servicing here from now on.

You re a fool to go here. I would NEVER go back there. I took my car in to see what s wrong. They charged me $185 to do a diagnostic which wasn t put toward any future work to be done. Last minute I had to travel for work. They charged me $95 storage fee per day. So another $400 to park my car. That s terrible. Plus they can t even afford AC for the customers. It was a sweat box in there. The woman said we don t have customers so we don t turn on the AC. Lmao. You re a fool to go here.

Best place for a Mini Cooper! They know the cars and understand much more than just reading codes. Numerous times they have resolved issues that left other shops stymied. Ronin was recommended to me by a friend. I had a check engine code due to a possible turbo waste gate issue. My Indie mechanic said I d have to replace both turbos at $7000.Came to Ronin and the tech, Harley, said maybe but they need to diagnose it first. They took a look and it turns out the vacuum hoses were detonated and need to be replaced. One was even detached from the waste gate. Couple hours later and $550 car was good as new.Everyone did an excellent job!! I was so relieved!! I highly recommend them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
