Tried to make an appointment to have my broken window fixed. When I picked up he mumbled over the phone so i apologized and let him know I'm hearing impared and may need him to speak up. He immediately started laughing on the phone. When I asked an estimate for a window repair he interrupted and said he's booked for a week, before I could ask him about availability for the next week he said "but good luck" sarcastically and hung up. Based off the phone call alone and after talking to someone I know who used their services before , he is rude, expensive, and doesn't care about his clientele. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came here after reading several of the reviews. It was for a small job on my classic car. RJ stopped what he was doing and jumped right on the repair by securing the chrome frame to my driver's window. His charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Safelite sent me an estimate of $169.98 to fill a crack in my windshield but Park Auto Glass did it for $65! This is not our first experience with Park Auto Glass and, each time, their service has been excellent and their prices fair. I only contacted Safelite because I was concerned the crack would grow larger during my drive from Costa Mesa to Fullerton. Never again will I consider settling for second best. Park Auto Glass is the only way to go.

The owner RJ IS exceptionally understanding, kind and professional!! My car had glass damage two times and I needed to get my car fixed right away and RJ fixed is RIGHT AWAY! This is the first time I've posted any review but Park Auto Glass rates a thumbs up. My 63' Biscayne suffered two previous attempts to install new rubber on the windshield and back glass. Although one shop came with lots of referrals, both times my car came back a mess, and the bright trim was bent to boot. The boys not only did a great job but fixed the chrome and charged me LESS that the other two. Just don't go anywhere else, especially if you own an older ride.

Too expensive not friendly whatsoever first time calling to get a quote. $250 just for installation and I have to bring it to the shop get the eff out of here with that lol. Trust go look somewhere esle lot less expensive then this place
