Jimmy at the service desk was SO helpful yesterday! He was very informative and also seemed genuinely happy to help. I hope I get to work with him again because he was great. My sister happened to take her car in for service yesterday too and Jimmy helped her too. Excellent customer service. I was out in less than an hour. My service advisor said should be hour and a half but it was done in less than an hour. He explained to me the condition of my car and the things they did. He even walked to me to my car. While waiting you can grab coffee or hot chocolate with snacks and water. The best service so far.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have had horrible experiences in the past at the service center here. It was time for an oil change and I did not feel like driving to another city to get it done. I figured I would give it one more chance and I was happy I did. Grace and Jacky helped me out and it was the best experience I have had at the service center. Ask for Grace or Jacky and I m sure you will have a good experience.

The service was good, the people were very friendly. Unfortunately it took over 4 1/2 hours to do my emissions recall. And they had no shuttle or no loaner car so I just had to sit in their lobby

"Express" service (oil change and tire rotation), with an appointment, took almost 3 hours and cost $100. Jiffy Lube can do the same for a lot less, both in terms of cash cost and the cost of my time.Been 100% loyal since I bought my car...but are they loyal to me?

I regularly service my car here, and I couldn't be happier. I like their people, the prices and just the great job they do. If you're looking for a dealership service center for your Suby, you can't go wrong. #ThankYouJim!

Excited to buy a great used car there. Disappointed trying to get the complimentary service they entice you with. Went elsewhere and paid for it myself. It's not a real benefit if you cant use it. The GPS package you have to purchase is also not as presented. Beware, not the service I expected. I'm very disappointed, and they dont really seem to care? I wont be going back.

I leased a vehicle from them and it came with a window tint package. I had the tint installed in December, the driver side window started peeling by February. I called to set up appointment so they could fix it. I went to drop off my vehicle on my lunch break. they took an hour just to check me in so i was late back to work. I get off work go home call them at 3 they said it wasnt ready, called at 4 they said still wasn't ready. Now im not a professional window tinter by any means but how the hell does it take 4 hours to fix one window. Ive had all my cars tinted and never has it taken longer then 2 hours for an entire car and none of the tint has ever peeled or bubbled the whole time i owned them.

I love this place. Never been a fan of using dealerships for rudimentary service because the cost is usually much more expensive than a specialty shop, but their personal service makes up for the added cost.

Could not get simple key Fob...unless I leave car to remove parts to send to SubaruAnd match my fob up....Wtheck..online aftermarket again....
