People are gonna think this review is fake but whatever haha. John and Marcos treated me LIKE FAMILY! I came in for some wheel installations and an alignment, and the team took care of me. I ask a ton of questions and these guys were so patient with me.We usually hear of BAD experience from tire centers, so when these guys treated me with kindness I just had to write a review. You guys definitely won a new customer. Thank you guys!-Matt-

Only been here to get nails in my tires patched but they've been great each time. Fair price, make an appointment and theyll patch up the tire while you wait. they also looked over the car to give their input to what I should do for the car next. I appreciate it, I always like to get free feedback from people who do this for a living. If you pick up a nail like I did I highly reccommend this place.

John always has a great story! You see he has been in this community for a long long time. His staff is great. They work very hard. I wish them well. Oh! And he is honest and let's you know well to trust him. Reminds me of my dentist! Lol I love my dentist ok.I recommend this Auto place for all you need. Especially if you live in the neighborhood. : )Thank you John and Staff! You all are Great

I will not be going back to this tire shop! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!Beware if you have a warranty!!!! He will replace the tires that are damaged under warranty with used old tires. I thought this was a good tire shop at first but after getting several mechanics looking at my tires they all said, Do not go back to this tire shop! "They are not honest." Now I am looking to buy two of the newer tires golden west tire center gave me as a replacement because they are now bald before the older ones. So sad how people do not have any integrity anymore.When I took my tires he replaced under warranty, the old tires he replaced, he did not recognize and I reminded him of the time I had them replaced under my road hazard warranty. He stayed silent. That is how I know he is not an honest business man.First review before this shop screwed me over with old tires under a hazard warranty You need wheels he s got deals! He beat Costco and America s Tire!!!! I will be returning for my next set of tires in the future

John gave me 50% discount because his technician was not available on my appointment time. He called me the next day and accommodated my schedule and gave me half the price from their usual reasonable price. I really apprecited John's honesty and integrity. This place will be my family's tire center!!

I've had some oil changes done on two of my cars. Excellent customer service. John is very kind and understanding. We needed an alternator replaced. John was able to get me a great deal. I would recommend going to have services done here to anyone I know.

We had a tire blow out and walked in for help. The shop was great! They were able to order us a tire and get it delivered and we were back on the road in 2 hrs.Highly recommend!

Just got my tire fixed after ending up with a screw lodged in it. In addition, asked for them to do a tire rotation and balancing, and now my car is driving so smoothly. On top of that, the kind people at Golden West Tire didn't charge me a dime. Thank you Golden West, I will definitely be bookmarking you for future car service needs.

Went here one time got 2 front tires and alignment on ford flex. Tires went bald in 8 months where tires I replaced lasted over 2 years. Actually drove less miles with new tires.bought tired in 2016 but discovered were manufactured in 2014. I truly believe I was sold retreads. No reason spend over 500 dollars for 2 tires and alignment and have to get new tires 8 months later

I had my tire repaired at this station for $12 just last week. Had a screw in it. I sent my daughter to this station for the same condition. They charged her $20. I call them up and asked why they charged her more. He said It s always $20 . Asked him why he charged me $12 last week. Leaves me to believe price change in a week, sexiest. How s that work ?? Beware !!

Don t waste your time coming here. Came in on a Tuesday looking for new wheels and tires and he couldn t tell me what was available. Was told he will call me with what he had on special. Got a call back on Friday... I ended up going to America s Tire across the street and they were able to get me exactly what I was looking for. Ordered everything that day and my new set of wheels and tires arrived the next day. I also was able get a 1000 credit from them with zero APR for 6 months. Ended up spending 1,900 and couldn t be happier

My boyfriends car was freaking out while we were here on vacation, and we stumbled across this place. They found the problem right away, and told us they could order the part for us. When we called around to other places, they wanted to charge us more than twice as much as Golden West. Their customer service was excellent, and everyone we talked to was friendly as ever :) I would definitely recommend this place!

I've been going coming to Goldenwest Tires for many years and I always get Superior customer service from John and Rob. Good suggestions, good tires, free rotations and better prices than I would get at a dealership. I trust them to do what's in my best interest.

I was running late to work because of a flat, Sergio greeted me with excellent customer service super cool dude try to accodomate me as best as he can, he informed that my tire size wasnt in stock but he recommended across the street cause he knew i was on a time limit but then Marcos came and ran to me just as i was pulling out and said he found one of my size, got done in about 20 minutes maybe less lol just thought it was worth a review!!!! Thanks guys! Ill be coming here now

Been getting tires from John over at Goldenwest Tires for over 18 years. Just got tires from him last week, and hes one of the few tire shops around that can align a Dually 1 ton truck. he also does all kinds of mechanical repairs, ive had drive shaft rebuilt/replaced, Timing chain done, oil changes and a brand new rear solid axle installed on the rear of my Monte. I dont even live near Fullerton anymore but hes one of the few guys in the industry I trust. He's been around over 40 years, and a lead mechanic who's been around 32 years, hes the only shop to survive in that area for that length of time, to me that says alot about him and the way he conducts buisness. 5 stars

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AT ALL, how the hell they still in business is beyond me! Look at all the fake 5 stars review down there! F this place!They did my brake job, and my brake was all Fked up , squeaking like crazy. Told me it's normal and it will go away. I had to take it to another mechanic and was told whoever did the last brake job doesn't know crap, no lube on the brake parts at all, and didn't even bother with cleaning it. F this place! and screw the dishonest person Ron!

This place has been around for 39yrs and the owner is a pretty cool guy if you need installation of any Aftermarket Parts they will do it here for a reasonable price.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT GOLDENWEST TIRE FULLERTON!John, the owner ordered the wrong brake rotors for my car, they were too small in diameter, his mechanic installed them, Only 3/4 of the brake pad touched the rotor. About 8500 miles later my car threw a traction control code, while another mechanic was working on that he found the car had the WRONG F-N ROTORS!I went to John he has known me for years, but was not man enough to accept responsibility.SO i will be sueing him in small claims court.

Had the pleasure and displeasure of being serviced by this company. The main thing is that you never know what your going to get; great service, timely service or not. Its a crap shoot. I've never been quite sure about the trust and yet I went back for more service as I couldn't find better. I'm glad I've found better and don't have to put up with what might be or might not be good service.
