100% positive experience with service department, Ron was the person who helped me, who thoroughly went through my car's issues and followed up with me. The team was very efficient, as I was in and out the next day for electrical issues. Other dealership told me at least 1-2 weeks. I was also able to pick up the car after service hours at the sales department. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend.

My experience with Ford Fullerton was excellent. The people at there is a trust words. This was McCoy & Mills Ford. But it's nice to see even several years after the change that the many of the same staff remain. They always take good care of us. Upfront with pricing, time frame for work completion and within a reasonable area, a shuttle service is available.

Extremely happy with my recent experience in buying a truck through Miles Mayo at Fullerton Ford in Somerville, NJ. Don't come to this dealership. They deceive and lie to your face. Got my Ford Maverick here, I am pretty happy with the truck. Here is what they told me at the time of purchase: 1) 2 year free maintenance (didn't tell me OR 36k miles whichever comes first) 2) 43k points however I want to spend at Ford for accessories or services. 3) sold me premium warranty at their cost, told me the warranty covers bumper to bumper.What I found out 1.5 years later:1) they used my 43k points towards the supposedly "free 2 year maintenance"2) bumper to bumper warranty doesn't even include windshield replacement.I'm confused...isn't windshield between the bumpers???Honestly this dealership will lie in your face to get their cars and trucks sold and later change their words. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and never seen such dishonest dealership!!!! I feel obligated to let the world know to use caution when visiting or buying cars/trucks from this particular dealership.

Initially, my early contact with this dealership wasn't positive, but after meeting Brandon, everything soon changed, and the whole process of purchasing a 2023 Maverick XL became very flawless. Called to purchase a new truck. Per usual, salesman wanted to play games. I asked several times to present me a price and I will make the purchase. Took my business elsewhere where the dealer was transparent in pricing. Take serious buyers seriously rather than waste time.

Bought a second truck from Fullerton Ford. Hands down the two smoothest sales I have had. Steve, Brandon and Alex had everything lined up in sales and finance. Alex made multiple calls to my credit union to get me a better rate than their standard rates. I was able to get in touch with the veteran owner, Abe, to get the best price on my trade in and purchase while he was shopping at Walmart getting his honey-do list done. Doesn't get more realistic than that. The team there is like a family and they try to make you feel part of theirs. I'll be a repeat customer here and send everyone I know to Fullerton Ford.

I often give 4 out of 5 stars, even though I'm completely satisfied with the place. Always room for improvement, right? I know all the old adages about Dealers & mechanics in general ripping people off. Being I mechanic myself, "trust me", I know. But I've had my 07 F350 6.o Diesel here a few times. And each time, I know I'll bring it back here and nowhere else for the things that are either beyond me, I'm not equipped for, or just too lazy to do myself. The Buena Park Ford on Beach ripped me off & sold me a turbo that I didn't need. This place on Commonwealth in Fullerton had no intention of making the same mistake. If you love your Ford, but don't always love making your own repairs... this is where you want to bring it. It's not the cheapest. But if you want it done right the 1st time, you can't beat it. Needed some Serious A/C work. Taking a trip to Colorado this August. LOTTA desert between SoCal and there. And I'm Confident this trip will be a (cool) breeze. Thank you Fullerton Ford for keeping my F350 "First On Race Day"!

I came in with my mind set on getting a truck. I pulled up and from the corner of my eye I seen this beautiful truck. Jesse came out & I can tell that he was very professional & also someone I can rely on to keeping it 100 with me. Unfortunately I couldn t get the truck that caught my eye cause it s been modified & a little out my range. Jesse & the whole ford team tried many things to help me out but it wasn t successful. But like I said I made my mind up that I m getting a truck regardless. There was plenty of option to choose from. I looked around and this Grey beauty caught my eye & I was hooked. I told Jesse I want this truck. Jesse and Steve the general manager started to work on this request of mine and after there hard work I got my truck! I m officially a ford owner! I m really satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much to Jesse/Steve & Alex for making it possible. This ford is definitely different in other words this ford branch is special. Thank you guys again.

This review is for the SERVICE department. We spoke to Daniel regarding fixing two specific issues on our work truck. A back up camera and a sliding side door. In order for us to be down one work truck, we had to arrange to drop off the truck before Ford service business hours on Friday night for the work to be completed Monday. We also arranged a Uhaul truck for Monday - Wednesday. I spoke to Danny on Monday afternoon to check the status. Much to our surprise - they don't work on back up cameras or sliding side doors for this Ford truck.... This should have been mentioned on the phone when I called originally. This truck had been worked on before at this location so the truck information should be in the system. It took a complete work day to find out they don't work on it(?) We do not live in California so the rental truck, the numerous Lyft rides and the planning required to make these fixes were not a small feat. Hundreds of dollars wasted because someone couldn't be up front with what could be fixed at Ford on a Ford truck.

Brace yourself, this one's a "Ben-Hur". In short; Great staff/ experience. I was in neighborhood and decided to drop by the Fullerton Ford Dealership to see what their supply looked like (it's rough out there). I saw a Bronco and the Maverick there parked. Introduced myself to Ron - fleet manager. Ron: Extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he's been in the business for a while based on his expertise. I inquired about the 2022 Ford Maverick on the lot. Ron said it was on order for a customer but if they backed out he'd reach out.Fast-forward 2 days later, Ron reach out and said it was available (talk about SWAT - Sell What's Available Today). Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse. Let me tell you this young buck is a rockstar. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and knew a lot about the truck. Jesse proceeded to tell me he was the one that had originally ordered the truck for his father but that his father decided to upgrade to a F-150. Makes sense.During the process of getting qualified for financing and completing the purchase Gene did a great job explaining my service and warranty options, I did appreciate that. A total professional. Gene did the absolute best to get me the best rate (certainly helped that I had a great credit score). Overall the staff was super friendly and focused, as they should, it's Veteran owned by my namesake Abraham. That in itself adds to the prestige in service.I think the only thing I was a little disappointed about was the markups. I understand but didn't expect it from the blue oval. At the end of the day I've acquired one of the hottest trucks on the market in a Lariat trim TNT (today not tomorrow).

This is our third vehicle from Mccoy Mills Ford. Ron is the best when buying a car or truck. He is very informative and will match you with what you are looking for. Service packages have always worked out for us. Fast oil changes and maintenance experiences. Honestly the best experience with this dealership. Just ask for Ron D.
