These guys and gals are amazing they did all they promised and then some. I went in for a body repair, and my car looks great. Jim breaks down everything, so it's easier to understand what's going on he answered all questions or concerns I had. They took a little longer than planned, but other than that, they were so easy to work with. Definitely recommend this place.

This place was okay, I am not one to post reviews unless I feel very strongly about them. But anyway, I took my car in on a Monday and gave the lady at the front desk my information, keys, etc. After that, she said she would make sure to call to give me updates on my car. A couple hours later, she calls me to let me know what's going on and what's been worked on. A few more hours pass and no update, so I call and then she tells me there is still no update. I think fine, i'm probably being impatient & they must be busy, so maybe they'll call me tomorrow.Tuesday rolls around, and since I know they open at 8, I wait to see if I'll get a call. Nothing. So then I call, and I let her know my name & that I still have not received any information about my car. She had a pretty annoyed/passive-aggressive tone and just repeated to me that she would call to update me if there WAS an update. That left me feeling pretty uncomfortable, I have a right to know what's going on especially if I'm paying for these services. So I let it go, and then Wednesday finally comes.I become frustrated and decide to just go see what's going on. So i get there and the mechanic tells me it had been finished. Once I go into the office to sign for the work that was done, the receptionist tells me that she had been calling me to let me know that my car was done and that I was supposed to pick it up the end of the day on Tuesday; however I had no calls or voicemails. So I told her I had not gotten either things. I just felt very weird with this whole interaction and I think it was just pretty irresponsible to not let someone know their car was ready. Obviously people need their cars for a number of reasons and updates are appreciated. I understand everyone is so busy, I just did not appreciate the tone when I called to check about my car and then the sudden switch up when I went to pay in person. It just felt like so much wasted time and of course if I had been called about my car being ready I would have gone ASAP.It was just an odd interaction and maybe a bad day, but I just felt the need to express this because even if a place has fair prices, customer service is also important and just overall, a welcoming atmosphere from the employees. All in all, they did fix my car's issue and at a decent price.

A big Thank You to Myrna and her mechanics for diagnosing and repairing my Gray 2011 Honda Pilot. They informed me of the problem and took care of it. I got my suv back the next day. Dropped it off on Monday at 9:45am and picked it up on Tuesday at 10:30am. Thank you again. I will be back for more maintenance for my suv, when needed.

If it were possible to give this place 10 stars, I would!! I truly cannot recommend Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic more highly.I brought my VW Tiguan in for an issue with the module that controls the airbags as well as a broken A/C system. I had gotten a couple other quotes from repair shops in Los Angeles for the airbag problem, both of which were $4K+. Those technicians had told me they would need to completely tear apart the drivers seat to get access to the module and replace several costly parts on it. Fortunately, a dear friend of mine recommended Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic after having great experiences with their team and I'm SO GLAD I listened to her! The service I received was best in class and I couldn't be happier with my experience there.Bill (one of the owners) ran a full spectrum of diagnostic tests on my vehicle and determined that the problem with the airbags was simply due to some faulty fuses. What other places had said would cost thousands of dollars to fix ending up costing me less than $50!! The A/C repair price was also much more competitive than other quotes I had been given.Bill was so kind and took the time to explain in depth how everything worked. Myrna in the front office kept me updated on timing via text message, and gave my dog treats along with a lot of belly rubs! :)It's SO clear that this family-run company takes immense pride in their work, and I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you so much again for such a wonderful customer experience!

After multiple mechanics, wasted money, 3 failed smogs, I finally passed my smog test after a year thanks to this team. Fullerton Auto Repair found the solution to my 2010 honda accord's catalytic converter and o2 sensor issues. Not only did it take Jim a few hours, but it was very affordable as well! I can't thank them enough as this ongoing problem was taking a mental toll on me. Highly recommend them for being honest, good at what they do, very reasonable, and easy to work with!

Dishonest!!!The technicians are great they know their stuff but the front office lady is dishonest I changed my oil a few times and this time all of a sudden they charged me 2.5 times as much as before I understand inflation and 20% increase is ok with me but 2.5 times? she pretended they forgot to charge me for draining the oil really???Don t go here if you want honest prices

Friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Gave various options and price points to fix different issues with my vehicle. More transparency and lower costs compared to other shops. This was the 2nd time taking a car to Jim at Fullerton Auto Repair. Highly recommended.

I'm a single mom, brand new to the area and I came to this shop to see why my check engine light was on. I had my 2 year old with me and couldn't stay to do a full assessment so Bill went out of his way to scan the code on my Jeep and saw that it was something as simple as needing a new gas cap because mine had gotten lost. He then told me where the nearest Jeep dealership was and even offered to order it for me and I could pick it up the next day. All this and no charge! Great customer service and integrity. Thank you.

Simply the best! The reviews speak of courtesy and professionalism. Personally my experience was excellent from start to finish.I have gone back again for a separate issue with my car and they delivered. Five stars is an understatement. So add another for personal touch from Mirna and Jim.

First off Myrna in the office is just a sweetheart and kept me updated on the progress of my truck that had been at 2 other shops to figure out what was causing an engine code that I've been trying to fix so I could pass smog. They found and fixed the problem very quickly for a very reasonable price. The shop will now have mine and my family's business for all of our automotive needs. Definitely recommend.

A great honest family run auto repair shop!!!! That's good on their prices. Stand by their repairs. Also always willing to help you out. They have worked on our 2007 Jeep Liberty 4x4 Limited. They have done work from brakes, sensors to front drive shaft. Highly-rated and highly-qualified auto repair shop!!!!

This place is the best! Jim looked at my car a week ago from a minor finder binder and charge only $155 for parts and labor. He told me when I'm ready to fix it, call him so he can get the small part. Give him a day and it will be done. I took it in at 9:30 am, it was done by noon. It tooked great, band new again. This place is honest and honor what they say they will do. The first place I took my car to for a estimate wanted $1180 for a new finder and some new sides instead of fixing it. They wanted my insurance to pay for it, but my deduction is $500.

TRUST WARNING! I don't usually write reviews but since reviews brought me here I thought I should warn prospective customers. I brought my car in to repair some paint scratches on my front bumper (sand, polish, touch up). Later, Jim (the co-owner) called me and said I can pick up the car at no charge because he didn't like the way it turned out, that it looked worse than when I had brought it in because he didn't notice the clear bra paint protection film that got in the way. To remedy it, he'd have to remove the clear bra and redo the work. I wasn't happy about removing the expensive clear bra but I gave him a second chance to finish the job. After doing the initial repairs, Jim instructed me to bring the car back in 1.5-2 weeks to do final polishing after the paint settles. He didn't mention a ~3 inch diameter blotch of adhesive residue left on the other side of the bumper from removing the clear bra, and I pointed this out to him when I dropped off the car 2 weeks later. Jim assured me that he'd clean this out with polish, but when the work was finished this blotch was only partially polished while the rest was damaged and covered up with discolored touch up paint. He made several suggestions that the damage must have come from the car dealership, but his story just did not add up. It was painfully obvious that he was not telling the truth. The next day, I came back with my dad to confront him about this. Jim must have felt under a lot of pressure because he raised his voice at us, saying "You guys DON'T understand!" as we were calmly discussing the situation and our forward-looking options. He then offered to redo the job or give a refund, but insisted on the refund which I accepted.I grew up in Fullerton and wanted to support a local business, but ended up walking away disappointed. If you are looking for trustworthy paint repair, I would not recommend the Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic & Body Shop.

First time at Fullerton Auto Clinic and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and the technicians are the most knowledgeable I've spoken with. If you want honest and thorough work done on your vehicle this is the place to go.

I did take my Hyundai Elantra to remove lots of dents. They are very efficient and professional. They delivered my vehicle within 2 days and it looked very perfect like a brand new car. They are fair on the pricing. I strongly recommend this facility for any auto body work.

Respectful, honest, and fast service! They were the only ones willing to give a quote online, and while they found more issues during inspection, the part that they were replacing was actually due, and the price they charged was at fair market price!

I honestly don't understand how this company gets good reviews! Are they thorough, sure, but when it takes them double the amount of time to diagnose a problem that a dealership could, its pretty frustrating. I have taken my car to them 2xs and while yes they did do the work, both times it took 2 days (and they did not even finish....we told them to stop bc they said it would take a few more days to know what was going on)!!!! Maybe everyone else doesn't have anything better to do, but I had to get a rental car and most recently I had to just stay at home. I have 4 kids, this is the only car that can transport them all. I went to them for the price, but I will never take it back. HUGE inconvenience, and while I don't work, I do have young kids that need to go places and my husband works full time. On top of that, they tried to blame me and my husband for why they took so long. Front office was rude when we started asking questions as to why it was taking so long. I guess if the price is right people will do anything (like not have a car for days) to get what they needed. I would never recommend them to anyone.

What a Great family to work with. Everyone is very knowledgeable with the Imports and Domestic. I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra Pre Runner, every day driver; and they're the Only Group that has worked on my truck in the past several years. I recommend anyone that's near the area to stop by and have them diagnose any issues you might be having instead of getting reamed at the dealers...!!!

Mechanics that are fair on their prices, friendly and efficient.... rare find. I trust them w/o reservations. This is the place to go to for car body work or any general repairs. Great experiences for me so far without any bad "aftertaste". Material savings over ending up at the dealership and probably better served.

I accidentally scraped my new 2015 Subaru Forester on the passenger side with a cement pole commonly found at gas stations. I am told pearl blue is extremely hard to match because it changes colors. They did an excellent job!! Nice, friendly and very professional. My car looked brand new just like it did at the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I'm a repeat customer because they do great work at a great price, and I've gotten same day service twice. Jim and Billy know what's up, they didn't try to bs at all. They are generous with their knowledge if you're a car guy and want to bounce some questions off them.

Hit a ditch in the road and immediately had a nasty rattling coming from my rear end. Went to these guys, as they were the closest shop around and they took care of it right away. Turned out to be a piece of wire wrapped around my driveshaft. They only charged me $15 for putting my truck on their lift. Great service! Knowledgeable techs. Highly recommended!

Weve taken 4 different cars here. Always, always an honest estimate only for work needed, even telling us what we DON'T need that someone else said we did. Going so far as buffing out scratches and paint transfer FOR FREE on our daughters car when it was in for some major exhaust system repair. We didn't even mention it, just came back looking better.... no charge. Wow.

The employees are honest and so very nice, every auto shop wanted to charge me double the price to change out my alternator, where as the auto clinic charged me the price of the alternator and a little bit more to install it. I finally found an auto repair shop I can trust. Definitely recommend...10 stars **********
