When Fisk Automotive told me I needed a new engine in my 2010 Prius I was a little nervous about it. They provided me with a very detailed report that told me things I needed immediately done on my car and also things they suggested. Once I gave them the okay to go ahead with the engine (expecting to be without a car for at least a week) they were done in 3 days. They did a fantastic job on my car and this is where I will go everytime I need work on my car. Chris checked in with me giving me updates and was always so nice. I recommend this place for everyone to go here if u want excellent work done and fast. Thanks Fisk Automotive you guys are awesome

My first impression was how clean the shop was. I'd never seen an auto service so immaculate. Secondly, I was pleased with the friendliness of the agents that assisted me. Thirdly, I was impressed by the up to date technology used to explain the condition of my car. I was given a clear explanation of the diagnosis of my car, and a prioritized list of needed repairs. My car was repaired in the projected time & I was able to pick it up after closing hours due to their lockbox system. I would like to give special recognition to Stacy (agent) for her service with a smile. I highly recommend this auto service for anyone who is looking for a repair service they can trust.

I m so happy a friend shared this shop info with me. They were quick, efficient, explained in detail items of concern and made suggestions of other items with no sells pressure. Prices are fair. I will definitely be bringing all three of my vehicles to this shop.

Fisk just happens to be what you might say gave my wife and I the experience you feel you should expect to receive from all businesses but almost never happens. The Fisk staff was first class. They went the extra mile. Stacey, Chris, Ricky and Christopher were friendly, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and got the job done on our 4Runner. Don t make the same mistake as me- don t bring your car here! They withhold information, make up stories to cover their tracks and Lie! Day 1- called and spoke with Joe and first question I asked was do they work with insurance companies. He asked what insurance company and after I told him, he said Yes! I informed him that i wanted to bring the car in, have them inspect and once the quote is approved, bring the car back in to start the work. Day 2- Brought the car in, they tell me I have to leave the car. Ok called an Uber and went about my day. Called later that day and the guy tells me the check engine light was on because of the catalytic converter (I brought the car in for the ABS system) when i asked him about the ABS, he says it s fine nothing is wrong with it! I head over to pick it up and they say we have to pay the 149, husband explains to him that the insurance is going to pay it and once it s approved we are bringing the car back. We take the car and the next day chris calls to explain that we have to leave the car in case the insurance needs pictures and there was a file mix up because there was another car like ours in there for the catalytic converter. We brought the car back and i started calling the insurance daily to push the approval process (quote was sent in 2 days later) after 2 weeks the quote was approved on a Friday and they finished the car that Tuesday. Stacy called to let me know the car was done and ready for pick up and a couple of minutes later, Chris calls to say they can t release the car until they either receive payment from us or the check from the insurance is in hand. He had multiple chances to tell me this before they finished the car. He assumed i knew this but never once have we had our car held until payment was received when going through the insurance! He said This is industry standard when in reality this is his company policy that was never disclosed. So now we have to wait for the check in order to get our car! Top it off he tried gaslighting me about the whole situation and lied saying he called the insurance company and they confirmed a check was never issued he couldn t give me the number he called or who he spoke to at State Farm! Called my agent to confirm that statement and he said when the agent called this morning , he spoke to Stacy and gave her the check number and all the information and there was no note a Chris ever called in and spoke to anyone from State Farm!

This service shop conducts business in a very professional way. They service American, Asian , and European cars. I like their detailed diagnostic online reports of my BMW X5 and Z71 Chevy Suburban showing pics of the defects and explanation of the error codes. The diagnostic fee is very reasonable indeed. The manager Chris, is trustworthy and takes pride and ownership of the quality of their service.

The customer service is top notch at Fisk Automotive! Went in for a routine oil change and was treated to a full check up! They verified 32 items on their check list and even assisted me with my flat tire (nail) that happened the day before my scheduled appointment. They are full service so I was impressed and appreciated the assistance! When my car was ready, it was returned better than when I left it! I m accustomed to going to dealerships to maintain my Subaru but now Fisk can take good care of it! And there were no surprises with costs like at other places. The service advisor was communicative via text and phone call and they have made me a loyal customer!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

10/10 recommend!! Awesome service. Very friendly and professional. I took my car in for an AC problem. They spent the time properly diagnosing, kept me informed of all the details every step of the way, and were honest. I don't know about you but I have a hard time trusting mechanics. I had 2-3 others look at my AC and they all unconfidently gave me a false diagnosis. Fisk Automotive took the time to listen and successfully make the repairs. Thank you!

This is the second location for the owner of Electron, Chris, who is an AWESOME human. It is managed by an equally AWESOME human, Joe Jones. It is so nice knowing I can completely trust these young men to be honest and take care of any problems that come up with my car.

What can I say, I m amazed by the level of professionalism and the accuracy of this place. Five + stars I would give more if I could. They made a big change in mine and my husbands lives. Since late November 2021 my husband Infiniti Q50 has been down. It would drive 40 or below and would stall out if it was driven any faster. It would lose all power and drive horrible. Many things were replaced and it was taken to the Infiniti dealer, where they suggested to replace EMC and engine harnesses estimating around $15,000. It was unbelievable for a car we only had a while. All these issues were stressful. Infiniti replaced the EMC and the car still ran horrible. I suggested to take it here and it was taken in right away no wait time. Found out there was nothing wrong with the original EMC and the replace one was making the car have more issues . Fisk put back on the original EMC and then recommend what the issue might have been. They braced use for the worse situation of $2,500+ repair and recommended a fullDiagnosis first. After being dropped off on Thursday 5/5 it was ready to be picked up 5/11. The best call we have had in a long time. It was READY and RUNNING. With less than half the price we were originally estimated from Fisk. After 6 MONTHS IT WAS FINALLY DRIVABLE ! It was passed around from mechanic to mechanic no one could figure it out. Fisk was the best ones we found. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place . I m forever thankful for them making it possible to get this car back out on the streets. My Chrysler 300c will be coming here next when it has issues. Trustworthy people !Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

My jeep had a catastrophic engine failure which required replacement. Not only did they replaced it in a timely manner (fast) but their professionalism, honesty and courtesy far exceeded other shops that I have been in in the past. The staff were great and the shop is class A on its own. If they have a massage parlor in there I d probably find things in my cars that need fixing. Jokes aside., you ve got to see and try the best shop in town. We brought one of our vehicles in for service to the A/C only. We got a report for everything on the vehicle from tires to shocks to engine mounts to tires etc. We did not want any of that and we know this service costs money and time.When we finally received the estimate we were advised that 2 hoses are leaking for the AC and they must be replaced in the amount of about 700.00, the initial 149.00 that we paid for the inspection plus the service to the AC.We approved the repairs based on the inspection report and based relied on their expertise as a service provided for AC repairs and all this was after a detail inspection of the AC system.I received a call a few days latter from Joe advised that there will be an added cost of about 300 because the noticed another line was leaking. I asked him if the repairs were not done please stop and I wanted to pick up the vehicle, Joe stated that was not an option and that 2 hoses were replaced and the system will not operate without the 3rd. They obviously inspected the vehicle and provided as a repair bill for what they believe was needed.Never the less I advised Joe that we were not happy but gave him the authorization to proceed with the repairs.Joe called me a few days later advising the vehicle was ready, I was traveling out of state and advised that we will have our guys pick up the truck and pay. He immediately stated it had to be in CASH. He advised that the credit card system was down that day and the only way to get our truck is to pay cash. I told him we can pay with a company check but he insisted on CASH only, no credit card and not check.I was upset and asked how I can do this from out of state he stated that these are my only options if I wanted the vehicle. I had my guys pay him CASH from there own funds until I arrived back. I was very upset and told him that I was going to give them a bad review, he said that all the calls are being recorded and stated that I was black mailing him. lolWhen my guys went to pay the CASH the girl working there said that the credit card machine had not been working for over a week. If this was the case we should have been advised from day one.Joe was very rude and had a very bad attitude and should not be communicating with customers. We will never use this company or refer anyone to this company ever again.

I originally chose the team at Fisk based on previous reviews. My first encounter was with our Prius that needed an engine replaced due to a faulty head gasket from Toyota. Their pricing was incredibly fair and the job was done impeccably well. They even did a full engine bay detail, which was a nice surprise. Since that experience was so good, I asked if they would be willing to change out the hybrid battery on my Lexus. This was no small job as it requires removing the rear seats to access. They performed flawlessly and made sure everything was put back better than they found it. This is their way of doing business. I just had more maintenance done on the Lexus which required some extensive troubleshooting. They figured out some issues with the air suspension that another shop couldn t and took care of several other planned and unplanned maintenance items.Chris and team always go the extra mile to make your car service experience a satisfying one. 100% recommend this team.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Battery

I ve been taking my family cars (5) to Fisk for over 10 years. I always get comprehensive evaluation of issues and whether or not the repair/maintenance is urgent. Front office staff are personable, professional and attentive. Work quality is top tier. Received a phone call from Chris regarding my modified 2016 Q50. He was able to flush out the bubbles in my Intercooler and make my car run smooth again. If I have future issues with my car I'd most definitely recommend them to others for their services. Great service and facility. I hardly post reviews, let alone positive ones at that. No reservations putting up this review. Great customer service, confidence in their work, inspection, and recommendations. Hard to find good folks these days, but so happy I found these guys to work on my Volvo. Excellent service with every visit. Joe attended to me this morning: excellent. This is the type of a guy you want working for you and represent the company: proud of his work, proud of his company, and just happy to be working for his company. No fault to find with this place; even their bathroom is perfectly clean^^.
