I was recommended to Euro Car Clinic by a girlfriend of mine. She has raved about this shop and how great they are. So, I finally took my car and I can t recommend this shop and their services enough. They re truly the best mechanics around. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. As a woman they made me feel very comfortable and not feel taken advantage of. They were very thorough and went over everything that was wrong with my car and gave me options on the parts. I even got to speak with the owner and had to let him know how nice and clean his shop was. I will no longer take my cars anywhere else. Hands down the best.

This is my go to tire shop. I've bought tires from Dealers for 5 different cars. Most recently Toyo Open Country AT for my 2020 Land Rover Discovery and Toyo Open Country M/T and Method wheels for my 1993 Land Cruiser. Matt dialed me in both times. Excellent phone customer service. .Matt Nic, and Jessie great standup guys. They don't do bait and switch.deals.once you arrive, they don't try to over sell you things you.dony want or need. Delivered and replaced tires ahead of time as 1 hour vs 1 1/2 hours indicated turn around time. Very clean waiting room and very high professional staff with a great sense of humor. Clean bays and service techs. Highly recommended this place they saved us $800.00 on tires that we priced around before selecting their shop.

This is a fantastic place! They give me expert service with professional results. I went in thinking I had an expensive repair to make, and they said it was only a slight adjustment, and they did it for far less than I would have spent. I trust them and that s the most important thing.

This is an excellent place to take your older model vehicle for service. They have excellent sources for the right parts. I took my mom's 2002 Buick Regal and it was well serviced and is now running better than ever!

The guys here are super sweet and so helpful. They are up front and honest about the costs and don't try to over sell you on anything. I trust them with my car and I know it is in good hands.

My teenager (who is learning to drive) hit a curb yesterday and blew a tire. I wasn't expecting Dealer's to replace it for me immediately, but they totally hooked me up. Awesome customer service!

They cleaned my Keychain... yes I will start there, I have to! That little gesture of detail made my day and definitely made me smile! I came in to get an oil change and possibly a new tire. Only did oil change in the end and I'm now definitely returning for my other cars oil change as well Monday. Let me say that customer service is point on. Communication is point on. Service is fast and professional. I also didn't feel as though I was being pushed in any way to get the tire (I know I need). I was a walk in. They are my go to place to service my car! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!

This shop is awesome! They are always very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of. Service Manager is very knowledgeable and ensures that all our concerns are addressed. They got our car in and did the necessary work and got us back on the road very fast. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family. My car was severely overheating and by the grace of God there was Dealers...They found the serpentine belt was shredded. I got there just before they closed so I had to leave my car overnight. They were kind enough to drive me home... I was told the oil gasket was shot as well as the front breaks needing replaced. I expected the alternator to be bad because the AAA guy said so...Saul of Dealers is honest ...he could have taken me for an alternator but told me it was fine ...it just wasn't able to do its job because of the serpentine belt damage. There was no hard sell but kindness and even a discount because I told him I am on a fixed income. They even topped off the oil and fluids under the hood! I endorse Dealers 100%!

This is by far (and consistently )the BEST car repair shop experience I ve ever had. The owner, Matthew, and his team, have pretty much taken me and my cars under their wing and they make sure the service we receive is always fair and honest. Being a woman from the south, I thought I would ve had my work cut out for me trying to find an honest car technician, but I got lucky and found Dealers!Services: Tires, Electrical, General repairs, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I arrived early, and they took my car right away. The young man at the counter Neal, was respectful, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. He took my payment, and my tire was fixed, and I have an appointment on Monday to have additional work done. Our last mechanic has retired. I feel like we have found a new one. BTW, the owner was there and he was super friendly, and he is going to take a look at my tire Pep Boys put on new, that after the first month developed a leak, that Pep Boys says that nothing is wrong with, and will not help me. Like I said, I think we have a new car repair shop.

Wonderful place, first time here. Pulled up the shop qas about to close and they still took me in and patched up my tire super quickly. The owner made me feel comfortable and the Technician working on my tire was super quick, even fixed the air on the rest of my tires. Family owned. Veteran owned. Made me feel comfortable as a woman. Definitely will be coming back for my auto needs. - Carla.

Friendly staff. Pro service. They're cool even I didn't buy new tires from them. I went to Costco for less labor fees, but this place offers you more options for sure.

Customer service is good , they do try to over sale you services you don t need . I went to service my car they estimated $1600 for my radiator fan. They said I needed an oil change and my coolant replaced . Plus the radiator fan.I had just done an oil change a month ago so I knew they tried to SCAM ME !I went to a mechanic shop across the street and they quoted me $450 for my radiator fan and they said everything was fine plus free coolant flush included with the radiator replacement . I will not be coming here again and don t recommend it . They SCAM AND OVER PRICE !

I gotta say, that as a woman it is very hard to will yourself into a mechanic shop and feel confident you won't get ripped off. I try and educate myself on my cars as much as possible and walking in I already knew what I needed. And before we were finished with the test drive, the new wheel hub assembly had been delivered! They still took a very thorough look at my vehicle and came to the same conclusion I had. In talking with the manager of the shop I have never met a more educated & caring representative. His motto is your safety is more important than a sale. Friendly, fast, and reliable service. And the part is under warranty. You guys rock!

I came to check the tire to see if it could be repaired. But when the officer looks white, big, and comes to inspect, he says that he can't be practiced. Because the condition of the tire is very damaged, he said that he had to change the new tire. And I agreed to change new tires. But when checking the tires in stock, it appears that they are out of stock. I had to find a new shop to fix it. When I let the staff check my tires and he said it could be repaired Your tires are no problem.

Dealer's is my go-to for auto service. The staff are very courteous; I've dealt with Rene a few times and it's always a pleasure. They have reasonable pricing and are honest with you about what services are urgent and what you can hold off on - especially important during these uncertain times. It's sounds weird, but I actually look forward to taking my 12-year-old Toyota in for a transmission flush soon. Highly recommend!!!

Open early in the morning. Very responsive and quick. Juan was able to fix my run flat tire very quickly early morning so I could make it to work on time. Definitely recommend this place!

So glad I found this place. I've only had basics maintenance done on my car but they never try to up sell me on something I don't need. The online appointment system is great and it keeps track of service done on my car.The one major thing is that everyone here has been very friendly. Just don't sit in the waiting room - you won't want to leave - that couch is too comfy!

One of the most honest places for all your vehicle care needs. They work fast, are trustworthy and are very fairly priced. As a gal, I am confident to go here and not feel like I will be gouged for unnecessary repairs or stuff that I don t need- but don t know I don t need. Highly recommend! Kind and polite guys!!

People are always looking for an honest, trustworthy car repair place and this is it. I've been coming here for over 5 years and won't go anywhere else. I drive over an hour from south oc to have work done on my cars. I recommend this place to everyone and here's why: The owners are always there (super friendly) and are always willing to explain what's going on and what your most reasonable course of action is...not what is the most pricey. They are competitively priced. They are prompt and everything is always done right the first time. The waiting room is comfy. Their restroom is the cleanest I've ever seen in a repair shop. All in all, I trust them and they've never given me reason not to.

It s a very shady business. It s been only 10,000 miles since I bought 4 tires from this tire shop. I got a cut that is unrepairable on one of the tires. They refused to replace it and told me that they don t provide any warranty for tires they sell. Don t buy tires from this shady business.

I have been coming to Dealers tire @ wheel since my move to Fullerton in 2008. These guys know about cars than most shops I have used in the past.They are very professional, very timely and prices are reasonable.I have dealt with Rene (manager) numerous occasions and he's always friendly, accommodating and personable.I would definitely recommend this place for any of your car repairs, tire replacements, and or any major work that you may need.Sincerely,Ali Amis

I was recommended to Dealers tires and wheels from my mechanic for an alignment. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expediency. But what leads me to write this review was their honesty. I went in for an alignment but after they checked it they told me it was in alignment already and that it did not need to have a new alignment. They told me it was within the factory tolerance levels so I just had an oil change instead. I was in and out within an hour. I plan on using dealers tire and wheel for all future oil changes and alignments if needed. I feel I can trust them based on this experience.

LOVE this place. Not only are their service great, it is family owned. Depending on what you need worked on they won't let you down. The mechanics they have are very good and efficient. The place is very clean and feels like...home. Great guys to work with. So, if you're looking for a good affordable, reasonable place to take your vehicle look no further, this is the place to come to.
