This place was so great ! Mr Ruben was very welcoming and Mr Andrew was very professional helping me to repair a flat tire , he removed a nail from the wheel and he repaired it perfectlyThey didn t charge me anything and the manager told me that they don t charge for thatI recommend this place highly for everyone !

You can call everyday and you will get a different price. There is no place worse than here for any type of service. Nothing but desperate, money hungry degenerate clowns trying to scam you of everything you have. The most untrustworthy place you can go to. Even in person you will get a different price from every other worker. These are nothing but baljeet benchoats here. You are better off trusting an Indian call center and giving them your social security and birth certificate, along with your routing and account numbers. They make scammers look like an angel. Do not get an alignment here or any service. You will definitely get wrecked here by these buffoons.

Had a nail in one back tire that could not be patched. Called here, over the phone they offered me to replace both tires for the price of one and charge installation for both. A fair deal. I had originally bought all four tires here anyways a year ago, so I figured I would give return business.Onsite I was charged for both tires, installation and full price for an alignment (after also being told alignment could be done at a discount). The guy printed one receipt for one tire, and then reprinted and said I had to pay for both tires. Additionally, I could not get hazard warranty on the tires because the shop claimed they are low profile.Three reasons I will not return: for offering one thing over the phone and then doing another (aka bait and switch), for not offering hazard warranty, and for overall quality of work. I waited over two hours for two tires, and at the end of it one of them was over-inflated. At a shop down the street they include hazard warranty on all tires purchased new, at no additional cost.In closing, I see on their website they offer price match on tires if they are found at a lower price (refund difference plus 5%). Well, I have found them at a lower cost and will submit a refund request. Based on my experience, I am not expecting them to honor the price match.And don't ask me to call to explain what happened, you have my information and can make it right.Thanks

Awful!!!! Guy told me I need the wrong oil and charged me almost 90 for an oil change for a Camry. Then told me I need new shocks. This company is a total joke!!! The worker argued with me that I needed this special oil. Never again!!!

I called before coming and Asked the man I spoke to gentlemen If they'll be open and Where the store was located to be sure I told him I'll be there soon. And 8 minutes later. I showed up and he's telling me he can't take any more customers. He confirmed the Location on the phone.Unacceptable, the ball is 11 o'clock and they close at 3 and they Can't take any more customers.

I stopped in here got new tires and was out quick. Great service and prices. Come here first for tires. They fix a lot of things here also. Oil change alignments too. I recommend this shop to anyone in a hurry and wants quality work done. Thanks for being open on SUNDAY.

Rodney was great.. and he got my humor rare. His eta was on point and gave enough time to grab iHop down the way .. I am happy he was there when my car needed pretty much everything to keep it running.. better to get the maintenance than to buy a new car!! Appreciate all of the work.. will comeBack next time I need anything.

Good deals on tires but they will Rob you when it comes to brake repair or any other auto repair. I advise you to research other options before coming here.

Customer service was very poor. Employee at the front desk seem more concerned about the conversation he was having on his cell phone then with discussing the issues with my vehicle. Final payment for the service was not what we discussed on the phone as well as I was not notified once my vehicle service was complete. However the services that were completed on my vehicle were satisfactory in fixing the issue with my car.

I went to have a tire patched, but ended up having to get new tires due to the age and crackling of the tires. They gave me a great price and got me on my way quickly. They checked my brakes, as I had requested, but said they looked fine and didn t try to sell me any additional services. I have gone to this location several times over the years, and they have always been great. I stopped going to a different Discount Tire nearer to me a couple years ago due to service that was questionable. I will continue using this location!

I was blown away by the service I got at discount tire center. "John " was super helpful and knowledgeable, he sat down and worked out a deal and helped me get tires on 3 of my family's cars. He even worked around my time schedule to get them in . His customer service is next to none. Also I was very impressed by "Efren" one of the service tecks. He found a problem on my ball joint that many mechanics missed that was causing problems. He really cared about his work. They even plugged a hole for free a week later when my daughter hit a nail. I recommend these guys to everyone and I am now a customer for life

Very generous, thoughtful, and friendly staffs. They really care about their customers and the quality of job done is great as well. I purchase tires for all of cars here. Service and price are satisfied!! I went there for tire rotation without knowing my rear shock was blown. They notified me and fixed right away. When it comes to break/wheel and tire management for vehicle, this place is definitely recommended!!

The manager Rodney is very professional and the whole team, professional conducts and very knowledgeable. This center is excellent and the time of waiting is so short I was surprised as this is my first time in this place taking care of my tire. Absolutely recommend to anyone,

This location is the one I come for all of my Prius. I have been coming for the past three years and the service is great. I like there price and quality of work they place in each car. I get my oil changes and tires here and I can t go anywhere else. I tried but they suck at service and they like to add more part for you to buy not here. They are transparent and if you do need a replacement they call you and tell you how much longer you have with that part until you can purchase it.

I was out of town with an extremely flat tire and a previous customer of Discount Tire. Fortunately a DT was close by and was able to get another tire for me, keeping the warranty I had. They also recharged my A/C unit while waiting for the tire to be delivered.

I came in with a badly mattered Tire I had previously changed my all four tires in my vehicle at this location. There have been several times where I've had Nails in my tire and they have quickly removed them and got me on my way. This particular time I have for nails in my tire and a whole as well as a slash in the tiger and they were able to use the warranty on my previous Tire to get me back on the streets with minimal cost. I always recommend discount tires and services to anyone and everyone that I speak to.

Came in for a tire rotation and balancing. Service was great but knocking off 2 stars because my tire pressure light turned during my long drive. My car felt super heavy and as I expected the psi was not supposed to be where it was even during a hot day. Not the first time this has happened.

We were attended with utmost assistance and was given the servicethat is fast and reliant. Service tech was very helpful. Dependable tire store for your underside needs.
