NOTICE THEY WONT RESPOND TO BAD REVIEWS16 month update: efren and Abel Rivas OF MERCURY INSURANCE have refused to give me my invoices. In fact, they have enabled an automatic response to all my emails, insisting that they will respond eventually.I m 100% going to sue for bad faith.After 9 months: they gave me my car back with even more damage !By far the worst customer service I ve ever gotten. Even after showing them all of their mistakes they still tried to reference it as my concerns . They did not feel bad at all. The best part is they had a new guy named Sam- try and make me feel better by talking about God. ??? I truly would never expect so many grown men to be so unreliable. Ladies, do not come here alone!!!!!UPDATE: 8 months later and I get a TEXT saying it ll be done tomorrow but the MANAGER won t be able to be present. I wonder why. Next update coming soon.Five months later my car is still not fixedServices: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

We brought in our 2018 Kia Niro for repair. Customer service is super great. They told us it'll take a week and called us only 5 days later. Hood needed to be aligned so I called them up and they asked me to bring it in, it took them like 10 minutes to align it with a great job. I recommend Crash Champions to everyone who wants an excellent customer service and body job experience

Extremely satisfied with the loyalty dedication it took for Crash Champions to get my daughters car looking brand new again, from the moment we walked in the moment we picked up the car, great people great company, as for our main point of contact my hat goes off to him, he kept us in the loop and explained details, as to parts that were ordered, gave an estimated time frame for when to expect the car to be completed, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided. I will definitely highly recommend Crash Champions !!Gracias Hugo for such fast & dedication on getting my daughters car looking amazing again !!

Very bad first time experience.Walked in on 11/16/2023 around 9:30 am to drop off my vehicle for repairs . As I walk in , they re filming a commercial at the counter/lobby area. Explained to the ms. about hearing great reviews online , former family member having they re vehicles repaired at this location & how great the work came out. I was then introduce to the manager ( Alex) who came out very unprofessional, appeared to me he was tired, or hungover . We proceed to walk outside for the inspection sheet mark off, and he begins checking the vehicle for the damages, in less than 1 minute he was done! He did not throughly inspect correctly , I had to explain to him about damages that occurred to the vehicle with the accident . He than replies , those damages are not insurance related , and was not going to repair? I really felt he was careless about my vehicle and just wanted to get the process started without checking the customer service side .We walk back inside , I refused to sign any paper work or do any business at that point , asked for my keys and drove to caliber collision instead .

I had an accident in the evening, and my car was towed to their shop about a half hour after it closed. A couple of employees were still there, and they opened up the shop for the two truck driver and me after hours. They were kind and very nice to me when I was upset about my car accident. I am very grateful for their kind treatment of me.

Nice, seems not busy as it appears service reps receive assignment sheets from the insurance company to make estimates. After which appointments are scheduled and repair estimates are sent.

My vehicle was recovered in May and my insurance company recommended CC for the repair work and I must confess these folks from reception to Advisors to mechanics are absolutely one of the best professional group of people I have ever met. They are honest, understanding and communicate with you every step of the way. I was given a tour of the shop and you can tell the pride in professionals by the clean and organized working areas. From the beginning to the day I picked up my car they treated me like I was their only customers. Highly recommend CC for any repair work you need.

I had a wonderful experience with crash champions Fullerton. From the beginning they were easily able to get ahold of the adjuster handling my claim and resolve any issues I had with them, ex: adjuster sent the initial check to the wrong address, adjuster did not set up a rental car. I could not for the life of me get the adjuster to call me for the length of my claim, but any issue I had the girls at the front desk handled it. Blows my mind. Also they had enterprise pick me up at drop off, and had enterprise retrieve the car from their location at pick up. The work done to my car was perfect not that I am any expert. The front desk ladies are the reason I will recommend crash champions to everyone I know. Thanks

Insurance sent my car here so first of all, they took parts away for inspection that didn t were damage. When they were done with the inspection and I didn t want to fix the car there they changed some lights that I m pretty sure it weren t broke and changed it for some broken that wasn t mine!! and that s not all! They steal my original iPhone holder, my water bottle $50dls and a puma backpack. How you guys hiring people like that!?

Hugo is awesome. We had a great experience here fixing our car under Mercury insurance after we were rear ended. Customer service was excellent and the front desk staff are very nice. The waiting room is really nice too!

Dealing with Pacific Elite is always a pleasure. They did a substantial amount of painting to my vehicle that sustained extensive damage in a sandstorm. They always stand behind their work and the staff is always friendly and competent.However, one employee stands out - Mr. Tek Ung. His customer service is exemplary and his commitment to excellence is truly outstanding. After completing a follow-up repair he went the extra mile; had the car washed; and did it all with both humor and grace.If you need any automotive repairs to your vehicle, then Pacific Elite is the the place to go. And don t forget to ask for Tek ... you ll be glad you did!

We called several repair shops to repair our Ioniq 5 minor collision damage and chose Crash Champions because we thought it would be convenient being only 5 mins away. Similar to the other places we called, they quoted us at 3 day repair time.Long story short, it took them 2 weeks to finally finished. When my wife brought back the car, I noticed they did not completely sand the areas. So we had to take it back again.When we picked it up the second time I noticed a scratched on the top of the car that was not there before. Victor told us they take photos prior to the repair and would reference to see if it was from them. Conveniently enough, when my wife called to follow up a week later he told her they do not have photos.1. It took them 2 weeks to do a 3 day repair.2. My wife was the one calling to follow up with the car each time- they did not call to tell us if it was ready for pick up both times.3. The new scratch was most likely from themWe will definitely not be using their service and I recommend for anyone to look elsewhere for body repair. Lack of communication and the quality of service. We will go somewhere else to have the new scratch repaired despite their warranty because we simply cant trust them.Service: Body & Trim

My wife has been rear-ended twice in the past month, but you would never have guessed it if you looked at the vehicle. Went to Crash Champions for both repairs and the results were flawless each time. I can't recommend more.I worked with Alex for both estimates and repairs, and he was great! Between him and Gabby at the front desk, I always felt connected and informed about the repair.Both services were relatively quick. Similar cosmetic bumper repairs with sensor replacements both times and each were done in a few days.We noticed that one of the brake lights was out a couple of weeks after the last repair and the shop changed out the bulb for us. I was in and out in 15 minutes with no questions asked. It honestly could have just been blown out from regular use but they still changed it for us anyways.I hope we don't get hit again, but if we do we're coming back here.Service: Body & Trim

They were helpful from start to end. They were able to make an appointment for inspection and to drop off my car the same day they called me. They had the initial estimate ready in less than an hour. Even after they found more things to be repaired, they had my truck ready within the deadline I was given(1 week). Through out the whole process they kept me updated. It was a smooth process.Even my co-worker was surprised at how fast they got it done. His wife's car has been in a shop for almost 3 weeks for lesser damage than what my truck had .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so disappointed.. workmanship is horrible , attitude is top notch. Nice is they can be and now I see why! Went to pick my truck up after 2 months. Some waiting on parts doors didn t align, plastics in front end didn t match up, clear coat drip, shoe scuffs on plastics in seating area! Also noticed what looks like more damage. Probably would have found more if it wasn t close to 100 out. Asked if an alignment had been done, got the blank stare too much stress to handle. Save the stress, go somewhere else!

Pablo went above and beyond on the repairs and made the car look brand new. It actually had previous work done that wasn't great, so when we got the car back it looked better than before the accident. Pablo kept me informed every step of the way, everything finished on schedule. This will be my go to shop, I will recommend it to anyone.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My tailgate was stolen so I had to get a new one. Unfortunately you can't just order a new tailgate for a Tacoma, and you must order it piece by piece. They did a great job of taking care of me in an expeditious manner.The first time they handed my truck back to me it looked good, but not perfect. The paint matching was close, but not to my 100% satisfaction. Immediately upon noting my dissatisfaction, they made plans to rectify it to my satisfaction. They spent their time making sure that I would be happy with the results. I very much so am now.I would rather work with a shop that will make sure that you are 100% happy and satisfied than one that is faster or cheaper but doesn't take care of you the way Crash Champions did for me. This shop was great for me. I would recommend them to others I know.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our was severely damaged on the Freeway due to some debris falling off of a Cement Truck. We went through our insurance (AAA) and they recommended Pacific Elite Collision Center. It was a great recommendation.The repair shop to care of everything and they explained exactly what they were going to do and why. On top of that they delivered our looking and driving just like it did before the incident and before the expected finished date. Fantastic customer service! Weeks after moving to OC I got in a car accident and these guys took care of every detail. I had to go back for some continued repairs and they took care of the issues no questions asked. A huge thank you to the GM Mike Lopez who treated me with kindness and incredible customer service and made sure I always had a ride to and from my home in-between repairs. Being fully taken care of by Pacific Elite while being brand new to the area with no family around, during the Covid-19 pandemic, has spoken volumes to me. Thank you!

They don't pay attention to details. Brought my car here after an accident and placed two brand new headlights in the trunk which I informed the advisor before bringing the car in and when dropping the car off. When the car was ready, the advisor asked if the headlights were in the trunk the whole time. I informed him yes and they wanted to "charge me for having the issue fixed". I had to install brand new headlights on my car right after getting it from the body shop which does not make sense. If you do everything correct the first time, there will not be any issues.

The representative who did the estimate was very very nice and well I'm supposed to drop off my car on the 6th of September but I can tell you it's a nice environment there so hopefully everything comes out good with my car I I trust them

They have low standards of work ethics. I had my window broken by a thief which left glass all over the back seat, and floor of my truck. They fixed my window, and charged me for a cleaning service. When I got the truck back I assumed they did a proper job and ended up sticking my hand into glass cutting my thumb. I called and they had me bring the truck back. Shawn told me they would completely take out my back seat and clean. They took over 4 hours when they told me one hour. It s evident they didn t take the seat completely out since I can see shards of glass where my hand can t reach under the seat in. If you take your car here have them not do the deep cleaning service and take your car to get detailed by true professionals. They are just squeezing out more money from the insurance.

Took my car to other spots in the past and regretted it. Tried Pacific cause I liked how the manager took care of my car at another store. He said he was starting his new job at Pacific. 2 weeks after the first repair another crash. Took it in to Pacific for the first time, Shawn helped me out. keep in mind I'm picky with my car. Its Black on black so you can see every flaw. The guys over at Pacific took good care of my car. Shawn went beyond the call of duty picking up my car dropping it off and detailing my car. If you are looking for a repair shop look no more take it to Shawn he will get it done right.

Honestly, great experience. The front office staff is very knowledgeable, well organized. The girls made me feel very comfortable. I worked with Shawn Rohlfing, he knows his stuff. The technology that is being used today is amazing. I would highly recommend this facility. I haven't been to a body shop in years (more than 10 years).
