Was going to do a simple tire rotation and the lady brushed my lug nut and then tried to blame it on the lug nut! I told her to replace the lug nut, tighten everything back up and let me out of there before she broke anything else! Tire service 101: Push the socket ALL the way in before you brush the lug nut... she talked over the advice like I knew she would... absolute clowns. Now a got a non matching ugly lug nut... I'm surprised she even admitted owing me a lug nut. PASS.
