Was in the area and decided to get an oil change, I called Boss Auto and they were willing to take me in right away. I spoke with Robert he was very nice and helpful. A short moment after arriving they promptly started on my oil change. I m a happy customer and will be back in the future for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Boss Auto. Had my front and rear brakes replaced. I spoke with Robert who was able to schedule a time within a busy schedule, on a Sunday! The price was more than reasonable, no work arounds or upsells. He let me know exactly what the wear was on my brakes, that were accurate (I had them assessed at my dealer). The price was half of the dealer with the same parts, labor. Very personable and professional and I will be back. Thank you!

Needed a repair done on the EGR system and although we were 90% certain what it was, dealerships were quoting thousands. As a long-time mechanic, I understand the repair process, and the need for them to go through their proper paces. However, nobody was even willing to quote a labor time definitively in the case that it happened to be what I was suspecting (red flag).Robert and his shop were the exact opposite. Was able to give clear estimates and walked us through the repair process in detail, itemizing everything, completely transparent.His process (a simple smoke test, something the dealership mentioned nothing about) ended up working and shrinking the repair bill down by a factor of four from what the dealership was charging.He even was able to find a set of four new tires for the car for cheaper than I could find anywhere online; mounted, balanced, installed - and car repaired - for much less than the dealership could even begin to diagnose the EGR issue.Everyone at the shop was super nice, respectful, and hard-working. Robert runs his shop exactly the way you'd want a shop run if you were taking your car to him, whether you're an experienced mechanic not wanting to waste your own time wrenching or a complete beginner that knows nothing about cars. He'll do right by you. Boss Auto should literally be saved in your phone.PS - This is coming from a guy who knows a lot about shops and what you want (and don't) to see in a repair shop.

Just had an oil change there. got the deal off groupon. Very nice staff. I watched the oil change and they did everything really well. they do everything in front of you because it s a small shop so there s no way they can cheat you. Definitely the best deal in fullerton.if you also buy a tire rotation make sure to tell them because I m not sure they know it s included in the deal.

Well I thought they were very nice and accommodating, until I was back on the road. There was an extremely heavy smell of oil/gas in the air so I rolled down the windows to try and clear out the smell. Well it's been a week and the smell is still very strong. Idk what they did but it never stopped smelling bad. I will call them in the morning and hopefully they can enlighten me as to how and why my car smells the way it does.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Caused me damage to my car. They broke my caliper and ABS module and some wires were damaged due to heat. Didn't know till I went to a PROFESSIONAL mechanic to ask me where did you get your brakes done because they did a horrible job.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEFRAUDULENTYOUR CAR WILL NEVER WORK THE SAME IF SERVICED HERE

Called 30 mins prior to arriving and the gentleman over the phone was very pleased to take me in for an oil change that my vehicle needed. Total wait time for service completion was about 1 hour. They have a little outdoor wait area where you can chill or you can take a walk just about anywhere you like since the location is at the heart of downtown Fullerton.The services done were a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and free multipoint inspection of my vehicle. Robert went over the diagnosis of my vehicle with me and did not make me feel pressured at all to get anything else done there and then. He simply said, when you are ready and decide to come back, give us a call .I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be going back to Boss Auto. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle!

First time here for oil change & tire rotation that I had a Groupon for. I believe I was helped out by a guy named Teddy? I'm sorry, I forget names too fast lol. I set my appointment over the phone and he was so nice! Usually when I call other shops, they would be rushing to get the call done. But he was very patient and seemed like a nice guy already.When I got there that day and saw the shop, I honestly was a little taken aback because of how small it was. But I always want to give local shops a chance. When I went in, I was greeted by the same guy who was on the phone. He was very welcoming and checked my car in quickly. Even though he knew I had a Groupon, he was still very nice and patient with me. (My usual experience with other shops knowing I had a Groupon was not that great)He called me when my car was ready for pick up. It was finished a little over an hour. When he was completing the transaction, he went over the health of my car. My Groupon was for an oil change and tire rotation. But when he was talking, I realized they also did a multipoint inspection on my car as well! They checked my exterior lights and brakes. They also looked at my tires and filled up the air! Usually other shops would be like, "Oh your tire pressure is low. You should get it pumped." But they filled it up for me wow!*A side note from my past experiences: there were times where I had Groupons for oil change AND inspection. But pretty much all of the shops I used them at, I am not even sure they did the inspection. They would call you up when your car is finished and hand you the keys. Usually that's a sign they did not even bother to go over the details with you or even do the inspection(?)But here I am at Boss, with a deal for an oil change and tire rotation. But they ALSO did a multipoint inspection and other checks. My perspective has changed since coming here. I will DEFINITELY be back! :) Thank you Boss!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had an oil change and tire rotation. They raised my tires from 33 which is what the manufacturers say to have it in the door 238 and removed my engine splash shield because it's easier to change the oil and never replaced it. I would never go back here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went here for an oil change and right before my car was just fine no rattling sounds all smooth but right after I left the oil change my car immediately started to shake and rattle, Went back here again did a tire balance and tire rotation since that is what the mechanic said it was required BUT even after all that the car has not stopped rattling. That shop is very small I am thinking that when they tried to drove inside it must have hit that big yellow thing that lifts up the car in the air - so now this is going to cost them $1200. because MY CAR WAS JUST FINE BEFORE THE OIL CHANGE. thanks

They were quick close by and very nice. All the staff spoke which was nice. They let me wait inside while it rained. And actually made good conversation. I would recommend you go here for your oil change for sure! No fluff no frills just good work and good people.

Great auto repair shop, if you need something fixed on your car take it to Mateo, he a an excellent mechanic. Quality service at an affordable price. I was able to get an oil change and my brakes replaced, and they offered me a free inspection as well, without breaking the bank. I took my car here for an AC inspection.. A guy named Gabriel greeted me with a smile and was extremely courteous . He took the time to explain everything he was testing and what to look for to determine why my air conditioner wasn't working. Unlike some autoshops, he is honest about what needs to be done and isn't trying to make money off people. I deffinetely recommend taking your car here.

Give them a try! Incredibly helpful, honest, professional shop. It's small but don't let the size fool you because they know what they're doing. They are that caring local shop the chain stores have eliminated.

I did a tire rotation. And he messed up the car alignment and I hear noise from the car at high and low speeds. I don t advise!
