Brought my Ford Explorer to Beto s for repair damage on the rear quarter panel. Eddie was really respectful and detailed about the scope of work. I would bring my vehicle again if needed I highly recommend Beto s! Thanks, Eddie and Staff.

Amazing place. I went here because I bought a used car at hardin honda and there was a part that needed to be fixed. Eddie was an amazing guy as well. I would definitely come back if i needed.

Trying to find a reputable auto body shop can get tiring, especially as a female where it s absolutely easy to be taken advantage of. Thankfully, that s not the case with Beto s Auto Body Shop.I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for quality work as well as exceptional customer service.��Right off the back Eddie was very courteous and honest, I truly felt that he was empathetic to my situation and wanted to make sure that my car was fixed in a timely manner.He explained whole process in detail, when going through insurance. It is his integrity and transparency that won me over.��Not to mention, he would email me updates while my car was being worked on. My car seriously looks brand new as if the damage never happened.I have never experienced this level of customer service. His shop is definitely deserving of this 5 star rating.Hopefully I never encounter a situation where I need my car repaired, but if I do, Beto s will ALWAYS be my first choice.

Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable knowing exactly what we needed to restore the front lower facia of our car. He called with the estimate the same day we met with him, including a comprehensive form detailing all the itemized charges for the repair. We returned the next business morning, agreed to the repair, left a reasonable deposit for the replacement part and materials, rented a car, and two days later it was ready. We returned the rental, got a ride to Beto's, paid the balance after inspecting our car, and ot was a dine deal . No muss, no fuss. We highly recommend Eddie and his father, who welcomed us when Eddie was out of the office, anfmd their automobile service at Beto's in Fullerton.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit on the freeway from behind. Eddie was so kind and was very easy to get ahold of via email, very responsive. They have great attention to detail. On top of that, they cleaned and waxed my entire car so it was clean when I picked it up! Definitely recommend this place.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this auto shop. I am very pleased with how my car was fixed and how things were handled with the car insurance company. I ve been at this auto shop twice already because my car has been hit at different times while parked. I hope that my car does not get hit again but if it does, I ll be back. Thank you Beto s auto shop!

I got a few quotes for replacing a front bumper and I decided to go with Beto's because it was right in the middle, and they did an amazing job. Eddie and the guy working with him were both super friendly and informative about the whole process and they communicated well the entire time. They even finished the work a day early and polished my headlights! If I ever need something done and I'm in the area I'm definitely coming back.Service: Body & Trim

I don't usually post reviews; and although this one is long overdue, a mention of Beto's in passing and a pleasant memory reminded me that a good review is still worthwhile and well-deserved. The Beto's Team was a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. Their exceptional customer service, honest pricing and timely superior work made it an unexpectedly delightful experience and great value. I now highly recommend them and look forward to seeing their continued success for many years to come.

This place, by far, is THE MOST ethical vehicle repair company I have ever done business with. They were very honest and provided me with a less expensive option to repair the damage on my wife s vehicle. They could have quoted me more (like other nearby vehicle repair shops) but they provided me with an honest assessment which saved me hundreds. I will never go anywhere else for vehicle paint work ever again. Great work!Service: Painting

I have personally been to Beto's twice for two separate jobs. All I have to say is that the staff here really knows how to treat their customers and the speed of service is outstanding. Honest, hard work at a fair price. I will definitely recommend these guys to any of my family and friends.

Contacted the business and spoke with Eddie in regard to an immediate assistance for adding a spoiler to my dodge charger. Eddie was able to get me in the next morning and provided excellent customer service and had his team get the job done in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

I honestly chose this place because of the good reviews that it had, and I would completely agree with the rest of the reviews. I would definetely recommend it, they did an excellent job on my car, could not tell it had ever been in an accident. Eddie is also a customer service master. I hadnt received such good customer service in a while. He easens up the process so much.

Has fix my cars on a few occasions and I always get them back like new. They do great work. I highly recommend the shop for any paint and body work you need done

Higher rating doesn t mean good at price, expect could get more cheaper than another body shop with lower rating, but it wasn t i get more repaired cost after applied discount! Tired shopping around and waste time. The result? What is your expectation for small dent on bumper?
