Update: service is always great. Friendly informative and professional. Thanks for the help on my flat tire. Next month my dad needs new tires and you'll be seeing me soon.I've been coming to this location for years. After 5 to 6 cars and dozens of tires and wheels, I can say with conviction that this location has a good business sense and a high sense of morals. Never been wronged , helpful, knowledgeable, on target, never pushy, caring about the customer and your car. A bit dated location, very busy at times, but nonetheless, you can be assured you'll leave happy .

America's Tire right there on Euclid and Orange Thorpe is the best tire place I have ever been to.Reasons:Hands down amazing serviceFriendly employeesVery knowledgeableWill to educate their customersCleanlinessImmediately went to check my car even when they were busyBody language of employees seemed happy to be thereQuick to gather informationFast overall serviceWiFi is greatPlenty of seatingMy experience: I went to another reputable tire place first (won't even mention them for how bad their service was) and that other place told me that they could not repair my tire that needed a patch after waiting for over an hour, and insisted that I pay $300 for a tire and additional for services. Then I came here to America's Tire and they looked at the tire and told me that they were going to attempt to repair the tire and if they can't repair it that they would give me more affordable options. They were able to get to my car quickly and they were able to repair the tire that the other place didn't even attempt. They did not charge for the repair.I am always going to refer everyone to come over here for their amazing service and great experience.I will also be buying my next tires here when it is time because of their reliable service.Great Great Job America's Tires

Terrible America's Tire shop worse in all of southern California!! They are the slowest and it seems they are not organized. Regular wait times are 2 hours to fix a flat! I've been buying from this company all my life and usually, at the most, it takes an hour to fix a simple flat. Now I'm definitely looking for other options. I can't believe one place can ruin it for an entire company. As I'm posting this my car hasn't even been in the bay. They can look through all my services and know I used to be a lifelong customer. It's trash here, the customer service, management, everything. They haven't checked on me once in 2 and a half hours. I'm getting it fixed and never coming back not to any America's Tire. Corporate needs to check on this place! A once great company is now just cheap dirty tire shop that doesn't give any f's.

I went to this place to buy tores (like I been doing it for years). Always good service here. But today the front guy was really arrogant. MY appointment was at 12 but they take my car unto 12:40. Car was ready the guy wasn't paying attention to my questions. Plus when I left caer was marking low pressure tires. I'm really disappointed.

Customer service person was professional, technicians worked to get tires done and balanced to their best. They called me saying my online order arrived and I had the ability to get my tires replaced the day it had arrived and a day earlier than the scheduled appointment I had placed online.

The staff at this business failed to identify the source of the tyre leaks on both of my visits. All they said to me was to get new tyres. Eventually, I returned home and worked on the issue for two hours. I believe the clerk is merely skilled at selling and is not sincere.

AAA suggested I go here to repair my flat tire as this service is free for AAA members. After waiting 10 - 15 minutes for my turn to speak with an associate, he took my car key to inspect the flat tire. He came back and said they couldn't repair the flat due to insufficient tread. He then started to show me a chart noting tread life, same chart shown to another customer earlier. I said thank you and left with the donut tire still on the car. I drove slowly to Pasadena to my trusted mechanic who promptly repaired the tire. He also stated I have at least 1 year of remaining safe tread life.I will never go to America's Tire store again as I do not trust they have my best interest in mind. When I do need new tires in the future, I'll replace my Michelins with new Michelins

Do not go to this America s Tire if you care about it your car. The workers here do not care about your car and try to get things done as fast as possible. I had gone in for a new set of tires and the day after I noticed a big dent with scratches under the car. They also denied it was their fault so I am now left with a dent.

We visited this place last week. Their service was great and staff - friendly and helpful. Within 45 minutes, the front tire was fixed and car was ready. They found a small nail embedded in the tire which was causing the air leak. Best service ever and we didn't have to pay, this service was done free of charge. Will definitely go there to get our wipers fixed. Thank you.

Their appointment system are pretty good. They over torqued my nuts and also saw these worker being lazy by starting the bolts with the impact. You can easy crossed thread the bolts that way. More training and supervision are needed. I might have the find another shop .

Anthony, Manny and another person helped me. They were all great. I can't remember the person who checked me in, but he was great to get our vehicle in and out quick as a walk in.Our passenger rear tire Psi wouldn't stick, so, I needed it to be checked. We had a nail in it and didn't know. They fixed it quick!!! Thank you so much. Always a great place to go to!

This location s staff is always helpful and very timely as well! Lost a special key for my luggage nuts and they were able to help me with that. Got 5 new tires last week, and service was quick and timely! Again, amazing staff!

Showed up for an appointment for a tie rotation and they prioritized a vehicle with all new rims and tires by having 5 guys work on the 1 vehicle. He then tells me itll be 1.5 hr wait. Ive been going to the americas tire in orange and Laguna hills and their customer service is much more professional and organized.

I love coming here! They are so clear with what I can expect and I personally prefer this location over the Orange location near Chapman. They always have my back. I even went to one in LA back when I was living close to there and was disappointed and made the effort to come back to this Fullerton location. Very reliable and honest with everything.

Last year, around this time, I had gotten a set of new tires for my car. Service and everything felt like 5 stars until this evening. I had gone in for a flat tire with a tire rotation and rebalancing. I thought to myself, 'hey, 2 birds, 1 stone right'? I met Luis, one of the service coordinators in the lobby. He is great and deserves 5 stars, but the technicians outside were a let down.The first time I went in was a couple of days ago to fix my flat. It turned out there was irreparable damage as I was told, and the patch still leaked air, so I went home and ordered a new tire to be delivered and installed there this evening. By the way, I wasn't even worried that they forgot to rotate and rebalance my tires the first time I was there a couple of days ago. I was more concerned about time loss and doing the claim process for a reimbursement. After confirming my appointment, I checked in with Luis again this evening. He was very pleasant and professional. A couple days ago, Luis was kind enough to lend me a loaner tire until I can come back for my replacement tire. He did say earlier tonight when I told him I felt bad about keeping the loaner too long, but he said I could have kept it as long as I needed until I return from my trip because my safety was his concern.Being a very keen person, I noticed everything. So when my turn came up, which is already an hour after arrival and the completion time had passed, a couple of customers who came well after me started getting serviced. I knew right then I was passed over and forgotten about, so I spoke up about it, but of course I was treated as if I stole something and was asked for a receipt and if I had an appointment.After finally getting service, I mentioned I also had a tire rotation and rebalancing included. So when waiting right by the chairs outside next to my car in the first car port, I noticed they didn't do the rotation. I got up immediately and went to ask the guy about it as he was lowering my car which indicated he was seemingly done with just the one tire I went in for to be replaced. He was a bit disingenuous in his reply and body language and said, 'oh it's already done'. Then said he will talk to the manager or one of the older head guys in the bay there. I went up to my front right wheel since I know there is a red mark there and lo' and behold, he had lied about it because the red mark is still there meaning there was no tire rotation done.After a minute, the head guy said, 'yea, let's just do it, it'll be quick'. And a couple of guys went to help do the tire rotation. I was just happy to get out of there and was disappointed in the experience overall.When I got home, I went through the brochure Luis gave me the other day on my first visit which stated the 'TIPS TO IMPROVE TIRE LIFE AND SAFETY'. and in bold print, 'Every 6,000-8,000 Miles or as Needed, Rotate and Rebalance tires Free at America's Tire, Visit America's Tire for a tire rotation and REBALANCE to promote even treadwear and a smooth ride. So at this moment, I was beginning to get upset and went online to research tire 'rotation and balancing' and said to myself, "dumb me", I didn't call them out on the balancing part which I read can be dangerous and damaging to the suspension.After this experience, I don't think I would trust this place because they don't care about doing the job right the first time and therefore jeopardizing your safety, your loved ones, as well as other drivers and pedestrians on the road. They did shoddy work even when you are literally a few feet away. Not to mention, leaving white marks on the car's paint that I had to clean. I've already wasted 2 days of travel since I'm driving long distance to visit my family this Christmas. Now I will have to waste even more time tomorrow to get the tires balanced correctly before I can risk driving my car again.Hopefully, the new place will do better.To the potential customers, my advice to you is do your due diligence when getting any kind of service there.To America's Tire on S Euclid St.,Please do better.

ZERO STARSIf you have a car you care about and paid good money for, then avoid this shop. My partner dropped their car off at 9:45am and although it was busy they decided to leave the car.You call them up at 2:20pm saying they need a new tire due to the thread being low. When they asked if the shop could just plug the tire they told her no because it was a hazard and can t do that. My partner told Jose we would come back at a later time to get a new tire but he told her that they would just take the car without fixing it at that moment since they had run flats. But he calls back saying not only is the car not ready, it isn t drivable and needs to be towed away if we want to pick it up.CANT BELIVE THE UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISHONEST, INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK HERE.You return the car in this condition? With the rims all scratched to hell from the tire iron.Can t believe the service from this establishment. Unacceptable.Sending our business elsewhere and others should seek CAUTION when dropping their cars off at this shop.

My second visit was as good if not better than the first and the first was fine! Special ordered two tires to match the previous pair and they arrived and were installed within 24 hours! Some familiar faces and some new but the same great service.After two encounters with road hazards it was time for a couple of tires for my 2018 KIA Sedona. I asked for as close to original equipment as possible. They had the exact tires in stock. Joseph was professional and displayed excellent customer service skills as did the entire team. The installation was completed in a timely manner within the approximate completion time.

Went for tire pressure check. They put air in my tires at no cost. There is an air check area. No need to go inside. If you want a full dip inspection for air bubbles and nails you have to go inside and schedule and or wait. They say they do a 3 part patch job at no cost for any tires, not just tires purchased with company. Parking in back. Seem helpful enough.

Great and fast service! Drove up to get the tire air pressure checked. All the tires were low and they added air as needed. Will def be going back for more services.

I ve been a loyal customer to America s Tire for over 20 years. I like that they have locations throughout California. Their service crew has gotten younger and less articulate but they seem to be pro customer service nonetheless. It s unfortunately they got rid of the complementary water and coffee in the waiting area due to the pandemic.

Went in for a tire balance issue and Eddie the store manager took care of me.Showed me exactly what was going on, didn t try and upsell me, and was very nice.Quick service and great customer service.Will absolutely be going back.

Found good deal online at this place, but when I got there I had to tell the clerk the price I found and he processed the order with the price I gave him. Wait was like 45 minutes on a Saturday, time enough to grab a coffee at the nearby Starbucks.After 3 months my dashboard low pressure light came on and when I checked the pressure, found one rear tire was showing 60 PSI, almost double as should be (35 PSI normal). Front tires needed little pressure increased and all was good and all good after that.Looks to me would be a good idea to actually have those guys show you the pressure readings when job completed!

21/09 The staff really knows their stuff. They were busy. A smooth operation. Within 3 hours- 5 new tires for trailer. 22/11 20k miles on trailer tires. Air + rotation + swap spare for baldest = me doing happy dance. Very minimal cost ($0). I will be a return customer. (Again)

America tires in Fullerton had good customer service and were very fast in putting on my new tires. They also worked with me to get a promotional price a day early. They don t do car alignment so you ll need to do that after you get your new tires. I would also recommend that you look at your wheels lug nuts before you get your tires changed. Make sure the lug nut wrench you have fits because you might get a call trying to upsell you new lug nuts saying yours are swollen and you won t know if you don t look before hand and the lug nuts cost $90.

My thanks to Manager Eddie and his staff for taking the screw out of my tire and repairing my flat. You were kind, helpful, and I was on the road in no time at all. I highly recommend this store for all your tire needs. P.S. You have the best waiting room chairs I've ever sat in or seen.

Bought 4 tires for $1200. Included balancing tires and future tire rotation included. Bought certificate. Has a great warranty for up to 65K miles or 5 years. 30 days to return if not satisfied from purchase. Also they have a store in Phoenix, AZ.

A shout-out to Andrew and the crew. Came in with a nail in my tire. Expected a fair price. I ve be coming here for over 30 years. Pleasantly surprised to hear that they don t charge to fix a flat. Everyone very friendly and sincerely happy to serve me. Highly recommended.
