Great experience! Pako and Mai were excellent to work with. They set me up with a great vehicle to suit my needs! Very real, polite, honest, helpful, caring and enthusiastic. I had zero credit and a fairly small amount of money to start with.

I came in to put air pressure in my tires and this worker, Pako, was kind enough to help me with it since I had no idea how to do it. Before coming in, I was a bit nervous and clueless, but with the help of Pako, she was able to inform me about my tires and some car details. I loved the way she was so kind and respectful and had a positive attitude! 10/10 experience, come in and ask for her!

I m so excited. I got a new car yesterday. This is my second car from Westland auto sales. The sales associate that helped me was Brian and he is wonderful. Great help worked with me overall I had an excellent experience with him. Customer service skills are excellent communication excellent understand your needs as far as car goes getting you into one. Westland auto sales and I recommend if you re struggling to get a car they got you go to West and ask for Brian.

If you re looking for a car and feel like you re not able to due to bad credit, financial history etc, make your way to West Land Auto Sales here in Belmont. I came into Westland after my battery had died in the morning, I had only came in with just $1000 down and my man Oracio was able to help me with my financial hurdles and found a reliable car for my family and I! We are so grateful for the urgency you guys had to ensure my family and I would make it off your lot with a car the same day!

Westland Auto helped me out so much. Oracio worked with me and helped me get into a good vehicle. Octavio was very kind and understanding and helped me with everything step by step. Would recommend seeing him if ever get with them on a new vehicle again. They were able to help with getting insured and financed with a very low down payment. Hard on my luck and they changed that by providing me with a vehicle I can call my own. Thank you Oracio and everyone at Westland Auto Sales.

If you are looking to buy a car I would say give Westland Auto Sales a chance! I was recommended to come here by my mother, and I was helped by the great Mr. Oracio Moreno; an easygoing, kind, personable, super friendly, knowledgeable and well-spoken person who helped shaped my car buying experience into a smooth and pleasant one!My overall experience with this place has been only smooth and great.Oracio is knowledgable and works to help YOU; something I noticed and appreciated right away.Raul was welcoming, thorough, well-versed; all of these attributes and traits in both men are greatly appreciated. This place is only out to screw working class people! I had a car from them for a few months like a year and half ago and the check engine light came on the second day refused to give me the smog certificate all the tried were showing wires and started blowing out the first week of having the car. I only made one payment because they weren t fixing anything. So they repo the car which I expected but was no expecting for them to basically make it were I can t get financing anywhere else. Out of spite cause I wrote a bad review on BBB they are totally screwing me over paying the money to report my repo to all Credit bureaus. You are better off getting a car from the tow yard.

Variety of selections to fit the personal needs of every individual. Sergio did a great job helping me select an affordable vehicle that fit my current needs. Bad business practices. I called a few times and they don t answer. Then want you to come in so they can waste your time and make you wait hours for an approval at the dealership. I m sure their biweekly payments would be $250 for a 2009 ford fusion. From the looks of their other reviews, they sell clunkers anyway. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

I came to Westland s auto today a bit on edge wasn t sure if I was going to leave with a car but oracio was a very big help even with my credit score being low he oracio was able to get me on the road took some time but that s because he was doing everything in his power to make sure I drove off the lot thank you so much oracio I really appreciate it

This place put up post saying it's eazy to get a car no problem no credit it don't matter,NOT TRUE AT ALL !!!They do a full credit check first thing,Ask so many questions,It is nothing like they advertiseThere lowest monthly payment is $650 a month, if your credit isn't to bad it'll be $565 a month, huge down payments $3,000 $4,000 they say $500 down NO NOT TRUE,SO NOT TRUE,, They Say do the app on line for what who knows cause you start all over when you get there start the hole app over agine so that one on lines is for nothing dont wast your time,ALL THE ADVERTISEMENTS ON FACE BOOK AN GOOGLE SO NOT TRUE DONT EVEN FALL FOR IT AN GO DOWN THERECause it's not true what there saying...

I don t really know how this company is still in business considering the cars they sell. When I first purchased the vehicle I should have seen the red flags from the jump, there s yellow stickers on the back of about 65% of the cars at the lot because they need service or just flat out broken down, I didn t bother checking the sticker because I was getting sold a dream vehicle for my family and I. I m upset they sold us literally a Lemon & they re trying to blame my wife and I for the vehicles problem. We went from having to fix a blown head gasket 65 days into having the vehicle. Had waited almost 3 months to get it back only to be BROKEN down again 9 DAYS LATER then they had the audacity to say we caused that problem the car, it feels like a misfire or even the transmission slipping.. either way it s not a good dealership because other reviews are stating similar problems they ve had with their vehicles. Don t get scammed out of your hard earned money.. these guys are just money hungry.. eager to sell a vehicle and not care about customers safety..

After having a few hiccups with my credit I went to this place and legit they were the ONLY place that helped me. Pako was very friendly and helpful. They worked with me and got me into a car that met my needs. They were not pushy and did not show you something you were not able to afford. They work with you!! Check them out ask for Pako - definitely recommend!!

Bryan was awesome! We came in to look and with the hopes of walking out with a car for my little brother. We sat down to run number and he came out showing us our options. He was very patient with my brother as he was having a hard time deciding but he was always willing to show us the next car that would fit in our budget. I dont have the best credit but he made it work and we walked out with a 2015 Dodge Dart that he was in love with!!! This is the reason I have come back for the second time, always so friendly and willing to work with you.

Brian was so good to me, I can't thank him enough. I know he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away with a vehicle. He helped me when no one else would.
