Thank you so much! We are in an RV and had a bald tire we had not noticed before. They got us in right away (even being Thanksgiving weekend!). Nice efficient job on the tires and a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend

I am really happy to have chosen West Coast Tires & Auto center,, because they were very professional, although at first I was thoughtful because they changed the tire installation date twice, at the end I was surprised with their excellent work, and having done their extra mile!!

I took my car in for a Nail in my tire.and they were very helpful about the information about my tire it was unfixable.so my car is at their shop waiting for a tire .Thank you west Coast tires.see you tomorrow

Owners are wonderful! I actually bought a personal car from them and ended up using their services of putting a 2" lift and new tires on the car. My dad ended up also using them for his truck of putting a lift and new tires on his truck. Overall, I would highly recommend this family owned business. Love the owners!

I go here for oil change and he give my car back after 4 days and I pay 1000 dollar my car turn off after 1 mile

I put a $500 deposit on 7/10 and paid the remaining $1.384.91 on 7/12 for 4 tires to be replaced, an alignment, and an oil change. On 8/7, my detailer was attempting to remove the wheels to detail the calipers and wheel barrels. 3 of the lug nuts on the front, drivers side, wheel would tighten when attempting to loosen, showing that the lug nuts were cross threaded when West Coast replaced the tires. They were the last entity to put the tires back onto the car prior. This can only happen when putting the wheels back on the car when the lug nuts are threaded incorrectly. I verified this and called West Coast immediately. I was told that I would need to bring it in at 12:30PM on 8/8. This resulted in the repair of 3 studs. I requested OEM parts and they replaced the studs with aftermarket parts without informing me. The owner was unavailable. The manager, Aaron, advised that they had to put on a spare lug nut because they lost the new one they had received. When I approached the issue of after market parts he said he would need to order them from Subaru and to come in 8/9 at 2:30PM to replace them. During the repair it was identified by Aaron that they had broken yet another stud during the previous days repair. The repair was completed with 3 OEM studs and 1 aftermarket stud. Later that evening, I noticed significant damage to my brake calipers. Please the the included pictures. My car left this business significantly damaged in comparison to when I brought it in. The owner is Ibrahim and owns all of the non-franchises locations. After verifying with Subaru, the damaged brake caliper costs $1,884.12 and the hub costs $372.75 to replace. This business is entirely responsible for the damages which means they should be entirely responsible for the repairs. Every time they correct one of their errors, they damage the vehicle more than before. At this point, I don t know what else to do.

Never come here for any service relating to automobiles. I had them mount a new $1000 set of 20" Dunlop tires on my new wheels for my Audi and they wrecked my tire beads causing the tires to go flat almost daily. When I picked up the car there were paint chips and gouges above the wheel wells of my car and one of my side skirts was smashed in from the floor jacks they used. These guys don't even have lifts. When I brought these issues to their attention they just walked away. I talked to the guy behind the counter and he just stared at me without a response. The tires eventually wore on the sidewalls because they kept going flat faster and faster. One finally blew out on the freeway leaving me stranded. Stay away from these "fake it till you make it" clowns. Apparently they can't even properly do something as simple as an oil change.

I came here for a leveling kit and they didn t adjust the front coils so my truck had a squat they hit something with the front of my truck and scratched my bumper and grill I know for a fact it was them because I always back into my spaces and I took before pics of the truck they didn t do my alignment correctly and gave me the wrong lug nuts instead of the ones I ordered i had to take my truck to a different shop and pay for them to adjust the coils and struts on the level kit and re pay for another alignment so I basically doubled paid for the alignment lug nuts and labor for the shocks. I guess you get what you paid for I also found a way better deal on wheels and tires they also tried to bait and switch me on the rims and tires I wanted won t be going back here

I had been on a doughnut for two days. My car uses size 14s. While I was in Fresno, I knew I couldn't continue to drive with it before something went wrong with it also. I went to Firestone. They said, "Didn't have and had to order." The cost would be about $159. I went to Discount Tire and they had to order it. Their cost, $129. I left both and was driving through a little shopping strip when I saw WEST COST TIRE AND AUTO CENTER. When I went in I was greeted by two women who were so welcoming. Lorena assisted me with my needs. She was gracious, courteous and very helpful. She shared that they are a ful service facility. Offering: tire services, rims, hubs, car repairs, and car sales. All in a huge interior location. She took the apprehension out of getting the services. Then there was Mark. He is not a starchy person. He is cordial, shares what the process is and the cost. I Instead of just handing the bill to you he breaks down everything from the services rendered, the taxes paid, etc. I even asked them to do a all points safety check. They did so which came back good to go on the road. The only recommendation was that of not getting one tire but to get all four replaced. I knew the others were getting to that point in awhile. The size 14 was $79.00. That was an amazing price compared to the others. So, I got that taken care of. They are a great service. I offer that you go in and just see the place, talk with them and you then you will know whether to have them as your car service need providers.Each person has their own experience and today this w�s mine. May you experience the same.

I made an appointment this morning and I was three hours late. The front customer service representative and the manager were very kind about being late and fit me in. I was asking the company to install an after market part. Turned out the brake caliper covers were the wrong size. The manager and the owner suggested another I have them paint the brake calipers. I listened to their professional advice and opted to have the calipers painted. Not only did they save me $279.00, I am very happy with how they look. Not only do they have a much cleaner look they are obviously safer for the vehicle. I spent quite a bit of time researching caliper covers and I purchased some high quality calipers from a reputable company. If I would have just called I would have saved myself some time researching and returning the items. My suggestion is to call rather than looking on the internet. They will be installing a roof rack system in the future. If I didn't ask I would have never known they could do that type of work. Thank you to the owner, manger, mechanic and the customer service rep for making me very happy.

After having a very horrible experience with another tire shop Down the way (The tire credit kings)I decided to back out of our contract with them and came to West coast! I m so glad I did , the service here has exceeded all expectations!! So many great things to say about west coast . My husband and I came in for rims and tires late Friday night. right before they closed, they arrived & were put on my truck Wednesday morning . Super fast service & great CUSTOMER service! Our reps name was Ibraheem , he was very kind & so so helpful. I m forever greatful for the way irbraheem had treated us . This place truly cares about their customers. Will most def give west coast 5 stars! Thanks again!

Amazing service!The tires I had wanted were not in stock at the location I was at, they gave me a step up in tires and an extra $100 off! Definitely recommend to everyoneAlso just the nicest people in there.

I came and purchased tires and rims a few weeks ago. I honestly was very happy with the purchase. I was given a great deal on some great rims and tires. The service was exceptional. Abraham was the person who helped me. He was very nice and professional. I will definitely return and recommend people.

Customer services is very poor. They informed me that they would be able to fix a crack in my rim and they took longer then they took me and n one called and informed me I had to call. I had to take it back in 3 times and it still did not get fixed. Every time I had to call them no one reached out to me. If you want your money taking and job not done right come to them.

This was our fist experience in buying rims and tires. We knew what style of rims we were looking for but had no clue what type of tires we would need that would look nice but still offered a smooth ride. Ibrahim was very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and the staff at West Coast. We will definitely be returning customers.

Helpful shop willing to go extra miles to sutisfy customers. I am really impressed! Asked to lower tire pressure and offered payment for such service and got served right away absolutely free of charge. Amazing!

They have a really good Groupon for $39.99 for synthetic oil change, does not include disposal or filter, but it was only an extra $6. Wait was a little long but they were pretty busy for a Saturday morning. I walked to Costco across the street and got some wiper blades and they were kind enough to install them for me. Great place for a oil change, I'll definitely be back.

I bought my lift kit here 2 years ago with rims and tires every time I come back they always Show Me Love and always take care of me best place to come to get your lift kit and tires here at West Coast and anytime you have issues or problems they always take care of it

Such an improvement from the previous owner! The changes made are apparent in sales, car presentation and care, as well as the overall appearance of the dealership. Such an incredible transformation!The owners treat you like family and handle all business with utmost professionalism. I will be purchasing my next vehicle here. I was helped by Lorina at the front desk, amazing customer service! I had a nail puncture my back left tire and after explaining to her my situation, she explained my options and that someone would take a look at my car. I was looking to patch it up (temporary solution), but was told that I would need to replace the whole tire by Tony. Tony was awesome and although it is an after-market tire, he found one they had in stock with the same specs so I could be on my way! I am from the Bay Area, but was aboslutely impressed with the overall service that was rendered! Definitely 5 stars! My brother recommended West Coast Tire and after having such a great experience, I would recommend West Coast Tire to anyone who needs tire/automotive maintenance done to their vehicle! Oh and by the way, I was seen around 830ish am, and was out by 930ish am! Not long at all! Thanks West Coast Tire for all your help!

Abraham at west coast on Shaw provided awesome customer service! Gave me the best price in the Central Valley to lower my truck( I called from Visalia to merced area) and they beat all of them on pricing. Plus, their new shop on Shaw is a huge upgrade. Great job guys!

Asked for 24s got 22s and to top of off rims came scraped they never told us 24s wouldn t fit my car they just started looking at 22s instead of telling me if I would want to go for 22s because they didn t have 24s with the style I wanted they just started looking for them while I was under the impression they were looking for 24s they were no help when asked to switch over rims because the rims they put were ugly now im stuck paying off rims I do not like

Would not recommend West coast tires on Shaw. My friends car has been getting worked on at this shop for over a month. Went in for air and is still blowing hot. Look for another shop, my friend's been super patient. I could not deal with that, nore do I have the resources to be renting cars. Yeah, nope, nope, nope don't do it!!!!!

I just want to say to Abraham, Lorena and the team that when it comes to conducting customer service y all provided me with excellent service and I would greatly recommend west coast because west coast tires provides the service that the customer is wanting.Employees are on point when it comes to getting the job done. Thank you again to West Coast Tires. And I will differently be coming again when my car ever needs service again.
