We have purchased many trailers from many vendors across America, but working with Jeremy Tijerina at Utility was a great experience. For a second, we thought we were purchasing pizzas because Jeremy made the process so quick and easy. Still, after we specked out our units - Jeremy had the finance team working on it and closed the whole deal including delivery in approx 2 3 days, and all our 30+ units purchased from Jeremy are built heavy-duty, and far the most durable compared to our other trailers purchased throughout the years.

I haven't been able to find the things that they carry for less money anywhere else. The sales associates at the parts counter and the personnel at the cashier are always very interested in helping me with my needs. Thank you to the staff at UTILITY TRAILER!

Changed the alternator in my reefer in no time at all!! Clean. Friendly. Great prices. Nice parts and supplies store. Tons of room for trucks. The gate was open at 7am. They start at 8am. Also truck parking on street.

Needed an emergency repair on my trailer s refer unit when picking up a load that needed chilling. They got me in right away, and best of all they had the parts (module) in stock so I was back on the road in less than 2 hours and got to my pick up appointment. We were very happy with the service and can recommend!!!

This guys are doing great job always. This time my 2018 trailer air bag was blown out, Jacobs covered my air bag under warranty and saved me almost $200. This is not about money this is how you deal with your regular customer. As of today we are happy with their service.

Always a pleasure buying equipment from these guys. Use to work with Chuck for the past 15 years until he recently retired, awesome guy! Now his place is taken by Jeremy, who is an equally great person and our main salesman there now, from which we recently bought more equipment. We hope to continue this relationship with Utility Fresno and keep buying equipment from them!

Find it hard to believe you can't replace a hubcap gasket for 3 days. Jeff in service was no help in giving me a reason either. Funny how we can buy a brand new trailer but not have any support when it breaks. At the very least he should of been able to recommend another vendor to help.

Come here almost daily to pick up parts and other things for our shop and will continue to do so. Every employee I've dealt with here has been phenomenal, respectful and knowledgeable.

It was my first time there and it was an excellent experience. The one thing I didn't like, which was definitely a very small thing, was that when you go to the counter to get help with what you want well then you go over to another room to pay and then you have to go back to get what you wanted. A little bit of back and forth that is normally avoided at normal stores, but everybody there was super nice and I will definitely go back

It was closed and i had an emergency i had to pick up load so Jacob helped and opened the store and i picked up my trailer and saved my load or else i had to cancel it.Very nice service by jacob god bless him thanks you

TURNED INTO THE ONLY PLACE TO GO,,,, I posted few month what great service I had... Until 90 days after there work,, when I was shut outa of service for a leaking wheel seal ... Oh wait a minute on the same hub assembly that they worked on replacing a frozen caliper.. and now WILL NOT stand behind the shaby work... And this is only a six month old trailer to begin with... The cheap even become cheaper!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I m not very fluent in English and I was not exactly sure which part I needed, but instead of being cooperative they became rude and tried to make me feel dumb.Terrible workers

I dont recommend to buy new utility trailers... too many things do not working properly..such as doors dont close properly, trailer parking.... and more...and if you want to bring and fix it, you have to wait over 1 week...:( ... so over 1 week your new trailer should seet the dealer, with no load... ...
