Brad was very thorough and prepared me for possible charges. He identified the true problem and it ended up a lessor cost for me. Car is running great now. I appreciate his tenacity and professionalism.

They started replacing parts without figuring out what was wrong. I said it sounded like a bad idler pulley. They replaced it along with a belt and tensioner. Then they tell me I have a cracked flywheel. Why didn t they check what the issue was before doing the work. I didn t say it was an idler pulley. I said it sounded like a bad pulley. It s your job to diagnose my car before replacing parts until I have a new car. What a ripoff.

Brad is fantastic.Fast, friendly, and a fair price.Did my break job less than 24 hours even after needing to order a part from a dealership.You can trust these guys with your repair work. Will keep going back for all my needs.

Amazing shop! Sometimes repairs on an engine don't go quite as planned. Every once in awhile even the best mechanics out there get thrown "a doozy." Although the timing chain replacement on my toyota tundra pickup opened a bit of a can of worms... Brad (the owner) and his men handled all the issues that arose way beyond my expectations. He invested his own time and money to make sure my truck was perfect, and not one extra penny had to be spent on my end. It's guys like Brad that restore my faith in humanity! Friendly service but horrible repair went for a camshaft problem never fixed it but charged me for every visit have all the papers to prove it never coming back !!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Brad, Shirley and the rest of the USA team! The guys (and gal) are honest, fair and competitively priced. Faith based and honest, you will not need to question whether or not you actually need the repair. The mechanics are very experienced and know there stuff! In the thirty plus years I've been taking my vehicles to United Service Automotive I can't recall if I've ever had to bring back a vehicle based on a missed diagnosis. Five stars +++!

Excellent Customer Service. I would give 10 stars if I could. The owner Brad is very knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel like family. I take all my cars there. My family, friends and coworkers have also been impressed with the service they have received. I highly recommend it.

I have had this owner as my Mechanic for years and one thing about him is he is honest,95% accurate and you may ask about the other 5? If he doesn't know he will tell you and find out thru research what the problem is! I trusted him with all my cars from 90s to present and he's a man of faith so I dont have to hear the foul mouth talk if you know what I mean!

Engine assembly on 2004 Saturn Vue. By the time I got vehicle home leaking oil and engine light on. Took vehicle back not once, twice, but three times for same reason before I could get a proper diagnosis. Then was told I would have to pay another $800 for repairs. No thank you. Customers beware.

I was inquiring about prices to overhaul my cylinder head the person I spoke to seemed very experienced and gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable I looked to do business with him in the near future

Terrible customer service my car was worked on for 4 months when I came to get it no work was done and they re were additional issues that were never reported to me. I had to find the parts for them to put in my car myself. And I overall ended up taking it to my dealership to be fixed.
