Do not. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. I rented a U-Haul Friday 1/5/24. The guy refused to inspect the vehicle with me. It was dark so I did the best I can. Well Saturday morning before loading up the 2 back passenger tires were completely damaged, wire sticking out and horribly damaged from wear of not changing them. These tires could have killed myself, my child, or other. They say the inspect their vehicles. NOPE!!! Definitely do not. They showed zero compassion. Did not get a sorry or nothing at all. NOTHING!!! They are rude and extremely horrible. Please inspect everything because they absolutely do not.

Great place to rent Uhauls. The service is amazing and the customer service is excellent. Every time I go to rent a truck from this location, I have the confidence to know that I will receive good service and the workers will assist me with all my needs. The store manager, Seven, always goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly. He is very professional and trustworthy. I recommend this location to everyone who needs to rent a Uhaul. Thanks, Seven!!!!!

I pre booked for mobile pickup. I showed up at 7am and it still took an hour just to get the uhaul, there was no appliance dolly or regular dolly in the truck even though I orderd for those. The uhaul was on E (no gas) and I was blocked in from leaving by another uhal. Sooo I had to go wait in a huge line just to get the things I needed and then I had to fill the uhal up right after leaving. They did give me $30 credit for that but everything combined was extremely inconvenient

We rented a Uhaul to drive from San Francisco bay area to Texas, and the dealer there refused to inspect the vehicle with us and just told us if it breaks down to call customer service. So we stopped at this Uhaul in Fresno to see if anyone would be willing to help us. Even though we just showed up with no appointment, the manager Seven inspected the vehicle for us right away. Turned out it had hardly any oil. He stayed with us for over an hour to fill the oil and check the vehicle with me to ensure we would be safe the rest of the way. Thank you Seven!

When I accidentally locked the key in the truck Red Cat towing was there to help very quickly. Got the key and was able to return the truck.

I ve been to this location multiple times to rent vehicles and trailers and every time it takes at least 45 minutes for me to get in and out most of that time waiting for somebody to help me. Also this time they gave me a broken trailer and it caused a huge delay on my travel, they really need to add some additional staff here

Stopped in to have propane filled. They didn't know what they were doing and stripped the threads on my tank filler valve. Also leaked propane all over creating very dangerous condition. I told them to disconnect their hose immediately. Talked to the manager. Do not recommend doing business with this UHaul.

Came mid-afternoon on a weekday for a propane tank refill. I called in advance to confirm availability and they informed me that propane was available all day until 6:30. On arrival, I pushed the button and within a couple minutes I received service. The fill was uneventful and the price was good for a complete fill of an empty tank. I asked for a paper receipt which required the attendant to go inside. He quickly returned and I was on my way. Five stars for this good experience. I post this primarily because of the numerous bad reviews here. They do it right at least sometimes.

Our Opinion: The gutter of businesses.The GMs who manage local franchises understand the challinging situations of the good people that come to their doors.Negligence, theft, unfair business practices, it doesn't matter to them. They understand that Nobody has the money to take them to a court of law or equity. Without a doubt no law of justice.They can do as they please. One would say even endorse these kind of acts.Your there to benefit them, not them benefiting YOU.The rants and raves on here, only serve as a giggle to those employed with uhaul.They are borderline nuisances to the local public with their bad business practices.Again, our opinion.

Needed a mid-sized trailer for a move. Booked my reservation online 2 days prior since this location had it available and is an official Uhaul center.Upon arrival, parking was tight. They had lots of inventory on hand that morning, so customer parking is what you can find and make of at the designated area.The queue at the counter moved quickly. Chris, the general manager was the individual who served me. He was very professional in finalizing the process and once that was done, he went outside to prepare the trailer.Once I backed up for hook up, Chris took charge in making sure it was properly connected, chained, and that all the lamps were operational.For the 6 hours I had it, it was problematic free.On returning, the team got me checked in quickly and I was disconnected in no time. The entire process was quick and easy, without any hiccups.I definitely would be coming back to this location for future needs and will be referring friends and family here also.

We got all the way to our storage unit with our pod and it was bolted shut. No one informed us that we would need tools to open and unload and set us back hours. Ran into many other issues with other uhaul stores as well. Very dissatisfied and will not be using them again for any move.

Absolute garbage company. 1. Didn t call to confirm like they were supposed to the night before. 2. Power was out upon picking up my rental. Was told tough luck . They offered ZERO alternatives. Didn t bother to call prior. Completely unacceptable customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I tried doing the mobile pick up and the Uhaul website screwed up. Someone else ended up taking my truck. No big deal. The issue was the employee who helped. I get it, it sucks to be working at 7am on a Saturday. I'm not faulting that. But the employee's bad attitude really started the day off on a sour note. Fake it 'till you make it.

Thank you Brianna and Alicia for the positive experience picking up a trailer. I appreciate the effort you both took in making sure the lights and turn signals were working properly. I had a fuse blown out in my truck and my left turn signal was not working. They replaced the fuse and had me road ready in minutes. Great Customer service!BD

Apparently this location likes one star reviews so here s another. My husband called last week to inquire about having a tow hitch installed on our Jeep. After hearing the price we were ecstatic! Definitely cheaper than having the dealership do it, so my husband made an appointment for Monday with a 7am drop off time. Today is Sunday and after discussing the logistics of getting to Fresno (a 45min drive for us) we thought maybe we would call to find out if we could drop the car off tonight so that he wouldn t be stranded with our daughter waiting for the work to be done since I work in the morning. He called and waited on hold about 15min. When his call was finally taken he was told yes we could drop it off tonight. So we drive both of our vehicles to Fresno only to be told that no, we are not able to leave are vehicle there overnight. We were also informed that when he called to ask, his call was taken by a call center and not this actual location. So here we are, approx 120 miles worth of waisted gas and 2 ish hours of time. If your company is going to utilize a call center then perhaps you should insure that the information they are giving out is correct. This was an incredibly infuriating experience and if there were other reasonably priced options for having this work done, then absolutely we would not be giving this location our business.

Everytime we go to fill propane, you wait... This last time we pulled up and rang the bell. Like the big sign says and waited ten minutes nothing rang it again. Another customer comes and when he finds out how long we waited he decided to go in and see. He comes out and says three people just sitting in the butts talking. Another minute and a young guy comes out and gos up to the sign and taps it and says sarcastically " see this?"Like excuse me? We pushed your button TWICE and we told him that. Someone needs customer service training

July 23, 2022The employee named Robin is very rude and demanding, bad customer service. I went to talk to the other employee there since she didn't want to do her job and had my brother talk to the gentlemen but she stood there and wanted to be in control and didn't even let him finish speaking she cut my brother off from speaking to the gentlemen.I've been renting from them for the past few months every weekend, for my business now, but now I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had the equipment for 3 days and the prices jumped near half a thousand dollars. It will financially cripple you!!!!! Especially in this pandemic with work being minimum. I went to talk in person everyday that I had the equipment and they didn t care. Every day, 3 out of 3 days I had open commutation and they still charged me $500+. I am financially crippled now. Horrible horrible if you are not prepared to pay a ton of money. I was expecting a call back on the second day but the lady didn t call me back as she told me she would. I recorded my conversation in my phone when I paid and they didn t care about my situation. Will financially cripple you!!! Cannot stress that enough!!!!!!!

Manager there was rude and didn't want to take the responsibility of them not having the rental truck that I had ordered on line 4 days prior to pick up date.This guy definitely doesn't deserve to be working with the public and actually should seek out to get better training in regards to customer service. I will definitely not recommend this place on north Blackstone anytime soon.Jp Val

Terrible, over crowded nowhere to park bad customer service. Employee was helping a truck attach a trailer blocking the whole entire entrance causing vehicles to pile up on to blackstone. When I picked up my truck the worker told me I would get whatever funds not used back in cash, when I returned it they refused to give me the cash and had no answers as to why he told me that. I had to move the truck from where I parked it when the employee was blocking all traffic in order to check it back in. So much headache no one should have to deal with. They need to move to a bigger property and have better customer service. Just terrible

There is no way to get ahold of ANYONE from this store ever. I've been trying to contact them for a week about a hitch installation that is ALREADY PAID FOR and they can't even send a confirmation, or answer a phone or call back when I left a message for the manager. Oh but they are totally willing to cancel the order on their chat. Screw this place don't give them your money. They have NO RESPECT for their customers

I made an appointment with this uhaul store on the 25th of June for the 3rd of July to get a hitch. After driving 45 minutes from Lemoore, because this is one of the only places that installs hitches, I was told they didn't have it in stock and that they would call me to reschedule. I waited the following week to hear back from them and ended up having to call them back on Friday to see what was going on. I was told they went ahead and rescheduled me for that same day and that I had missed my appointment. I was never called and told about this rescheduling. Of course I was a little upset. I ended up getting in at 3.30pm, however I get there at 3 and waiting until 4.30pm for them even to touch the vehicle. When they finally get to it they tell me they're gonna have to charge me extra for labor. They're customer service was horrible and even after speaking with the manager he acted like he didn't even care. I hope to never have to deal with this branch again and hope others don't have the same experience that I did. I would've rather gone to the dealership and paid more money for better service.

Only getting 2 stars because the staff were friendly and attempted to be helpful. Milage of truck was wrong, so the online walk-around check in the attendant sent me would not allow the check out. When attendant updated milage on truck in system, said check out system refused to work.I was completely unable to check out a truck there after messing with it for an hour of my time. The 2 stars comes from attendant being willing to refund me my money without fuss.

Called ahead to see if they're still doing refill on propane tanks. Confirmed with the lady on the phone they were still doing refills. I show up at the store, and they don't have anyone "certified" to fill propane tanks. Thank you so much, maybe tell me that over the phone. Smh.
