Before stopping by to visit T&D I was shopping around at other dealers. Earlier in the day I had an appointment at a well commercialized auto dealership that swears they give the best deals and can get you into a car with $500. down. I have bad credit and a repo, so I knew what boat I was in and that I probably wouldn t be able to finance anything; that appointment proved me right. My mom actually found the EXACT car I wanted and said look, it s at a dealer here right up the street! We went to check it out, here at T&D. Upon entry we were greeted right away and shown the vehicle I was interested in. I had told him right then and there, this is the car I want but I have horrible credit and a repo. He said, not a problem, come on in and we ll take care of you. In my head I m thinking I m definitely not walking out of here with this car today . I sat down with the finance manager, we discussed my income, down payment, and whether or not I had a co-signer, then realizing they had kept my check stub at the previous place. He asked me if I d like to test drive the vehicle, looked at me and said sweetie don t worry, you re already approved, handed me the keys and said go pick up that check stub from them. I m like NO WAY! I was so excited, the car I WANTED! On top of that in great condition and low miles. The team at T&D not only worked with me, but they helped open a door for me I believed to be closed. I walked out that same day with the car and a GREAT deal! PLUS 4 year s warranty on the vehicle! Moving forward, I will ALWAYS recommend T&D to any and everyone. Thank you T&D for creating opportunities where no one else could.

I have to begin with saying thank you to Ricky and Les for all their effort and kindness. They indeed went above & beyond expectations. Two very down to earth souls. Two non pressuring, knowledgeable, and informative men. I was in dire need of a family vehicle; as soon as possible, due to having a disabled child. I found what I was looking for online at T&D. I had never been there before; and I'll tell you, the hospitality beats any competition around. I know first hand. The fact that they are a Carfax promoting facility lightened my heart. You want to go in knowing everything you can on your big purchase. "Money doesn't grow on trees after-all" = ) My deal occurred over the weekend; and given that the weekend bank staff is low; Les pushed and prodded until he made my dream deal happen! I left the same day with my family car. Did I mention; Ricky awesomely drove it home for me, as I went in with my 13yr old, unlicensed son. I didn't have an extra driver. YES THEY DID THAT FOR ME TOO!! God bless them both. I had a great experience here at T&D Auto Group! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, they made us feel so comfortable. We re so glad we trusted them, and came here to purchase our very first vehicle. We left with a beautiful car for our family and could not be more thankful. Very satisfied with T&D Auto! Les was very honest and straightforward unlike a lot of car lots that have you come down and waste your time. Les got me approved that same day which was awesome. I was pregnant and close to my due date so Les was kind enough to deliver the car to me from Fresno to Roseville! I highly recommend purchasing your car from this company. I referred all my family and friends! I will be back again for sure if I want to purchase another car. I refuse toGo anywhere else. Thanks T&D

I would like to thank the guys at TD Autogroup. These guys helped me get my daughter her first car. Ricky is a good salesman, humble, and respectful. He didn't try to push the car on me. Leslie crunched the numbers, and answered any questions I had. And gave me a good deal. Greg, he went well beyond the call of duty. Helping me get a spare key made, plus he delivered the car on Easter Sunday. Surprising my daughter with her first car. Thank you so much TD Autogroup, for helping me be the man of the hour, but father of the year. They were really sincere, i highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service and good quality cars.

Called T&D Auto Group in the morning and Yepo (the owner) answered. Very polite, told us there were multiple appointments to see the truck later in the day but he would hold the truck for us if we came by noon. That was awesome as we lived 2 hours away. Truck was in beautiful shape, exactly as advertised. Greg handled the paper work smoothly. i couldn t be happier with their service and professionalism. Honestly give this dealership a shot, these guys are legit!! You won t be disappointed!!

Came here cus I had seen a nice BMW 5 series on their web site. For an older car (2011) is was immaculate. Ended up purchasing it. Sales guy was easy going and not pushy like some other dealerships. This dealership has some nice cars and a good extended warranty plan. Thanks Yepo for the awesome ride.

I was looking for a cargo transit van and saw it on T&D's website, I called them and talked to Ricky, this guy is super polite and great attitude, I was shown the vehicle and test drove it, then another gentlemen help me with the paper works, these guys work as a team. I was skeptical at first but I knew I really need the car so I went ahead and trusted these guys. I didn't expect them to go above and beyond my expectations. I bought the vehicle as is, but they were able to get me a great warranty and were able to help fix multiple issues for me. The owner Yepo is also very nice and super reasonable. Shout out to T&D Great customer service of the year, you guys are awesome!!!

I stopped by T&D to look at a truck I had seen on their website. Greg greeted me and showed me the truck. I took the truck for a test drive and I liked the truck. Greg helped me with financing and also with getting an extended warranty on the truck. They made the process quick and easy. My tags for the truck came in three weeks. Awesome Dealership.

I highly recommended this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car :). I m a first time buyer and they went above and beyond to help me not only get the car I wanted, but a good deal on it as well. Ricky and Greg are amazing guys and really make you feel welcomed throughout your whole experience with them. I had a lengthy process that took a couple days and throughout those days, they were working for me to try and help me get approved. I had gone to various dealers in Fresno and they were all telling me no, or really high interest rates on similar cars. Ricky and Greg did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted and loved. I cannot recommend them more. They even got me dutch bros, they are by far the best option to choose. 10/10 :)

Came to this dealership after I got denied at one in madera. As soon as I walked in Ricky and Mauricio greeted us and said to look around. Off topic I had dirty work clothes on and they treated us as if we walked in to a Mercedes dealership. They let me test drive there trucks before I even said I was interested. Greg said which one did I personally like, and told him the 2018 Silverado but I didn t think I would get approved. Mr Yepo said they were flexible and told me you ll drive off with the truck you want!Greg, Ricky and Mr.Yepo went the extra mile they staid after hours to help me get approved. Very happy with there service and will be going back there to take my sister to get a trade in. I recommend this dealership to all that think they can t drive there dream car or truck!

Drove from San Jose to Fresno to pickup a MR2-S in great condition from T&D Auto. Yepo (the owner) was amazing and helped me all the way through the process. From first phone call to driving it off the lot, (Yepo even helped re-learn how to drive a manual), working with T&D Auto has been amazing. First dealership where I did not want to immediately leave after speaking with a representative. Would highly recommend buy or selling with them.

We bought a Camry from T&D a few months back. Greg was very experienced and efficient. We came all the way from the Bay Area to Fresno, and Greg prepared all the documents for us. Yepo and Greg were honest with their business model and offered us the best price possible. They even offered us a very good trade-in price. The Camry runs very well. We didn't need to repair anything after getting it. I would recommend T&D to my friends!

I just want to say thanks to everyone at T&D Auto Group Inc. I was able to drive away with the Van I was looking for and they worked with me with an easy payment plan, I didn t believe they could find a bank to give me a loan but they did. I bought my van on August and I absolutely love it. Everyone was so friendly and super nice and professional. Ricky was awesome and really worked with me.I brought the family to make sure we all fit and were comfortable. When we rode in the van we immediately knew it was the one and Ricky made sure it happened.i work the 8 to 5 job and they were patient when it came to signing papers and all of the details. I couldn't be more happy with going to T&D Auto.

Both Yeppo and Greg are AMAZING! If you have any doubts, please read my review below.Let me start by saying, I never leave reviews, good or bad. I am just not that person. But the experience that I had at T & D was so stellar, I have to share it.I had been looking for some time for a very specific vehicle. After an exhausting search that took many months, T & D ended up having exactly what I was looking for on their lot. I live in Watsonville (2 1/2 hours away from T & D) and decided to give them a call to have a few questions answered about the car before I made the 5 hour round trip.Yeppo answered the phone and was more than helpful and informative. He even offered to do a video call so that I could see in real time the answers to my questions regarding the condition of certain aspects of the car. After having all of my questions answered, I made an appointment for later in the week.I am also working on my credit. I always pay cash for my belongings, since I am trying to increase my score, I chose to partially finance the car. They worked very hard to find a lender that would accept me, for which I am very grateful.The day arrived for me to make the drive to Fresno. The vehicle was more than I had expected. I took it on a test drive and "pulled the trigger". We sat down, I handed them the down payment, we signed the paperwork and I was handed the keys. The entire process was organized, quick and painless.I got in the car, dropped the convertible top and drove away a very happy customer.Since I was in the Fresno area, I decided to see some friends. About 30 minutes after taking the car, I stopped at a gas station and it began to sprinkle. I pushed the button to have the convertible top raise and then the "it" happened. One of the hydraulic rams that is a part of the convertible system sprung a leak and sprayed hydraulic fluid all over myself and the front seat.Knowing full well that I had just signed for and purchased a used (30 year old Mercedes) car "As-Is", T & D had ZERO legal liability for what had just happened. However, since they had a few convertibles on their lot, I called Yeppo. I did not want to drive the car back to Watsonville in that condition and so I asked if he could call the shop that they use for convertibles and I could have them fix it, at my expense, then pick it up in a week or two once it was done. Yeppo would have none of that. He insisted that I bring the car back to the lot and that T & D fix it without any cost to me. Again, I want to be absolutely clear that they were under NO obligation to do this, but they chose to do it even with me insisting to at least pay for a portion of it, they would hear none of it.I dropped the car back at T & D and drove back to Watsonville.About two weeks later, I got a call and was told that the car was ready. Again, I made the trip back to Fresno.I got to the lot and the car was fixed. We opened and closed the top a couple of times that it worked without fail. Again, they insisted that I not pay anything, take the car and enjoy it, which I did.These guys are the real deal. They are in this industry to help people and it absolutely shows. They went above and beyond! Having purchased both a Porsche Panamera and a Mercedes E63 AMG December 2022 (BOTH BRAND NEW FROM THE DEALERSHIPS) and have had issues with both already, I have been dealing with two very high end dealerships and their terrible service departments. Fighting to not just get warranty work done but just getting an appointment from Porsche and Mercedes takes an act of Congress. I can tell you from personal experience, the customer service I received at T & D was so much more enjoyable and pleasant than what I have received from the actual Porsche and Mercedes Dealerships after spending OVER $200,000 with both establishments in one day. This small, family owned, used car lot blows the big guys away.Do not miss an opportunity to do business with Greg and Yeppo. I am glad to have meet them and to have had the pleasure of doing business with them.

Trustful place to have multi options for the car you need!Very welcoming and professional stuff!Helpful and well organized.I highly recommend this place.I drove from LA to Fresno to get my Toyota Rav4, with the best price in the market and amazing customer service.I will thank Gokor and Yeprem for their support.This is the best car dealer.Definitely 5 stars.

What can i say about Yepos crew. They went above and beyond for me. Ive been denied countless times at different dealerships and these guys got me in a car when i needed it just like that no hassles no problems. Ill definatly be coming back to get another car. As a first time buyer with a fixed price, they worked persistently around that budget till they eventually got something I was able to work with. They were all very friendly, and their customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this place to new buyers and/or if you're looking for good used cars.

This dealership is a solid option for anyone looking for a vehicle. Greg was great to work with and, although they weren't really willing to negotiate price with my specific purchase (a 2017 Honda), they were more than willing to take care of any issues with the car before it left the lot. They were definitely taking care of this customer. Would recommend this place to a friend.

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza from T&D AUTO GROUP INC. in January 2023. The car was super clean, very roomy and smooth to drive. I know Sako and Yepo from Payless Breaks and Tires. All my friends and family including myself take our cars to them for everything. Everything gets done and the right way. They are such a nice people. Now they own T&D AUTO GROUP INC. I know I will be taken care of. Greg, a manager at T&D AUTO GROUP INC., is very professional and knows what he s doing. He calls to check if I like my car and if it runs well. I really do recommend this place to everyone that needs a good car to drive and the people you can trust.
