Our family has been using Sunnyside Auto here in Fresno for over a decade now. They service 3 of our vehicles and without dissatisfaction! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. They listen very carefully to what your explanation of the issue(s) you re experiencing with your car or truck. Then, diagnose and contact you with a detailed explanation of what needs to be done for repairs along with a list of charges . To be clear, I m not being paid for this review nor related to Sunnyside in any way. They re just that good folks and I highly recommend them.

So thankful for this shop. They worked hard to get me a good price and get repairs done right. Staff is friendly and clearly explained what was going on w/ my car. Very good at getting back to me fast.

Broke down while traveling for the holidays. The people were kind, knowledgeable, and the price was fair. I was expecting to be stranded for at least a day, but they were very quick. They worked me into their schedule and I was on the road again in a matter of hours. Very satisfied! They struck me as honest folk, if I lived in the area they'd be my go-to shop.

Brandy and her team are awesome. It is easy to write a 5 star review when everything goes according to plan, but when accidents happen, and sometimes they do, that is when the customer really gets to see how much a business values their customers. Without going into too much detail, my 1st visit at this shop to have my truck serviced had a big, unexpected occurrence. Brandy and her team did an outstanding job of correcting the issue and taking care of me. I am sure the incident brought additional stress to her and the team, but they never made me feel like I was becoming a burden. They treated me with kindness throughout the entire process. This type of customer service is not that common anymore. I highly recommend this shop. The quotes I got from them were fair, but the customer service was world class! Thank you, Brandy!

With my older vehicle in excellent condition, delayed maintenance can be required as it ages and the miles pile up.The staff at Sunnyside has been so good at evaluating and researching what my vehicle needs.With over 270,000 miles driven, some maintenance repairs and parts replaced for the first time.Steve is so knowledge able and always give us options as far as what needs to be done currently and what items can wait. He will always answer my questions and we never question any decisions we have made to have work done at Sunnyside.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my moms car to get the brakes done. Jack and Steve were very helpful and changed the brakes within a very reasonable time. Customer service was top notch. I was recommended this business by a friend and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I have taken my cars here for a few years now for different things (AC, motor mounts, sensors).The service has been great. They're always pretty quick and I know that I am getting quality work. It is not the cheapest but for the service and quality I would say they are fairly priced. I would recommend for sure.

First experience I ve ever had with this auto shop and for sure never recommending or bringing my service here again. Had my vehicle inspected here and gave me an estimate of $2,500 for a power steering fix. I knew something didn t sound right to me so I informed my father and he called asking about parts needed and estimates and after he talked to them all of a sudden they gave him an estimate of $1,600 for the same amount of work. Imagine if I told them to continue with the service before asking my father. Not sure if they gave me that price because I m a 18 year old girl just trying to get my vehicle fixed. When I told my father the price they first gave me he was very unimpressed with their services and decided to take my vehicle else where. Not only that, but they performed no work at all to my vehicle but charged $185 just to connect a scanner to my vehicle to find the issues and open and close the hood basically. Must of had multiple people working on my vehicle to charge that much for the bare minimum.

I was recommended Sunnyside Auto Repair, good reviews, a hand full of Friends recommendations business or personal vehiclesAfter doing DIY maintenance on 2008 Toyota Sienna, a few days later had code P0101 pop upWith concerns I took it to Sunnyside Auto Repair, The check in was forward, I explain to Jack what I have done & what issues are concerning, he said he ll have his technician do a inspection 3 days later no word, i had to call sunnyside auto Jack then tells me code P0174 has pop up not P0101, he s says they reset the vehicle, & vehicle needs to be driven so code can show up again & they are busy have other vehicles to get toI pick up the vehicle for the weekend to get the code to pop up again, before charging $150 for inspection, no clear answers or reassuranceWeek 2After running errands we drop off the Van with codes pop up Thursday Evening again check In was forward, receptionist says they will look at it, after telling them codes. Friday Jack call says Technician thinks Fuel pump going out that should be the Problem. To replace, after vacuum test & testing sensor come out fineI m confused at the results but they are the professionalsWeek 3 Thursday no words from Sunnyside auto, I call Jack where I m put on hold for 30min, that Jack will call me backJack calls me back within the hour & tells me they put in the fuel pump but codes are still there & now there a third code, That they have a Toyota ticket for support line, again no clear answer or reassuranceAnd speaks uncertain knowledge of the mechanics reading what Dani the technician has written, leaving me with more questions then answersFriday 3pm no word from Sunnyside AutoI follow back with Jack to see any progress or clarity I received a loop of repeat of yesterdayWaiting on Toyota tech support to answer the ticket.4 week Monday 12pm no word from Sunnyside autoI follow with Jack to see any progress or clarity on vehicle I am answered with same response as FridayI explain to Jack I need the vehicle to run errands(family car), I ve been beyond patient, unsatisfied with results, I ve felt like I m not taken as a priority, or with honesty if they can fix the vehicle.Jack doesn t say a word, I tell Jack what condition of the vehicle is he explain the same or slightly worse, I tell him I ll be there to pick up the vehicle I have to run errands & we can continue when they have the answer from Toyota tech support ticket1:30pm I arrive he gives me the invoice with no response or reassurance,that only the Toyota tech support ticket has been answered but Dani the technician has gone to lunch and they will call me with follow upI pay $1,103 for services for Fuel pumpMy vehicle slightly worseOut of pocket $1,257Jack never called me back on a follow up with next stepMy opinion on Sunnyside Auto Bad Service for the working man & family man Sells parts you don t need Poor communication Unsatisfied Seen as a number UnprofessionalI Don t recommend this place to anyone beside corporations & big businessUnless you like to be treated as optionSold services on I Think No calls, No Follow upsAnd long down timesSo they can send reports on your vehicles to professionals (manufacture) to help fix your vehicles At quality price $$$

Steve was great! He thoroughly Explained the diagnosis process and repair. The technician recommended a couple things that he noticed to keep my daughter on the road. I would highly recommend this shop.

I have been taking my car to Sunnyside Auto for several years and I am so happy with them! I find them to be honest and thorough! They keep me up to date on everything that is going on. Sunnyside continues to impress me from their honesty, professionalism and acute attention to my vehicle. Now that they have been providing my maintenance for a few years they refer to its history and things coming up to prepare for so there are never any surprises. Great group of people! Repairs were done a day before promised and all fees were presented up front. Provided transportation for me to work after I dropped off my car and they stayed after closing so I could get there to pick it up. I have been a customer for over 5 years for routine maintenance on my vehicles. The facility is very clean and the mechanics top notch.
