Best service for ANY German car. We ve brought our Mercedes, BMW AND Porsche to Mike and all have been taken care of better than any of the dealerships! Do not go anywhere else!!! Be patient though, he s so good that he s booked months in advance!

Great service! Honest about the repairs my car needed. Explained in detail the problems and gave me honest advice. Highly recommend Siegfried's for any auto repairs especially if you have an old Audi that needs to be repaired.

Showed up at an appointment and not disappointed. Reasonable experts that explain what can and cannot wait. Prices are less than what what I would've paid at the dealership. I will return for future repairs for my 2017 Audi A6. True compliments to Mike and his team for the brake job.

I have been taking my car to Mike for approximately 7 years and have always trusted him for delivering great service and honesty. His staff is great too. Very helpful and friendly. I drive a 1990 Mercedes and it still is running great due to Mike's excellent advice and service. I just drove from Fresno, Ca to Seattle, WA (2015) and without one problem! Thanks for keeping my car in great shape and me safe.

Recently relocated from Sacramento to Fresno for work. I'll be here 6 years and now need to find a mechanic I trust with my Audi A4 S Line. Found these guys and they were highly recommended. Now I know why. Service is straight forward. You know what's going on, you don't feel threatened or mistaken for what you really need to have "serviced" there. I was pretty bummed to leave my Sacramento Audi mechanic when he's been working on my Audi's for years.... but now that I have found Mike and Petro, I feel incredibly safe, comfortable, and knowledgeable about my car, what needs to be done, what's critical, what can wait, and most importantly, honesty. These guys are legit. Unfortunately for me, I had to bring my car in when I wasn't expecting anything to go with it, and they definitely made me feel at ease and I will be back. It's nice to know there are some genuine mechanics out there still, who don't want to take all your money, just because you drive a luxury car and your parts are expensive. =) Thanks, Siegfried's.. You guys are honestly the BEST! Thank you a million times over for being so nice, helpful and kind to me \during this transitioning process.

I was referred there but it might be a little pricey. I have been very happy with the skilled work they do and the honest answers to every visit/repairs that my car needed. There might be other places as good but the guys there are funny and professional. Like a "Doctor with great bedside manners". Always fixed the first time and never a doubt about their knowledge.

Just had my 1999 Z3 Convertible worked on. Mike and his crew provide EXCELLENT customer servic and fast repair. Mike has always taken time to speak with me personally to explain what needs to be repaired and why. They have never returned my car with greasy hand prints on the hood, doors or steering wheel, like some other shops in town do......it's a clean shop! I highly recommend Siegfried's!!

We ve been bringing our BMW s to Siegfried s for over 20yrs. Mike, Claus and their team of experienced pros have always done superb work be it routine maintenance or more involved & complex repair issues. If you want to avoid getting raked over the coals for service at the dealer with your out of warranty BMW, Porsche or Mercedes, Siegfried s is THE repair solution. They are solid, competent, fair and straight shooters and will keep your German vehicle in tip-top shape.

I came in without an appointment to get my AC system properly drained of refrigerant. They pulled a car out of the shop to hook mine up and vacuum out the system. The whole job took less than 30 minutes. Super quick, and reasonably priced. Everyone else in town wanted to schedule a time two weeks out. When the owner asked why I needed this service, I told him my AC compressor was dead and I was going to replace it. He didn't try and sell me or scare me into having his shop do it. He gave me a couple of tips and thanked me for the business. When I have the kind of money to have my car fixed by a pro instead of having to do it myself, this shop is where I'm comming.

I have taken my son's BMW to Siegfried's for him twice and each time has been a great experience! Siegfried's is one of the last HONEST and CUSTOMER oriented vehicle repair shops! I'm treated with the utmost courtesy and honesty regarding the diagnostics of my son's vehicle.It's nice to see the owner of a business be involved with helping customers and being "hands on." That kind of attitude and service has a trickle down effect and it's very evident in Mike's entire staff! They are amazing! Petros is awesome! He is the image of TRUE customer service! You definitely feel that Petros is working hard so that your outcome with your vehicle will be the BEST!

I have used Siegfried s motors for years. I had an old Volvo wagon I just loved and Mike managed to keep it going for years. It was time for a new car and I still have them service it. Mike is very knowledgeable and very polite. He always takes the time to listen. I highly recommend Siegfred s motors.

Mike the owner is amazing he is competent, professional, certified, and most importantly honest. The hourly rate is higher than other mechanic shops, however your getting better service then the dealership minus the free drive home. I recently looked around the valley for the best Porsche shop all my searches pointed me to Siegried's. The shop is in prestine condition and well organized. Anyone who works on cars knows that a man or woman who loves cars and works on then will respect and take care of his tools and work area, this translates into the passion of fixing everything right the first time. This place is just that, a bunch of guys who love fixing cars that get it right the first time. I recently took my 997 911 in and Mike explained everything in detail and didn't charge me anymore than his original quote to chase down an additional problem outside of his original scope of work. I have never trusted anyone but myself to work on my cars until now. Mike has earned a lifetime customer.

This place has been my dad's go-to spot for his BMW for years, and now that I have one that surpassed its warranty, it just became my go-to as well. Klaus in particular has gone above and beyond with my 2013 328i and has been very knowledgeable, patient, and polite. Will be returning for future maintenance, highly recommended.

Best darn shop in the Central Valley! Mike and Klaus are true auto specialists but more importantly they are 100% trustworthy.My wife and I have been gladly taking our vehicles to Siegfried s for last 10 years.

When we moved from Fresno a few years ago, the person I found most difficult to replace was not my doctor, dentist or barber. It was our auto mechanic, Siegfried's Motors. Owning two high-mileage BMWs can be challenging, but Mike and his crew made it possible, even reasonable. No matter how busy (and at Siegfried's, things are often very busy - which is what happens when you take care of your customers), Mike always found time to make sure I completely understood the nature of and the reason for the recommended work. If he thought I could postpone a job, he'd say so. If he could save me some money on parts (never by compromising quality), he'd do it, even when it required more effort on his part. There are very few people in the automotive repair or any other business that I would say this about - but I could literally hand my wallet over to Mike and feel completely safe. Taking advantage of people is just not in his nature.And did I mention that Mike and his crew are a great bunch of mechanics? Take your car to the place where the owner personally does the test drive!

I love these guys at Siegfried's Motors!I wanted and needed an honest mechanic for my German-made car and was referred to Mike@Siegfried's! They're integrity is outstanding! Petra and the rest of the guys there are so patient with explaining to me what's going on with my car and so super friendly! Love these guys!!!

I have always found Siegfried's to be knowledgeable, reasonably priced and most of all, honest when it comes to repairing or servicing my vehicle. I totally trust Mike and the whole shop to take care of my 911. They have a customer for life.

After having tested all dealers of all makes, the only place I would recommend for maintenance and repair of any car you may own is Siegfried's Motor. Not only are they capable, competent and courteous but they are honest. They saved me a lot of money by repairing and maintaining my cars but also by warning me ahead of time of possible problems and costly repairs, just out of pure knowledge of the models and their pitfalls.Vielen Danke, Michael!You are the best!

WOW! Siegfried's Motors is my new choice for vehicle maintenance. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the cleanliness of the facility. It is rare these days to see a shop that is so well maintained, clean and "old school" in it's style. For me, that gave me added confidence that these folks were professionals and that they would treat my vehicle in the same manner that they treat their own tools and work space. I then scanned the parking lot and saw a lot of Porsches and BMWs. That also gave me added confidence that these folks specialize in German technology and other local drives trust their prized possessions with these folks. The purpose of my visit was to have work done on my BMW 335i. I needed the intake ports cleaned out. The mechanic assigned to my vehicle sent me via text messages "before and after" pictures of these intake ports. The difference was night and day. I did not have to take their word for it that the work was done properly. I was given proof that the work was done correctly as per my request. While the car was in the shop, I was provided a loaner car. I was given the keys and that was it. No hassle. No questions. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, the same mechanic invited me into the garage area to show me other potential problems with my car, including faulty ignition coils. Who invites customers into the garage area these days? I thought that was so gracious of these folks to include us (the customer) in every step of the repair. Needless to say, my car is running great. And after I followed their other recommendations, my car even runs better now. Price? Let's just say that the repair I had performed at Siegfried's Motors was hundreds of dollar cheaper than our local BMW dealer in town. Hundreds cheaper! I believe the owner is "Mike" and he was the real deal. You can tell he genuinely cares about each customer. I watched him speak to customers while waiting in the waiting area. He knew his customers cars as good as the owners did. With me, he came out personally to explain my bill, all the recommendations and thanked me for bringing my car to his shop. I left so impressed that I decided to write this review so other BMW owners will know that there are other choices here in Fresno for your vehicle. I am now a customer for life. Mike, owner of Siegfried's Motors is extremely knowledgeable, you can see the passion that he has for cars even from a phone conversation. He is very honest and numerous times saved me a lot of money over what the dealer would have charged me. If you are in need of a trustworthy, honest car shop that fixes German cars, don't hesitate and give this place a call.If you want to go to a fancy place and get screwed, the dealership would be your best bet. You will pay dearly for that "free" coffee...7/5/2016 I need to update my review:had a major problem with my VW Jetta TDI with the high pressure fuel pump that would've been an expense of approximately $7,000. Car was out of the general warranty at 90,000 miles so I had it towed to Siegfried's. Mike contacted VW and found out that this problem is covered by an extended warranty and connected me with VW for a no-charge repair. Whoever didn't know that could've ended up being gouged by a dishonest mechanic shop.That's not the case with Mike at Siegfried's. I would give this place a 10 stars rating but only a maximum of 5 is available. Whoever does not give this place 5 stars, you either want really bad to be wasting money at the dealership or need to go get your head examined.Siegfried did not make any money on my repair but their honesty and good business model is exemplary, unfortunately something very rare nowadays. What they gained is a constant long term customer and that's the place where I will refer my friends. I go so far as to not buy a car brand that is not serviced at Siegfried's (I believe they do all German brands and Volvo, maybe others to, I don't know)

I am a VERY satisfied customer. I have a 1998 BMW Z3. As a very senior widow I can take my car to Mike and tell him to keep it in perfect condition. I know that he will do whatever needs to be done and nothing added. If I have an emergency or just a concern he will also take care of it in a timely and kind fashion.

I am going to keep this short and sweet. Siegfried's is the only BMW repair shop to take your car. Claus is the most knowledgeable BMW mechanic I have ever come into contact with.I have been driving Beemers for 30 years.

Siegried Motors care more about doing the right thing for your car than maximizing your tab. They are excellent diagnosticians, they are friendly and careful to keep you apprised of costs and procedures. They take time explaining things and advising you of future repairs that might be needed.

Beware if you re a woman they talk down to you. Overcharge and leave tools in your tire wells then tell you the noise was always there. Will never ever go back.
