It was so easy to to reserve n pay for unit online .. When I met Ryan n his wife to sign conract n get a tour to my unit I felt comfortable and that's what made me give all Stars they were nice ,polite and me feel welcomeThank you

Awesome customer service, clean office and clean units! Very good prices and very thankful to the staff for explaining the contract and rules. Location is right off the freeway 99! THANKFUL FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS ARE DOING GREAT JOB KEEP UP AWESOME WORK ! ( I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE UNIT LOCATION ) HOURS OF OPERATION IS A PLUS !

I reserved in advance and when I rescheduled my move in date they are billing me from the original date.i paid in advance. I just want my money back. I'll go elsewhere

Associates were friendly and helpful. The premise is well surveillance and secure. Entering and exiting the property is very convenient. The Rent is expensive but it's worth it, i recommend it to who ever is interested.

I totally recommend this storage facility it's Awesome ! It's monitored very well clean kept ," Staff is on point always very courteous supportive the customer service is amazing assist you quickly helpful explain everything in detail in regards the rental terms & storage unit is kept clean the flooring is clear of anything secure system also I'm very pleased as a customer...

Everyone is very professional and very polite. Rates are very reasonable. I reserved online,, went to the office to get my info and by the time I got the truck and movers to my unit, there was a manager there in a golf cart to make sure we we able to get in and settled. I have to move a lot for my job, so I need to store every so often - I used them before, had a perfect experience, so I used them again. I'll see them again for my next move. Highly recommended.

Security storage is the best, I was in Fresno taking my son to college. The first storage i found was ran down with roaches and homeless people living there. I found this place on line, called them and they rented me a storage within 10 mins on the spot. Thank you for saving the day!! I wish i would give 10 stars!!

It's easy to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was no waiting. I was able to pay my bill with no problems. I like the fact that they remember me by my name. They always ask about my family and it has a comfortable atmosphere. The place is always clean and open when I need to go there.

Secured the perfect storage unit AND at the last minute at this place at OVER 100 degree heat!!! The manager was prompt, professional and friendly; all quoted fees, a view of the clean storage, and necessary paperwork were reviewed and signed within 10minutes~same day service. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue and making my day!

I stored at this facility prior to it becoming security public storage and loved the owners and staff. Update, still love the new owners and staff. No problems with the facility or handling business they give curiosity calls before late charges. Currently due dates are dependant on start date vice 1st of the month mandate. And yes I was in the struggle during a portion of my stay which the owner actually asked if I was ok and if I needed help potentially more than once but not more than twice and definitely out of care and concern. Would store here again in a heart beat and if I'm in Fresno look forward to it!! Thank you thank you SPS!

This storage facility is very nicely kept and clean. They have a variety of sizes to rent and all are well protected to take care of your belongings all year round. You must provide your own pad lock so keep that in mind when it comes to your actual rental time. The property management team is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy to add that this storage facility offers on site pad lock cutting by the management should anyone lose their keys. Of course with all proper information and identification being verified before hand. And they also provide locks on site to purchase to replace that broken lock. So everything that is an incredible inconvenience can be taken care of as quickly as possible with minimal time and effort to you with expense being taken in mind. Great company with a good heart!

I really enjoy renting at the storage place everything is clean the people are really nice and easy to deal with they know their product and they are always willing and ready to help the security is also above exceptional it's nice to know that you have your own individual alarm for your storage so that in case anything ever happens they know exactly where to go.

To be honest I prefered the previous owner because they kept the place cleaned. My storage is right by the house and I feel they use the blowers toward the storages versus away and it bows dirty into the storages and my storage looks like an abandon house with 20years of dirt/dust.

In 68 years I've never rented storage in such a pristine property, and well run facility. You guys are the bomb. Friendly, patient, compassionate about our move, wow, so very fine. Thank You.
