I installed a converter charger in my RV and lost 12v power. I called and within 30min Alex was at my place. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it with a brand new solenoid from his supply in his van. We negotiated price and he even looked at my water heater for about another hour for free. He gave me advice on what to do to fix it and the next day I got it running. This guy has like 15 years experience and it shows. He arrives in his van stocked up ready to tackle the job. Just be prepared to pay for his service. Cheap isn t good and good isn t cheap!

I had been searching for a mobile RV mechanic for over a week. I have had heating and electrical problems in my motorhome for over a week and a half soon as I called this man explain my situation he was out at my place in no time Diagnosed my problem and fixed it does great work. I wouldn t hesitate to call him back if I had another problem.

Alex has great knowledge in this industry. He was able to provide information and fix everything we had wrong on our trailer. He is professional, honest and provides fair pricing for the excellent service received. We ve been taken for a ride with other repair services, but not with Alex. Alex saved the day. We had a water leak inside our RV on a Saturday. Alex came out to our site, found the problem and we were back in operation in no time.

We are full time RVers and had one of those uh oh incidents. Needed a quick fix on a bent stabilizer, the kind that might take 6 weeks at a dealer service center One call to Universal Onsite Repair, Alex showed up quickly at our park, diagnosed the problem and scheduled us to come into his shop that next morning where they had all the equipment needed for the repair. Promised our home would be ready to live in again by 2:30 that same day and he delivered. We could be happier customers. We were able to enjoy our awesome tour of Yosemite and we were back on the road! So grateful he was there and able to help us out. If we were local, we would definitely use Alex again!!

I usually do my own repairs but this time I thought I d take a break and take it to a shop. I needed my landing gear legs on my 5th wheel replaced. They quoted me 3,700! I said no thank you. Ended up doing it myself, the legs cost me 200 each and it took me an hour to do it. This shop charges 3,000 an hour for labor lol. They charged me 180 for diagnostics to tell me what I already knew. When I declined their services they became real petty, did not want to open the gate for me to pick up my trailer and did not want to assist with a forklift to put back on my truck. They must have a lot of clueless customers. As for the quality of his work, couldn t tell ya. Btw I don t do reviews but felt like I had to with this one.

Alex got us back on the road after an unplanned extra night in the Harris Ranch parking lot. Leveler jacks were stuck in down position and system motor burnt out. Even coming from more than 60 miles away, Alex was upbeat and knowledgeable; we felt we were in good hands. Will still need parts and full repair but at least we will make it to family Thanksgiving! Thanks to Alex and his helpful crew member/son!

Alex the owner is always able to get my rv back on road. If it s gonna take some time to fix it s usually a couple days or the same day. Not like going to the dealers and waiting and for months. Thanks again.

Alex did an absolutely wonderful job helping us in a jam. I called him because our AC went out in our Motorhome as we were passing through Fresno from Yosemite to Sequoia and he diagnosed the issue within an hour. The unit was totally shot and he replaced it the following morning and got us back on the road. He s working with our extended warranty for a reimbursement after the fact as well!Service: Air conditioning

If you value your money, do not patronize this business. They sold my father in law an AC Unit supposedly for his RV, after we gave them the RV model and part number. Notedly, they refused to take payment by debit or credit card and only wanted cash/Zelle. The part we received was not the unit we had asked and paid for, and was not for our RV.Unfortunately, we didn't discover this until we got home and tried to install it. When we tried to contact them to arrange an exchange (rather than a refund), they sent us a text saying "no refunds" and went incommunicado.When we went to the business (an hour away) to try and speak to them in person, they ignored our calls and would not open their gate. I left and returned after about 20 minutes and found the owner outside. When we spoke to the owner, he refused any exchange, claimed we were missing a part (we were not) and tried to sell us an additional part we didn't need for $250, and told us the AC unit was "your problem now".I understand that legally we don't have much recourse, but this is a horrible way of doing business and they quite obviously don't care about you once they have your money. Everything about them feels fraudulent and shady, and the cash/Zelle policy now feels like a red flag we should have heeded ahead of time. If you value your money, spend it elsewhere. If you decide to roll the dice and buy from them anyway, make sure you're getting what you're supposed to and don't pay them until you've confirmed this.* UPDATE 4/19/23 - After months, the owner has replied to my review completely misrepresenting what occurred.- He displayed three units, only one of which was working. This was the unit we selected.- He never mentioned a new ceiling assembly was needed. He specifically said that as long as it was a Dometic duo-therm air conditioners it would work with our RV and that the existing ceiling assembly would fit with the unit we were purchasing, which is why we decided to purchase the unit he offered.- He mentioned there was no warranty, and we understood that. A warranty protects against breakdown of the unit. We were looking to exchange or return the unit since it did not fit as he told us it would when we purchased the unit. He never mentioned that returns were not accepted.- When we returned and he tried to offer us another ceiling assembly, our trust with him was already lost based on their refusal to engage with us. We were reluctant to spend any more money with him as clearly he sold us a part that didn t fit after repeatedly saying that it would.- Feel free to look at my previous reviews. I have gone to every place I have reviewed and I only leave negative reviews if they are deserved. I try to give business owners the benefit of the doubt if they are kind and actually seeking to help customers that visit their establishment. I stand by my reviews. The fact that the owner of this business pried through my review history to try and trash my character should tell you everything you need to know about him. Don t patronize a business that denigrates it s customers. We were completely reasonable with him and our request to exchange based on his representations to us that it was the correct part was reasonable.- I ll let you, reader, determine for yourself whether to spend your money here or elsewhere. I would caution you not to take his word on anything.

Absolutely amazing service. I had an issue with one of my AC units. I called for an appointment and he made it happen the same day. Fixed the problem and even took the time to explain some questions I had about my RV. Pricing was extremely fair, especially for the distance he had to drive.
