Everyone at RV Country Fresno has been incredible! From the sales team, to the finance department, to the service department, management, etc. This was our first adventure in buying a 5th wheel and they have answered every question (patiently ) and provided us with so much information and education. They have helped us tremendously and it has been a truly amazing experience!

I bought my Sprinter van here in December. Tyler was my salesman and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family that are looking to buy an RV. I just went in for some recall/warranty repairs and was helped by Patty. She was also great! I'm happy I selected RV Country in Fresno as my dealer and service shop.

I'd like to give this 5 stars, but when we did the walk through when we went to pick up our new Grand Design 5th wheel, the Maxx fan lid was not working. They said that someone would look at it. Nope, when we got it home, it still wasn't working. I had to take it apart myself to get it working like it's supposed to. I hated to drive it back down 2 hours to Fresno to have them fix what should have been working before we left. Now, this place is in to make money, and they don't seem too concerned about issues with brand new RV's that they just sold. They just wanted us out the door it felt like. I'm sure I'm not going to be compensated for something that I had to repair myself on the same day that we took it home. Hank was very helpful in our walk through. He explained a lot to us, and we are pleased with our unit so far. But we haven't had a chance to take it somewhere and try it out. Hopefully, we can do that on our next weekend.

Great people to work with at RV country! Neil and Mackay stayed late for us to accommodate our busy work schedule. We had terrible service at camping world so when went next door it was a huge difference in appreciation for us coming in 30 minutes before they closed. We purchased a Grand Design and it was a much better quality than the keystone outback! I will definitely buy my next trailer from RV country!

Mark was a terrific influence on our decision to purchase a trailer. We never felt pushed or forced to make a purchase. Mark was knowledgeable and friendly with all the questions we had. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a trailer to ask for Mark.

Picked up a new XLR, had a few issues (new ownership maintenance/warranty Repairs as well as a customer service issue. The entire staff that I dealt directly with from Manager Devin Lyles and Freddy Esparza the service writer have been fantastic taking me thru the process and communicating with me along the way.Looking forward to getting my unit back and out on the road!

This place is terrific! Despite already being backed up with other work, they took in my seriously troubled travel trailer, diagnosed the problem, got the parts locally and installed them all in the same day. Wow! I mean this was a major suspension issue. Their policy is to give priority to those traveling through to help them get back on their way, and they sure did that for me. Friendly staff were even special nice to my dog.. you won t regret using their services.

I have been working with JOSH Service Technician there at RV Country for now over a year getting Warranty Work completed before warranty was up!Had many problems that needed to be taken care of and Josh was great on working with me to get this accomplished in time.I also had communication with Joe (the manager) and he was helpful.Thanks Josh again for your help and patienceand I would recommend RV Country!!!!!

My wife and I purchased our first RV this past April. Unfortunately, there have been many factory issues that have needed repair. The service department at RV Country have been outstanding to work with as well as performing quality repairs. Freddy, our service advisor has done a great job of getting issues corrected and ensured we were happy when the job was complete. I have no hesitation recommending RV Country for all of your RV needs.

We want to shout out a big THANK YOU to the RV Country Team in Fresno, Ca for our brand new 2023 Grand Design Reflection 226RK! We traveled numerous times from Nevada to many dealerships in & around CA with dissatisfaction & disappointment looking for our dream home on wheels until we went to RV Country in Fresno! Our sales rep, Bill Hoskins, Brenden Kane & their sales manager Devan Liles went above & beyond to not only find us our coach, but brought it in from WA to their dealership with no pressure! This Team along with Hank on the Service Team are wonderful, professional, very knowledgeable in the business and go out of their way for their customers! I walked in wanting to tour some fifth wheels and I was completely belittled like I should nt have been there or something. There was a young woman who was nice and an older man with glasses who was SO RUDE. I left almost wanting to cry. I ve never experienced such rudeness from a business. I went next door to camping world and they were helpful. I don t even care if RV country has the cheapest prices in the world, I will NEVER go there. I was so disrespected and hurt by how I was treated. This business is disgusting.It wasn t so much the words they were saying, it was the tone and disgusting looks I was getting for no reason at all. I pride myself on being nice to workers but this was hard. I tried to leave with as much dignity I had left and just put my head down and walked out.

Patty Jimenez , service advisor, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. She was able to arrange to have my RV vent covers installed two days from when I came in to make an appointment. She climbed up to take a look at the RV roof , took pics and suggested that the roof be resealed. I m relieved to get this all done so I can get out on the road.

Lorenzo Medina and Zach were very helpful and very patient when coming to sharing knowledge and guiding us in the correct direction for our first RV. After being to plenty other RV dealers we felt very welcomed at RV country in Fresno. Nonetheless we bought our first RV and we are very glad it was at RV country. Amazing place great variety and top quality !

Not a great experience. This is a long review but it was also a long waste of my time. Over the summer I got into a hail storm and received quite a bit of hail damage to my Class B Sprinter. Trying to get some estimates one day I found the RV Country in Fresno and pulled in. The folks in the service department informed me that I needed to make an appointment for the estimate, so I scheduled a date. When I returned on the scheduled date I apparently made an appointment to make an appointment, this is trip #2. At that time I scheduled the appointment to get the van in and they informed me that it could take up to 2 weeks and there was a $500 fee for the estimate (even though their web-site states FREE estimates . Of course the $500 fee will be waived if you use their services of which at the time I was OK with. The estimate to be performed clearly stated hail damage to the top and drivers side of the van. After having the van almost 2 weeks for an estimate they call for me to come pick it up. The service rep is going over the estimate stating the charges for parts, labor, etc, but never mentions anything about the drivers side. Everything on the estimate was regarding the top of the van. I asked him if they were going to replace the hood or if they were planning on repairing it and he didn't know, I asked him about the drivers side and he didn t know. He went to go talk to the body shop folks and they had already left for the day. I said no problem, just ask one of them to call me the following week. The rep then instructed me to take pictures of the damage to the drivers side and send them to him so he could add it to the estimate. Next they needed me to call the company that did the conversion to find the manufacturer and part number for the side camera,, but why was I asked to do that when I was paying them $500 for the estimate. After finding the camera information and providing it to them I ask if the body shop people could call me and explain their plan for repairs. Ex: were they going to repair what they can from the inside, or drill holes to pull them, etc. It is my van and we were looking at an approx $13K repair and I have a right to ask those questions. The response that I got from the service rep stated the following: Tech's don't do calls. They get paid per minute in the shop. If you have a question, I can ask him and then relay the answer back to you. ????? Seriously!! At that point it all just seemed to shady. They couldn t do the estimate right, I couldn t ask any questions,, did they even really have true body work employees?? Who knows, but I decided it was time to cut my losses and move on. I ended up taking my Sprinter to another RV dealership who wrote up an estimate in approx 45 min with no fee and they did an amazing repair. Just a little better customer service and RV Country might have got my business.

I had a very good experience taking my new RV to RV Country in Fresno due to a number of warranty issues by the manufacturer. The RV was purchased out of state, and RV Country was one of the few dealers that would take my RV in ASAP. My service advisor Esteban was very good at keeping me in the loop on all the details of the repairs.

RV country was an excellent place to purchase my new Fifth wheel. My sales person was Dennis who was personable and made feel at home. Seth was helpful in explaining all of my financing and offered a few tips as well. Hank walked me around and showed me all things to do and not to do with the trailer, Hank was a great guy. He was super patient with me. LoL. I had a great experience and I owe it to these guys!! If you are looking for a recreational vehicle please stop at RV country. I am one very satisfied customer!!

Patty J., our advisor, was friendly, courteous, humorous. Due to a communication error, she was able to get our motorhome in and finished before 2pm, as we live full time in it.Joe, her manager, also was great. He took it upon himself to try to figure out the problem with our water heater. Boom, he got it done. Thank you, RV Country for taking care of us and our motorhome.

Freddy with RV Country went above and beyond to make sure our RV was fixed and working properly. We have had many issues with our RV since our purchase a year ago which was from another RV dealership. That dealership made it almost impossible to get our repairs done and done correctly. Freddy worked closely with the manufacturer so we could get everything fixed under our warranty. It is so refreshing to received such good customer service. I will only use RV Country for repairs and service from now on.

Been looking into getting a travel trailer for months and after grabbing a quick dinner decided to stop buy and finally look at some in person and Had a Horrible experience, was there for maybe 5 min before me and my partner were judged and pretty much getting talked out of buying before walking out . After one look our sale person daryl pretty much decided we couldn t afford anything, it was a very disappointing experience, was expecting/hoping for a better energy.
